Ma'am, stop driving. Stop. Put your car in park right now. >> I have a right to my feet attorney. I'm not >> Put your feet in or I'm going to force you to put your feet in. >> Call my attorney. >> I'll call your attorney when you put your feet in. >> I absolutely >> Put your feet in. >> I did not do anything right. I feel scared. All these men around me. God, all these people about me. Please just take me to the jail. Take me to the jail. Oh my god. >> Sometimes a simple DUI investigation can quickly get chaotic when there's alcohol involved. But if you then throw in a Karen and add that unhinged energy, it becomes an explosive situation that usually involves a full-blown meltdown. This story usually ends with a drunk driving Karen getting some jail house karma. Listen, I'm trying to explain to you. I had a really shitty day at work. I had a really day at work. I was coming from that way at work. Where do you I work at? I don't know. I work that way. I'm trying to explain to you. I don't know where I work. I work that way. >> On the 11th of August, 2021, the cops were dispatched to resolve a giant mess at a very busy intersection. Multiple vehicles were involved in a crash and the drivers there were pointing to an intoxicated young lady as the culprit. >> What happened? >> I'm coming from work. I just got off from the breakers. I'm coming westbound here. Yeah. >> And uh >> I full green light. I mean I was coming down. It had been green and like m Mr. Garity just you know confirmed she was behind me running on the bridge. You know she was coming. I saw her at the last moment that she like crossed into the intersection and I just jumped on. >> Where was she going? Was she going north? >> She's coming northbound here on Flagger. Yeah. >> Okay, no problem. >> No, this thing protects your boy when I bet the knee pads, everything come out cuz I was like, >> and you know, it's funny cuz when I saw her at the last second and I'm like all of a sudden I realized she's in the intersection. We're going to hit right and I you know I tensed up a bit but >> she's the one who was a little woozy. Miraculously, no one was injured in the accident, but they all told the same story. The young lady caused the crash by running a red light. Naturally, the cops wanted to talk to her, but they probably hoped it would go smoother than it did. >> Oh, you were driving this one. Okay. Was there anybody else in the car with you? Can I grab your license? And >> I don't know where my purse is. My purse is right here and it's not here. >> Did you talk, sir? I've talked to her. Yeah. >> Does she seem >> Yeah, she seems she's looking for a vape right now. >> What's that? >> She's looking for a vape right now. >> Yeah, she's trying to find her purse. >> Oh, cuz I need her driver's license and all that. >> Here, I found >> So, you What do you need? My license. >> Driver's >> Yep. license and your car registration and proof of insurance. I I honestly am not going to know where most of my stuff is. >> Do you have it on your phone? >> I have my What do I need? >> Insurance. >> I have that here. >> She appeared to be struggling with her short-term memory as much as she struggled with her speech. Granted, she might be suffering from shock or even a concussion. However, it was much more likely she was intoxicated. >> I'll give you whatever you need, but I know that I have it. So >> So just keep trying to find out. >> I know. I was going to say I know I got ar not arrested but like I got in trouble for it because the cop told me I didn't I gave him my insurance and he told me it wasn't. He told me it was enough and it wasn't. >> Try to find it. Try to find it. And can you tell me what happened? >> I was just driving home. I thought I was going straight in. >> Where were you at? >> I was coming that way. I was coming from from that way. >> Okay. You were in Palm Palm Beach, right? >> Yes, I was in Palm Where were you in Palm Beach? >> I don't know. I was just that way. I just saw this over there. I just saw this over there. >> You came from Palm Beach. >> All I know is I know I know what you're saying. I know what you're saying. >> Where were you in Palm Beach? That's all I'm asking. >> I know what you're saying. I just don't I don't know. >> You don't know where why you were over there. >> I don't I just know I was right there. >> No, you're not. >> No. Why would I lie to you? I'm telling you I was right there. Stop. >> I'm trying to tell you. I'm trying to explain. >> I don't care about right there. >> Okay. Well, that's all I can tell you. All I can tell you is right there. That's all I can tell you. >> The driver, later identified as Mickey, seemed to be confused about where she was coming from or even where she was going. For the cops investigating, the information was crucial. Was she at a bar? Had she been drinking? It seems like she deliberately tried to avoid giving clear answers. >> Listen, I'm trying to explain to you. I had a really shitty day at work. I had a really day at work. I was coming from that way. A worker. I I work that. I don't know. I work that way. I'm trying to explain to you. I don't know where I work. I work that way. >> Okay. You don't Okay. All right. All right. All right. >> You're not even listening. You're walking all the way. You're not even listening. >> I asked you where you work. >> Yes. And I'm trying to explain to you. And you're walking away from me as if I don't even matter. And I'm trying to explain to you. And you're disregarding everything I'm just saying. >> All I asked was where you were. >> Trying. All you have to say is where you work. That's all. >> All I'm trying to do is explain to you, and you're completely disregarding me as if nothing I say matters. >> Right now, she sounds like a professional victim. Nobody said anything bad to her, yet she keeps on reacting like they're against her. When she was approached by the female officer, Mickey was already on the phone with her grandmother. >> Who is this? >> My grandma. It's my grandma. >> Hello. >> Hi. Um, what is Mickey's phone number? Okay, perfect. All right. Um, we are here at Flaggler and Lake Drive. >> Um, she ran the light and she total three cars. >> Uh, she seems like she's under the influence. She can't advise where she worked. She can't advise what she was doing. She can't advise where she lived. She can't >> a baby. No, there's there's no baby here. Grandma's on her way. Okay. What What happened? >> I don't know. I thought I was going home. I just thought I was going home and I thought I was okay and I was just driving down here like going home this way and I just next thing I know I'm not home. That's all I know. >> Eventually, the cops got some answers. Mickey said she lived in Lake Worth but worked in West Palm. She also mentioned she had one drink. A while later, another officer managed to get another piece of the puzzle from her because supposedly she was dropping people off after work. >> Where do you work at, Miss Mickey? >> I have like four different jobs. >> Okay, but where were you coming from? >> I I just was getting off work. I was >> Where where >> you you don't you wouldn't you would there's no way that I can physically understand that. I literally I get off work and I I do this for these people and I do this for these people. I'm constantly there's >> so like deliveries or what? I I there it's not like that. It's it's