racial profiling is a common problem among Law Enforcement Officers but what happens when they get exposed here are four different cases of idiot cops who got exposed for being racist go ahead and 23-year-old resident of De Mo Iowa on July 15th 2018 montree and his friend Jared Clinton aged 21 were driving near Union Park when their evening took a troubling turn as they cruised through the streets their car caught the attention of officers Kyle th and Natalie heinan of the de Mo Police Department what's going on guys G what's up how you doing is this your car well it's a rent right now starts confronting the officer headon asking him exactly why they are being treated this way officer I don't officer that's just in there okay there was no gun there is no weapon to harm you officer we didn't do anything wrong we stopped at the stoplight we pulled over when you pulled over I did everything you asked me to officer you thought there was a weapon there's no weapon we wasn't anything represented by Attorney Gina Messer filed a lawsuit against the de Mo police department and the City of De Mo the lawsuit alleges violations of their civil rights illegal search and seizure and racial profiling and th who has been with the De Moine police department since 2013 was reassigned from regular Patrol duty to administrative Duty in October following a review of his stops the cop gave up rather quick in this case but in the next case you won't believe how hard the cop tried to frame the suspect why are your pupil so pinpoint I'm nervous I got pull it over well that doesn't change Sunday January 30th 2022 he was stopped by a Zealand police officer who accused him of traveling at speeds exceeding 120 mph disputing the officer's claim Mitchell asserts that he was not speeding and all badge numbers and you bet you bet you bet thank you you're welcome after being racially profiled during a traffic stop torion Mitchell filed a complaint with the NAACP contested the ticket planned to continue fighting it with NAACP support engaged with Community leaders to discuss the incident with the chief of police and sought external support by filing a complaint with the Michigan Department of Civil Rights and informing the FBI all in his pursuit of justice and accountability within law enforcement Mitchell was still a civilian but the other case gets crazier as it involves a member of the force facing race ISM where you at bro this is Herb Robinson a 30-year-old veteran on March 11th 2021 in Raytown he was pulled over by two Kansas City Police Department officers after being followed for nearly a mile but after what goes down it leads Robinson to believe that he was racially profiled it's 59 59 well first of all I don't know why you're dumping out like that on us you wait for us to get damn dud that for real wait listen you your plates don't come back to anything so you're still doing traffic stop on you where you at bro don't do that us police after Detective Robinson States who he truly is the cops seem to back down don't know are you said Detective Robinson yeah cool man all right have a good night holy like being a patrol dude dumb assuck after this incident Robinson decided to sue the officers alleging that he was stopped because of his race and they let him go due to his identity he's afraid that if he was treated that way he's unsure what would happen to other minorities who are not cops Rob Robinson also stated that he reported the encounter to the department but no action was taken yet I will detain you detain me for what you're not filing a lawsuit thus far but he indicated he is contemplating taking legal action against the West de Mo Police Department fortunately no one was hurt as part of these racial profilings but when