not like that. I I I work for a marketing company and then I get off work from that and then I go home and I try to get my stuff and then I talk to these people who are dogsitting and I dog and then I I have like you don't >> Okay. So, where were you coming from just now? >> That's what I'm saying. >> Where is work though? >> My job is all the way in West Palm, but my I was down in like where I drop off like five people like that. This is my whole point is that it won't make sense. I I drop off like five people from work. I have to take people home in random different places all over Palm Beach County and Wellington in Lake Worth down here. I'm taking people home constantly and then I have to go and then I drop people off and then I'm going home to get stuff so then I can go babysit so I can do this job and then I can do this job and I'm just I don't know. I'm going everywhere. I don't know. >> Miss Mickey. Obviously, the officer had to test the woman to try and see if she was under the influence, but it was more difficult than it should have been because she wouldn't let the officer get a word in edgewise. >> Yeah. And you're a cop, but you don't get it. >> Stop talking for a second. Okay. >> My name is Officer. Stop talking. No, you're going to stop talking when the test stop. >> I'm going to stop talking to you. >> I'm not going to ask you again, Mickey. Put your vape down. >> You can test this for nicotine. It's only nicotine. I swear to God that I have anxiety and I just I really >> Put your vape down and come talk to me. >> Will you please let me hit it? So that my anxiety >> stand up >> this way. >> Feet together, hands to your side. Do you need those glasses for seeing or >> Yes, 100%. I cannot see even as far as you. I cannot see. >> Okay. For the purp That's fine. I want you to keep your feet together, hands to your side. I want you to stay at this the tip of this. Put your eyes in your eyes only. And I want you to follow. I don't want you to move your head. Okay. >> Okay. It's my eyes. >> Can you stop being rude to me? I'm trying to trying to understand like I don't Do you not understand? was hard enough for me already. I'm just trying to understand. You said not a pivot. What do you mean? >> I didn't ask you to do a pivot. If I as a pivot, I'd ask you to do a pivot. >> I understand that you don't want me to do a pivot. I'm asking you to explain to me what you mean. You said nine steps. You said kind of steps. What does that mean? Kind of steps. You're not explaining. >> I explained it twice and I demonstrated it twice. >> It seemed like no amount of explaining or any sort of demonstration would be sufficient. Even if she had understood the instructions, most likely she would have failed the test anyway. Instead of making things easier for everyone, she just kept on talking about going home. >> I'm just trying to go home. >> Okay. >> Like, I don't I don't know. I don't know what I can do. I don't know what else. I just want to go to sleep. That's all all that I have and I want and I know and that's I just I just got off work and I'm tired and I want to go to sleep. >> All right. Do me a favor. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back for me. >> No. >> Go ahead. Put your turn around. Put your hands behind for me, please. >> Come this way. >> Don't Don't make this hard stuff cuz you want you want to catch more charges. >> Yeah. I want to kill myself because of you. So, just so you know, and stuff. >> Good luck. I have piercings. I have a piercing. You're going to take that off or no? >> Stop moving. >> Oh, no you can't. That's what I thought. Exactly. >> Exactly. I'll let the jail do. But I don't want this man to touch me at all. So, I want to make that known. Can that be made known or no? You're going to need every single one of my request. >> You can have a female officer do it. And I'm still not okay with it because the fact that he's been touching me as much as he does and it makes me uncomfortable. >> And I guess that's not that's fine with you. It doesn't matter. You're not realizing the fact. >> It doesn't matter. Do whatever you want because you guys don't care anyways. When they got Mickey to jail, she refused to get out of the squad car. She was then dragged out, but then sat down, refusing to move. Two of the officers tried to carry her inside, but for their trouble, they both got kicked. As a result of her actions, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and driving under the influence with property damage. If you're in law enforcement, encountering strange people just comes with the territory. On the 11th of February, 2023 in Bloomington, Illinois, Officer Deals had one such encounter. He was in the process of conducting a traffic stop near a Denny's parking lot when suddenly a white SUV drove by, struck a signpost, and then jumped the curb. >> Hello. Jesus Christ. >> What the >> can't pull them over. Look what the they doing. >> 49. I got a DUI probably that's driving around by the pole right here next to me. Stand by. >> Hey, stop. [Music] >> Ma'am, stop driving. Stop. Put your car in park right now. Somehow, this 28-year-old driver managed to wedge her SUV between a tree and a metal guard rail. Realizing she might try to take off, the officer asked for her keys. But sadly for him, this particular suspect was not as cooperative as he had hoped. >> Ma'am, give me a road. >> Give me your keys, please. Keys. >> Ruby. >> Yep. >> You're not going to be okay at all. Ma'am, >> please. I cannot afford >> I cannot afford to let you drive any further. >> I'm not here to drive any further. >> I get that. Give me your keys. >> Okay. >> Period. >> Hand me the keys. Let go of me. >> Hand the officer over there your keys. Go me. >> You just ran over a ran over a sign, crashed your car into a tree. No. >> Yes. >> No. >> One of those doors. >> I'm going to have you hop out over there with that officer. Okay. >> I have to go to work in the morning. No, >> you can't go to the work in the morning. >> I'm going to work in the morning. >> I don't know about that. >> You're going to have to hop out over this way and we'll talk about work in the morning. >> That back and forth went on for several minutes. The suspect here just wouldn't come out even after one of the officers got in the back seat. The woman said she was afraid of losing her job because currently she was on a probationary period. >> Ma'am, I'm going to tell you one more time >> right now. >> I will let >> If you do not go out that door right now that my job >> I don't care about your job. I care about you getting out of the vehicle. >> I need you to step out of the vehicle. >> Everything to do with it. I need to like >> Ma'am, what is your name? >> Door. I am not going to tell you that. But hey, >> for real. >> No. >> Get out of the car. Get up and get out of the car. >> Choking me. >> I am on video. Hey, >> that's great. You are on video. >> I am. >> Step out of the car. >> Hey, don't choke me. You're choking me. You >> then get out of the car. >> I will. Hey. Hey. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up like an adult. >> I am an adult. Stand up. >> Stand up like I'm wearing. Okay. >> I have a job. >> All right. Get up. That's great. I have a job, too. >> I know you do. >> Stand up. >> I will. >> I will. >> She of course did not stand up. Not even when they threatened her with pepper spray. Since nothing seemed to work, the cop in the back seat made his move and gave the suspect a gentle push. >> Hey, stop. I'm a woman. Let go my shoes. >> Then stand up and get out of the car and act like a woman. Okay, I will. Hey, like a woman. Hey. >> All right, hold on so she doesn't get jammed up on that. >> Yep. >> Hey, I know. >> I'm right here. >> Hey, >> got her. >> Thank you. You got me. >> Oh, you're absolutely right. Step over. One, two, three. Up. >> There we go. >> And ankle. Your back. >> No need to pull away from us. There's no point. >> I'm not. >> You're not because you're Well, that's cuz you're pulling away. >> I am not pulling away. I am not fighting you guys. >> Got it. >> She might not have been fighting with them in the literal sense of the word, but she was surely resisting. Even in handcuffs, she continued trolling the officers and instead of making things easier for herself and no doubt the officers, she chose a different route. That was just absolutely wild. >> Step out again. We're going to switch cars. >> I'm going have you hop in the back of my squad car. Okay. Where am I going? >> What? >> Where am I going? >> You're going to be processed for a DUI. I'm going to ask you to perform field sobriety testing and then we'll go from there. >> Okay. >> Where's my stuff? >> Your stuff's in the car. What would you like out of the car? >> My car. My purse. >> Your purse? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We can do that for you. I just need you to hop out. Okay. >> No, I need that right now. >> What? >> I work two jobs. Like I understand that. No, you don't get that. >> You understand? single mom, young like >> listen, I just need you to step out of the car. I am not trying to be unsympathetic, but in your condition, you have no business going to work. I just need you to step out. >> No. Hey, don't man. >> I am asking. >> I swear to God, don't man. >> Don't man. >> You're forcing us to. >> No, I'm not forcing you to. I want you to have my phone. >> It's in the front seat. It's literally right in front of you. >> This ain't the front seat. The >> suspect, Lexi, was taken to the Bloomington Police Station, but instead of getting sober and coming to her senses, she appeared to be drunker than ever, and her contempt for the officers was clearly showing. >> All right, Lexi, I need you to hop out of the car. Okay. Hold on me so I don't fall over. >> No, for real. >> Bless my face. >> Okay, >> I'm just going to be hang tight right here and we're just going to walk right in here. Okay, >> block me. I can't die tonight. >> You're not going to die. >> Yeah. >> I'm just going to have you do some tests just to make sure that you were actually good to drive when you were driving. Okay. What was that? >> I have peeing. >> You have to pee >> at the bathroom. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Take a step. So, >> the door has to stay open. >> Okay. You want to watch me? >> No, I don't want to watch your feet. >> You do. Hey, >> the door is fine here. >> Hey, I'm 20 years old. >> Great. >> Period. >> Awesome. Use the bathroom or don't don't push this door to my Don't push the door to my foot. >> You want to catch an egg charge cuz that's where you're going to be. >> I have to pee. >> No. Hey. >> Thanks to her obnoxious behavior, she was denied the chance to pee. She probably thought it was all fun and games till the cops made it clear they were done playing. Safe to say, she didn't take the news too well. It's that simple. >> I'm not putting my eyes. >> How old are you? >> I'd like Are you for real? Okay. [Music] >> I got to pee. I have to pee. I have to pee. For real. >> No. Hey, stop. I have to pee. >> Are you trying to get to meet me? >> No. Please. >> For real. >> Remain there. >> I will, but I have to pee. >> I have to go get my paperwork. >> Are you losing? >> I'll take one. I am not even trying to fight you. >> Funny she said that when she'd literally been fighting the cops the entire night, hoping she'd come to her senses, the arresting officer asked her to do a breathalyzer test. >> So, listen. In these in 2 minutes, I'm going to have you get I'm going to have the other officer take you out of that handcuff and I'm going to have you step up here and provide a breath sample. Okay. >> I'm not going to. Okay. I got me. I have to go pee now. >> But I can assure you. Hold on. >> If you refuse, if you refuse Wait, hold on. >> And I have to apply for a search warrant, which I'm going to do. >> Searching? >> No, I'm going to apply for a search warrant, which is >> I'm going to apply for a search warrant. >> I'm going to search you. Okay. Just make sure you don't have anything on you. You ready? >> I have nothing on me. >> Perfect. You can stand up for me. Okay. >> I like the color of your nails. It'll take you. >> You can relax. I have nothing on me. >> Okay, you can put your head right now. >> No, the smoke. You want to watch me pee? >> Hey, be nice. Why you guys Why are you going to talk like that? >> No, I'm serious. >> Why you watch me pee? The I already know. I already know how it is. >> You know how it is. >> Yeah, he's a good guy. >> No, good guy. Pervert. Pervert. She refused to do the breathalyzer test, but they did get a warrant for a blood test and a urine test. She was then taken to Mlean County Jail where she continued with her theatrics, even pretending to have an anxiety attack. >> I'm done with your game. >> Camera me. >> I need a drink. >> My drink. It's in my car. >> Your car is gone. >> My keys for Don't throw up on this, Dad. You know, you're going to be in. That's disgusting. >> Hey, Adrian. No, for real. Dad, no. >> Hey, sit down. No. >> Nothing in the wall. Hey, I need I told you. Hey, I don't feel good. >> I didn't drink a water. I got anxiety. Help me. You can't. You can't. You No, I'm not. I'm not. [Music] >> Let me pee, please. I swear to God, let me pee. Thanks for asking. >> Lexi was charged with driving under the influence, felony obstruction of justice, failure to reduce speed, uninsured motor vehicle, and suspended vehicle registration. In the end, she was fined $2,000 along with 2 years probation. She was also ordered to attend an alcoholism treatment program. On the 24th of February, 2024, a man was involved in a hidden run. The man followed the vehicle that struck him to a nearby residence and then called police. An officer responded quickly and called the supposed asylent in a parking lot. Hi. >> So, I was driving down Kit and she passed in the suicide lane and cut over and straight my car. >> Are you going east or west? >> Uh, coming up. I was heading towards National Coming from >> this way or from the other side of National. >> He's laying >> that way. Yeah. You were coming up from over there. He's like >> came up from Warren Avenue. >> Came up from Warren Avenue up the hill. >> Your car. >> Can we take a look at it? >> Yeah. >> As it turned out, the officer recognized the suspect from previous interactions. She was a 49year-old woman named Africa. She was adamant she didn't hit the other driver, but she did seem to be pretty intoxicated. >> Africa looks like looks like his car was bumped into it. Fold in my mirror. >> Look at my car. >> Africa, you've been drinking. >> No. >> No. You want to blow on a PBT? >> I'm not doing nothing. >> Where? >> Where? >> Where? What does it equal up to that? >> Your tire rubbed my car >> and then that dent right there. >> Where? Show me. Show me, sir. >> So, did she try to change lanes into you or? >> Yeah, she So, she ran around your your driver's side. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Were you in the inside or outside lane? >> Uh, left-hand lane. >> The left hand lane. >> Okay. >> Outside. >> Then she passed on your left. >> Yeah. In the suicide lane. >> And then hit you while doing it. >> Yeah. And came in. >> Okay. As the officer talked to dispatch and tried to run the plates on Africa's car, that's when she decided she'd had enough. Without saying a single word, she just walked away like she couldn't be bothered. >> Hey, Africa. >> Hey, Africa. >> Africa, you're not free to go. >> You're not free to go. >> I'm not free to go. >> Yes, I am. >> I'm going to put you in cuffs if you don't relax. Come talk to me. >> I will. Why are you putting your hands on me, though? >> I'll take a second routine. Cuz you're not free to go. >> Okay. >> Okay. Come back and walk this way. >> I will. It's not up to you. >> It is up to me. You're not going to put just put your hands on me like that. >> You're not free to go. >> I'm not free to go. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, let go. >> All right. >> But you're not in control. >> I said I I understand that. You said I wasn't free to go. >> Okay. Listen to me. >> Stop. Okay. You want to help me get her cuffed? >> Over and over, the cop tried to reason with her. However, it became obvious the woman was not going to cooperate. So, he called his partner and proceeded to handcuff her. But, as we'll soon find out, it'll take more than these two to handle this woman. >> Really? Really? Really? >> Really? You drunk your stomach? >> No, I'm not. >> Roll on your stomach. I got her right. I got her. Yep. >> I want to put on my um pants. >> Well, pull up your pants. >> I don't need you to. I want >> There's your pants. >> Thank you. You roll on her side position. >> Roll to your side. Just roll to your side. Okay. Like, why would you do that to me? >> Africa, you weren't listening. We'll sit her up. Yeah. Recovery position is seated. >> I can't stand up on my own. >> Yep. >> I can't I can stand up. >> Get your foot stuck under the fence. >> Get your foot out. >> I can stand up on my own. >> Get your foot out. >> Africa, you can't do it with your >> Okay, go. Go ahead. Go ahead and use >> Africa. >> I'm tell my own. Yes, I can. >> You're going to snap your leg if you try to stand up. >> Yeah, go ahead. Snap >> your foot out. >> Snap it. >> It looked like Africa was trying to get these officers to hurt her. Maybe she wanted to sue them later for police brutality. The cops, however, were a little bit smarter. They pulled her leg out from under the rails. And after that, all they had to do was get her up and take her to the car. >> That was stupid as >> There we go. Wasn't so hard, was it? >> Don't kick Africa. You're gonna >> I don't give a >> Are you gonna stand up? >> No, I I stand up then. >> Okay, >> there we go. Now, we're going to stand up. Put your leg under you. Can you grab her phone? Yeah. You >> hit your hand off of me. Can't do that after you're under arrest. >> Why? What am I under arrest for? Ask, are >> you hurt? >> What am I under arrest for? >> DUI resisting arrest. >> I didn't resist arrest. I don't know why he was arresting me. >> When they arrived at the squad car, she pretty much knew she was beaten. So, she then started saying that she didn't resist in the first place. Clearly, she was way too drunk to make rational decisions. >> Put my sock back on my shirt. >> Have a seat. Then you put your sock. >> I am. Have a seat. >> I am >> crazy. I pulled over to say I did not harm his car at all. He's a liar. >> Hey sir, she's been arrested for DUI and has been arrested. It'll be handled. >> Okay. What do I do about insurance information from her? >> Officer Horton is going to explain all that to you. And I can almost guarantee you she's not injured. >> Oh, awesome. >> So, try to walk away. I'll be back. >> I definitely didn't walk away. I pulled over. where and he followed me here. >> After they meandized her, she wanted to be checked by Maddox. However, when the fire department arrived, she quickly changed her mind. As if that was her cue, she then pulled off another fake anxiety attack. >> Hey, Africa. What? I I understand what's going on here, but uh do you not want us to check you out anymore? >> Would you like me to do your pulse? >> Pulse and we're good. >> Okay. We're not putting it off. She tries like, "Yeah, I'm gonna just treat her like a She's kicking it up." So, I'm going to deal with that. >> You get away from me. I'm scared of you. Get away from me. Get away from me. Get away from me. Get away. Get away. Get away. >> Get away from me. >> Get away from me. Seat belt. >> Get away from me. >> No, I'm going to put your seat. >> I don't have If they happen, they going to just manhandle me. >> They're not. I'm just going to put your seatelt on. I didn't even touch you. Africa, >> they want to stop. Give me your target. >> I am the sergeant. >> Eventually, she was transported to jail without further incident. However, when they got there, instead of calming down, she went on with the drama. As a matter of fact, she increased the intensity to a whole new level. >> I I feel scared. All these men around me. All these men around me. Please just take me to the jail. Take me to the jail. Oh my gosh. >> Take me to the jail. >> Will you now submit to a breath test? >> No. >> Guess what? We're going to jail. >> Yeah. >> Can I use the restroom before I go? >> I forgot we're not going to do that. >> Okay. >> To jail. >> Sure. You don't have to hold on to me. >> If you fall down, it's our responsibility cuz you can't break your fall cuz you're handcuffed. >> Okay. I don't want people touching me. I will. >> You've never seen me never resist. I don't want you touching me. >> Let's get in the car. Okay. >> Probably. >> Yes. Please send a lady. Got all these guys up here messing with me. Please. Look at these two guys holding me down. >> So, you're going to cooperate with me? >> Are you going to be all right? Yes. >> You're going to be all right. Okay, let's go. >> They charged the woman with DUI, resisting arrest, and hit and run. Her bond was set at $10,000. But when the judge realized she had prior convictions, Africa was denied bail. So far, we've seen some insufferable drunk Kairens. But on December 4th, 2022, officer Best in New Mexico came face tof face with a different breed of Karen. He was responding to an accident involving a drunk driver. >> I have access to this car forever. >> Go on the sidewalk. >> Step on the sidewalk. >> Just take me. >> Where's your license, insurance, and registration? [Music] [Music] No. >> Is this your car? >> Pardon? Do you care who towes your car? >> Yes, I do. >> Who do you want to tow it? >> Sorry. Who do you want to throw your car? >> Quit screaming at me. >> Quit screaming at me. >> Oh no. >> Luckily, there was no one else involved in the crash, and the suspect, Demand, wasn't aggressive at all. At least not in the usual way. As Officer Best was having his eardrums assaulted by the wailing and the high-pitched moans, his partner seemed to enjoy it as he endured all this torment. [Music] Ma'am, you still stay on Mesa. >> Put your hands down and talk to me. >> No, please don't. Please don't >> What? >> Take me to jail forever. >> Why would I take you to jail forever? >> I know, but that's what the judge was going to say. >> Why? >> Stop. Stop. >> Probation. >> What are you on probation for? >> Assault and assault and property damage over 500 damage. >> Okay. >> Lucky for officer best, the medics arrived quickly and his eardrums got a bit of a break. However, judging by the looks on their faces, it seemed like the medics had even less patience than the officer. I just lost my life forever. >> Hey, what's going on? >> I just wrecked into the car. I'm going to lose my life forever here. >> Okay, but what happened? >> I was driving and drinking. I just want to go home. I don't want to go to sunrise. >> I don't want to go to sunrise. >> Oh no. No, >> she's just Hey, >> no. I'm going to go to >> Amanda. Amanda, hush. They're EMS. They're here to make sure you're not hurt. >> But you're going to put me in jail. >> They won't. >> I just need to talk to you. Make sure you're okay. Okay. One step at a time. >> Hey. Hello. >> Let's stop, okay? Because I can't hear you, nor do I understand you. >> Putting me in jail. >> I'm not putting you in jail. >> The medics eventually got her to calm down and cooperate with them. They began by asking some basic questions to try and determine if she had a concussion or other injuries. >> I'm being realistic. >> She hasn't said, but she's >> Do you have any medical injuries? >> No. Do you know what year it is? >> 19 2002. Not correct. 2002. That's not 2002. >> 2022. >> There you go. What city and state are you in? >> Mexico. >> What's your name? >> Amanda. >> How many dimes in a dollar? >> 10. >> Perfect. Okay. >> No cases. >> No cases. >> All right. Come here, Amanda. >> Do me a favor. Tie your shoes. Tie your shoes. No. I need you to tie your shoes. [Music] >> Amanda, it's Amanda, right? >> Oh, no. Oh, my life is over. >> Once the medics cleared her, it didn't take long for Amanda to slip right back into feeling sorry for herself. And if you watch real close, you'll notice there were no tears at all. So, all of this was just an act. >> How much have you had to drink? >> I had two shots. >> Two shots? >> Yeah. When? >> I don't know. >> You don't know when you had two shots? >> One man shot. You have one other shoe to tie. Amanda, tie the other shoe. [Music] >> Well, cuz [Music] Amanda. >> Amanda. >> Somehow, the officer persuaded Amanda to tie her shoes up, stop all that crying, and try to do the field sobriety tests. >> Amanda, look up. Amanda, >> you're looking up. >> No, that's my pinky finger. My index finger. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. With your eyes and your eyes only, I need you to follow the tip of my pen. Do not move your head. Do you understand? Okay. You have any questions? >> No. >> Don't move your head. >> Don't move your head. She was in the car trying to get in it and drive off. And I said, "I'm sorry, your heart's not going anywhere." >> All right. To the best of your ability, can you imagine an imaginary line straight out in front of you? On this line, you're going to take nine heel totoe steps. >> Anything else I can do for you this morning? >> Almost comfortable. >> Thank you. No. >> All right. >> I don't know if you know Cheyenne. It's >> uh she's an ER nurse. >> Okay. and my girlfriend. >> Okay. >> And this is her father. >> She's here. >> She just called me and she said, "Eric just told me." I said, "Yeah, is he here?" She said, "Yeah, >> I took three." For demonstration purposes, how many steps are you going to take? >> Four. >> It was obvious Amanda was lost. From the number of steps to the timing, she got everything wrong. But the officer decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and let her do it anyway. Amanda, I'm going to ask you one more time. Did you understand the test? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> One foot in front of the other. >> Okay. At what point in time did I tell you to start the test? >> You said to start off after 1, two, three. >> Oh, okay. All right. Come on back here. You can begin. 100 one two 100 three four 1006 I can't >> Amanda continue the test >> 10034564 >> Okay, Amanda you can I'm really going to jail. >> At this point, going to jail was inevitable. Amanda was charged with DWI, failure to maintain lane, and improper display of her registration plate. Despite her multiple charges, she did not go to jail forever. I'm going to forever. >> On the 1st of May 2024, Florida police had their hands full. According to witnesses, there was a drunk woman driving like a maniac, swerving wildly across lanes and nearly hitting a family. When the officers arrived on scene, this woman seemed completely oblivious to the danger she'd caused. 14 156. He's in a Porsche Panorama in the bowling alley parking lot. >> Roger. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> Hi, >> Mom. Alexis, >> I'm sorry. >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> What's your name? >> No, my daughter is tired and ding a fit. So, we pulled over to that way we can't have fit and we're going to go home. >> What happened with your tires? >> What tires? >> The car tires. >> Okay, we're leaving. She's done having her fit. We'll see you later. >> Just hold on. Don't Do you have a license so I can see? >> No. >> Just stay in your car for a second, ma'am. >> From that brief conversation, it was painfully obvious that she was very intoxicated. She almost fell out of her car, had no clue she had a flat tire, and still believed she could just drive away. Most likely, if a concerned citizen hadn't called police, she probably would have done just that. >> And I'm sorry. >> No, it's okay. What's going on? >> The kids, man, she's got kids. >> Listen, it's a good thing you call because of everything that I'm seeing right now. >> I think she's high or something. >> Um, >> we got I got past Wbrite >> and then I saw a lot of smoking, you know, coming, you know, I'm like driving coming out from the light. >> Yeah. right off of Woodbrite I believe and then I see like smoke whatever happening and then I see a couple right with two kids and they were pulling the kids away I'm like what just happened and then all the smoke coming from the right tire right the front right tire I'm like did they maybe just overcurb like accidentally you know something happened so then I started paying attention to it and then if you go back you're going to see that I'm sure it's all scraped from almost like >> any cars or anything like that >> no [ __ ] any cars she almost ran up the this couple with the family and then um she made a right and then she was like going over the the curb and then on and off, on and off. Right. And then I think she got a flat tire, I believe. >> Yeah. >> And then she made a right turn right here at the gas station. >> Right. And then she almost actually ran over another guy that was just walking. She literally ran I mean, I thought she was going to hit him, you know, run over this guy. >> Yeah. >> It was a good thing the woman busted her tire on the curb and had to stop her car. If what the witness was saying is true, she was a danger to herself, her two kids in the back seat, and everyone else on the road. Now, let's see what she had to say about it. >> Can I see your driver license, please? >> You can, but I pulled over cuz my daughter's having a bit. Don't give me a hard time. >> I'm not giving you a hard time. I got a call about your car. That's why. >> Let's go. >> You're going to close my hand on the door, man. >> I'm Well, your car is not safe to drive one because you don't have tires. >> I do have tires. >> Would you like to see it? >> Oh my god. >> Buckle up. Let's go home. >> Would you like to see it? Hello. >> Let go of my car. >> Step out of the car. >> No. >> Step out of the car. You're going to be in handcuffs. >> I pulled over cuz my daughter was >> I understand that. But now I need your driver license. >> I will give it to you. >> Give it to me then. I'm still waiting. >> It's doubtful the woman would be able to find her driver's license even if she wanted to. At first, she acted like she was complying with the officer, but it wouldn't take too long before she made one critical mistake that would land her in handcuffs. >> I know. We're just trying to go to the mall. We want to go to the mall. We want the jumpy thing. >> That's all. >> You don't have tires. You want me to show you? >> We I'm sorry. I can't afford car tires. >> It's flat. You can't drive it. You don't have flat tire. >> Okay. Well, my husband >> Okay. Let me see your driving license, please. >> Okay. And then I'm going to go home. >> Yeah. >> I have rights. >> Okay. Sure. Actually, I'm calling cancer. I'm calling my lawyer. >> Send me one one more unit. >> I'm car. >> Stay right here. >> My kids are on the car. >> Please. You don't you don't be detained for now. Okay. >> No. >> Relax. Okay. Relax. You being arrested. We're not being detained. Really good job. >> My kids are trying to understand that. >> Okay. >> I pulled over. >> Okay. I know. >> So that they can stop busting. >> Relax. Here. >> No, my kids. >> Come over here. They They're fine. They're fine. >> The officer is doing his best to calm her down and keep the woman cooperative. But one thing's clear. She won't be getting out of those handcuffs anytime soon. At that point, they had to identify her and try to make her understand the gravity of the situation. >> What's your name? What's your first and last name? >> Shannon. Shannon. What? >> Okay. >> We live right down the street. >> We got a call about your car that you almost hit somebody. >> Oh my god. >> Somebody. So, you're driving in a way that's not very safe >> because I'm trying to pass snatch to my kids. They're hungry. >> Okay. Are you under any any medications or so? I need to make sure cuz you're not You don't seem the right to me. >> Okay. No, I am not. >> Have you have anything to drink now? >> I don't drink. >> Are you taking any drugs? >> No. Do >> you think What kind of do you think I am? >> I don't know. I'm just asking cuz your behavior, the way you asking the way you acting. >> I'm I'm sorry, but my kids have been screaming and I have a 2-year-old. >> You don't even realize that you're driving with a flat tire. >> Okay. Well, my husband will come and face it. Listen. Hey, are you on brand new prescription medications? >> No. >> The suspect, Shannon, didn't deny driving dangerously, but she did try to justify it by saying she was distracted by her kids. The alcohol messed her up so bad that she didn't even realize she'd just confess to a serious traffic violation and could be facing multiple charges. >> I have a 2-year-old and a six-year-old and they're screaming their heads off, so I pulled over. >> Okay. >> So, I can give them their giving me a hard time when I ask you for just your name and your driver license. Just so you figure out who you are >> because I don't feel like because I have to give my kids facts because they're screaming and crying. Please. >> Okay. Once I figured out how everything is going and then you I you be on your way. Where are you? >> I live right here in >> Where's your husband? >> He's not home waiting for us. >> Does he have a car? >> No. >> So, how would he get here to fix your car? >> I'm coming home to get it. You can't drive this car. >> I can. >> She just couldn't wrap her head around the fact that you can't, or at the very least, you're not supposed to drive around on a flat tire. The cop here figured he could show her the extent of the damage, hoping she might understand why he was so concerned. >> Do you see this? Is this driveable to you? >> So, let's call him and have him come back. >> How would he get here? >> Okay. >> His dad will take him. >> Come over here. So, I'm still >> Oh my god. I want to get home to my kids. >> Your kids's in the car. >> Well, now you can't drive this car and you need to go. I'm going to have you to call your husband to come get your kids. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> And I'm going with him. >> Okay. >> Where's your license in your car? >> I get it. >> Just sit right here. I got it. I got it. You know, >> are you >> You're being detained right now. So, I don't want you to go >> I'm not going to jail, sweetheart. >> Can you also be 50? yet another being >> right. >> The way the woman nodded her head, it looked like she was about to fall asleep standing up. She kept saying she didn't crash, blaming a screw for the punctured tire. However, at this point, the officer was more concerned about her mental state and her physical state. >> So, I'm going to ask you some simple questions because >> I got to make sure that you're okay to go home. >> Okay. Okay. >> Just put my hair in my face. >> What? What am I supposed to do now? >> Nothing. Don't worry about it. Let's go. >> Do you know where you are? >> I'm in Bo Beach and I'm trying to get back to Boon. >> Boer. >> You come from Boa >> and we wanted to go to Bo Beach Mall to so that my daughter can do a jumpy that's $8 that we like. >> So, we were on our way there and then she said she had to go potty. I said, "Okay, let me see if I can stop and do that. Okay. I don't drink. I don't take pills. The only I take a tennal >> and I have it with me if you want to see it. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> The reason I'm asking cuz you don't even seem to realize that you were driving with a flat tire. That's very high. >> I did not. I mean, but that's common for everybody. >> Not that way. >> Oh, come on. Oh, come on. Everybody really >> If you don't mind me asking, are you diagnosed with anything? >> No. >> No. Just this is your normal self right now. >> Yes. >> Any driver can tell you that even a semi- deflated tire can cause the car to pull in one direction. It's definitely something you'd notice unless you were just behind the wheel for the first time ever. Yet, she failed to notice a completely flat tire and a busted rim, which is a huge red flag. After a little more grilling, she started to crumble. >> I had a good cup. I did nothing wrong. I'm trying to take my kids to have a good night. >> So, you need a license, Miss Shannon? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Hold on. Sorry. Let me wrap it. Wrap it. Wrap it. Wrap it. Wrap it. All right. What do you want me to? Let's do it. >> Okay. Come sit in front right here. Follow the tip of the pen. >> Let's do it. Let's get this over. Let's do it. >> Do not move your head until I'm finished with the exercise. All right. >> Got it. Don't move. Don't move your head. Remember, don't move your head. Don't move your head, man. I can't do this if I wasn't Okay. All right. >> Come over here >> one more time. >> Okay. Sure. >> The officer led Shannon try it one more time and it went just like you'd expect. She didn't even get to the one leg stand test before the officer decided enough was enough. They took Shannon right to jail where she was charged with DUI as well as child neglect. Unhinged drivers come in many shapes and forms. Some of them crash by accident. Others do it on purpose. On December 16th, 2023, a driver in Ohio honked at a white BMW which failed to move on a green light. The BMW driver then reversed and hit the victim's vehicle before casually driving off. What's that? >> Can you pull around and face my car to see if there's any damage to the bump? do that with this. >> Yeah. Can I get under? >> Where'd they hit you? >> Yeah, they were backed right into my front. >> I just backed up. >> I think they hit the license plate more than anything, Jim. I think they hit like here >> most likely. That looks like that's probably the most protruding portion. >> Oh, I see that. >> Yes. So, you got a little bit of transfer there. drive. >> Good news is no damage. >> They had to have been drinking or something. They when they got off of Ronald Reagan, >> they were they were into the intersection. The car traveling that way laid on its horn because they were in the intersection. So then they backed up, but then they >> backed into backed into Jim's car. >> Oh, over here. >> Yeah. Over right there. While there was no real damage to the victim's car, the paint transfers clearly indicated that there was contact with another vehicle. The officers had to find the suspect before they caused another accident. Luckily, the couple managed to get a picture of the perpetrator's license plate, which did make it easier to track down the white BMW. >> Highland John 65. Hi. How you doing? >> I'm good. >> Is everything okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How uh did you just come from down off of uh you came from Ronald Reagan? >> Got off the exit there. >> Hold on, Bill. Why are Why are you here? >> What's that? >> Come on in and come in. Okay. Yeah, it's >> Why are you here? >> Just here to check on you. >> Well, you were involved in an accident earlier. You You backed into that car. No. >> Yeah. >> I I don't recall that. >> Careful, ma'am. You okay? >> Oh, yeah. I'm fine. >> How much you have to drink tonight? >> One or two glasses of wine? >> All right. >> The woman confirmed she was coming from downtown Ronald Reagan Highway off Hunt, just like the witnesses said. But when they got to the part about her backing into the vehicle, that's when she appeared to be pretty dismissive about the entire thing. >> But I don't know. What are you talking? Why are you here? >> Well, you backed into the car that was behind you. You kind of you bumped him a little. >> Was there an accident or is there an accident report? >> Yes, there will be. Yes, I I'm I'm performing. >> Look at my car. >> Yeah. Yeah. Come on. You don't remember backing into his vehicle? >> I absolutely don't know. You know why you're here? Are you telling me that I had an accident right here? >> That looks like one of the paint transfer errors, but I have white paint transfer from your vehicle. Okay. >> And they took a picture of your vehicle. Okay. when they back when you backed into him and then they said he got out of the vehicle and he said when you got the green light you just you you left. >> Okay. >> You didn't realize that that happened. >> That look like an accident. >> What's that? >> Does that look like an accident? >> It looks like contact between two vehicles. >> Okay. >> Contact. >> So, what would you like me to do? >> Obviously, by any stretch of the imagination, it wasn't a horrific crash. But the problem wasn't so much the two cars bumped into each other. It was that she left the scene of an accident and was apparently driving under the influence, which she hasn't denied at all. >> What's the news for you? >> Well, now I I I see issues of like, you know, that you may have been too impaired to operate this vehicle safely. I mean, you're pretty intoxicated right now. I can smell it on you. Your eyes are watery. You got slurred speech. You're kind of unsteady on your feet. And the coupled with the fact that we got a reported accident that you left the scene from, you know, that's a problem. Okay. Okay. You need to call an attorney or what are we talking about? >> You you can if you'd like to. I just want for one, I need insurance information. Okay. >> Because I'm doing this uh this crash report. Okay. >> You you able to get that out of the vehicle or do you have it on your phone or something like that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, let's do that. Okay. Well, here here's the situation we're at right now. Okay. Um you seem like you're very impaired. All this put together makes me think that you may have been too impaired to safely operate this vehicle from uh what I've heard from other people. >> Breathalyzer, >> I'd like to perform some tests just to see if I could rule out. >> I didn't think that's necessary. >> Okay. >> Either she didn't realize the gravity of the situation or she just didn't care. It was like she just couldn't be bothered. And since she refused to do sobriety tests, the officer had no other choice but to arrest her. >> I'll tell you what. What? >> Due to the totality of the circumstanc you might want to listen to me. >> Due to the totality of the circumstances, I'm going to have to place you under arrest for OVI. Okay. Operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Okay. >> You're not going to do that. >> I I am. Okay. Now, you can stay calm and you can be cooperative with me. We can go back to the P uh PD. We can take care of this, do some paperwork, and then come right back over here tonight. Or it could turn a bad way. Okay? So, I'm going to have to place you in custody. I'm g have to take you over to the Blue Ash police station. Now, listen. >> Listen to me, ma'am. >> Very important. Okay. I'm trying to do you some courtesies here. If you want to walk inside with me, grab a phone. Where where's your phone? I can get that for you and lock everything up. >> Okay. Do you want me to I can have this officer go inside, grab your phone, lock it up for you. You want to do that? >> I am absolutely unsure why you are doing this. >> I just explained everything to you. Okay, let's go in my condo. Is that okay? >> The woman decided to go in her condo and grab her phone. But the officer got a hunch she was up to something. So, he decided to warn her to not do anything dumb. But >> hey, listen to me before we do this. You're not going to try anything fishy, right? >> What do you mean fishy? >> I've already explained to you you are under arrest. Do you understand me? >> Ma'am. Ma'am, listen to me. >> No. Do you understand? >> Take your hands off me. >> Okay, we're not going to do that. >> Okay. Here. Just go ahead and put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Yes. Put your palms together. Very serious. >> When when an officer tells you you're under arrest, you're under arrest. Okay. You don't >> I was trying to do you a courtesy, but I think it's uh you're not going to uh cooperate with me very well. Okay. So, >> cooperate. >> No, you're not getting You're not understanding arrest >> for a fender bender. >> For what? >> That a fender bender. >> A fender bender. >> Well, you struck a evil and then you left the scene. Despite what she might have planned on doing, the woman didn't resist or pose any threat toward the cops. She already admitted she was drinking and she was obviously an elderly lady. Sometimes when people are aging, they do have limitations and sometimes accidents happen, but that car accident wasn't the only accident that night. >> I do it or you wait right there. Double check you don't have any weapons or anything. You have my white upper middle class nerves. I don't think I do. >> All right. Do you uh urinate yourself? You're wet in your crotch right there. >> Okay. What are my options? >> I'm going to ask you to give a breath test, the breathalyzer here. You can either refuse it and you get a one-year suspension that the BMV imposes on you, or you can give a sample, and if it is over the per se limit set by law, then you will have a uh a 90-day, a three-month suspension on your license. Okay. >> So, if I say no, >> and I get my attorney. >> Mhm. >> What does that mean? >> Here, >> ask your attorney. Anytime a police officer asks for a chemical sample, like a breath sample, if you refuse, then the BMV um automatically uh >> Okay, let's go back here. >> Well, here, let me >> let me get ahead of you, okay? I'm not discussing anything right now, okay? Cuz we're we're going to get caught in a loop, okay? So, >> let's focus forward. Let's get through this. We can get you back home tonight, okay? Cuz that's the ultimate plan. I just want we'll get all this done. I'll get you assigned everything and we get you back home, okay? >> The woman didn't seem all that perturbed about the arrest or wetting herself for that matter. She wasn't even worried about losing her license. In the end, she was charged with OVI and failing to stop after an accident. And speaking of hidden runs, on the 4th of April 2024, a young woman managed to hit not one but three vehicles before speeding off in her Mercedes. Luckily, a police officer saw the entire thing and managed to catch up with the woman as she parked in her driveway. >> Hey, come here. Get back. Come back. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You >> You uh crashed into a bunch of cars. >> I did not. >> Yeah, you did. I did not. >> Here, take these. Take these from you >> and >> Okay. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back for the moment so we figure out what's going on. Okay. >> Okay. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. >> Arrested me for a while. >> Well, you cra Turn around. Okay. You cra Stop. Okay. >> What? >> You crash into a bunch of cars. >> I did not. >> Okay. We got a bunch of calls on you. Huh? >> I did not. You're not. We got to call my attorney. >> I don't care about your attorney right now. Okay. >> Okay. So, what do I do? >> Stop. >> No, you're going to stop. You're going to stop. >> She brushed off the accident as if it didn't even happen. She didn't seem to be worried about the officer manhandling her and was acting like she was above the law. However, the officer wasn't going to let her just walk away from this. >> Don't make me do this bull. Okay. >> Someone not doing this. >> I know. Stop. Okay. I don't care what we're doing. Okay. Now, I'm going to put you in the car. >> No, you're not. >> I have my right to call my No, I have my right to I have a right to put your feet in. I'm not >> put your feet in or I'm going to force you to put your feet in. >> Call my attorney. >> I'll call your attorney when you put your feet in. >> I absolutely >> Put your feet in. >> I did not do anything right. >> Okay, then chill out and we'll figure it out in a minute. Put your feet in. >> Thank you. >> Really tight. Well, because you kept trying to snatch away from me. >> I did not. My handcuffs are really tight. They're bleeding. >> They're not bleeding. >> Um, they're hurting me. Really? >> Well, they're not comfortable. >> They're really bad. >> Well, you shouldn't have tried to snatch away from them. >> I did not try to snatch away. >> Well, I mean, >> please loosen them up. >> Okay, I I will shortly, okay? Or we'll figure it out. But if you're going to keep being uncooperative with me, I'm not going to do it. The way she kept interrupting the officer must have been pretty annoying for him. But he did do the woman the courtesy of checking her handcuffs. When he realized they weren't that tight at all, he shut the car door and resumed his business. >> Haven't had a chance to look at her car. If she's hammered, I saw her driving right here. >> Oh yeah. Fantastic. I told you you hit a bunch of cars in the in the Durban Pavilion parking lot. >> You got damage all over your car. We got >> the damage of my car for accident. >> Yeah, we got a bunch we got a bunch of witnesses. Okay. >> Who's the bunches? >> A bunch. >> So, we're we're going to deal with it shortly. >> I didn't get a single >> Well, a bunch of people said you did. >> I did. >> And we got it on video. >> Show me the video. You'll see it. >> You'll see it. Don't worry. >> Don't worry. >> That's fine. >> This situation starting to sound like an episode of playground insults. Luckily, Deputy Evans soon stepped in and tried to move the investigation along. The officer's goal at this point was to try and persuade the suspect to do some field sobriety tests. >> Well, my name is Deputy Evans with the sheriff's office and and uh I smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from your breath. You've been drinking. Well, it since you hit a car, you you're involved in a hit and run. Okay. >> I never hit a car. They never pulled over. No one did anything. That's what I'm saying. Like, >> well, they saw you. >> Okay. If they would have pulled me over, I would have said something the whole time. >> Okay. >> That's what I'm saying. >> Well, here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to conduct a criminal investigation for DUI. Okay. And since you were seen driving >> a vehicle, I want to make sure that you're okay. >> Okay. So, what we're going to So, what So, what we're going to do >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, so what we're going to do, we're going to take them off and then uh we're going to do some field. There's a nice white line over there. >> Come on out, young lady. I can't >> What's your first name? >> You can step out. Anastasia. >> Yes, sir. >> Go ahead and step out. I'll take them off. I'll take them off for you. Okay. >> Before the test got started, the deputy decided to remove the handcuffs, giving Anastasia the chance to turn on her flirtatious charm. But it didn't seem to work on the deputy, and he carried on his business, just like usual. >> All right. The deputy then told Anastasia that she was under arrest for DUI and then proceeded to read her her Miranda rights. After placing her in the squad car, he then confronted her with the facts. Anastasia, however, had a cover story for the damage to her car. >> So, you were seen by a person. >> Mhm. >> Hitting her car. >> Okay. >> Okay. You have damage consistent with the damage? Actually, I have damage from my consistent from my previous accident two months ago that they didn't fix from Mercedes. I can testify to the Mercedes-Benz accident because I was hit two months ago. Yes. >> Slide your feet down. >> All right. >> I don't want you to close your door. We'll talk about it. >> No. Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. You are going to jail.
