What is this for? >> All right. So, sir, this >> I gave you one second. >> Listen, I don't know why you're stepping to me. You need to back up, bro. >> Bro, listen to your going over. He ain't going over. I got his leg. >> I would say that's probably not a good idea. I'd rather take a knife to my throat than slice it and not deal with anybody, especially you, especially her. >> Domestic dispute calls are very unpredictable. Emotions run high, tempers flare, and within seconds, anger can escalate into violence. Unfortunately, some men get away with it. But it's always satisfying when these abusive husbands with attitude problems meet nononsense cops. We're going to take this all to the Supreme Court. Oh yeah. You're going to be a witness. You're going to be a witness. I'm going to drag you all into Supreme Court because this is what happens when you don't discriminate against a person. >> On June 17th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence after reports of a domestic dispute. According to reports, the husband and wife got into a heated dispute over finances. The wife was fed up with the man because he refused to get a job and she fled the property. >> She doesn't pay the bills. We can't live here. All right. I depend on her paycheck. >> That's something between you and your wife are going to have >> Well, she doesn't. You know, she's threatening me with the paycheck. Okay. She's holding my You can't be calling 911 every time you're getting upset about >> Okay. Well, talk to her. Tell her she can't do this. If she owns this house, she's legally has to pay the bills. Her name is first on the mortgage. She has to pay it. All right. She has a an obligation of 720 a month with mariner finance. She has to pay that. All right. She can't just think that she can walk away and just leave it alone. It's legally not acceptable. She signed. Okay. >> I think she left up just for >> No, I've never hurt her. I've never hurt the kids. I've done everything cooling off here until things start to settle down. >> Well, this comes up every 2 months. She's done this 2 months ago. You guys had it recorded on your uh cams. You see how this infuriates me? >> The cops were more than familiar with the man whose name was Paul. Over the past few months, he called the cops multiple times with the same complaint. >> She has 5,000 20,000 in jewelry. She has makeup cases. She has, you know, she has every privilege a woman could have and she doesn't want to pay the bills. Can >> we go into your house? >> Yes. Come on in. >> We're going to take this all to the Supreme Court. Oh yeah. You're going to be a witness. You're going to be a witness. I'm going to drag you all into [ __ ] Supreme Court because this is what happens when you don't discriminate against a person. I lost my job of 15 years with KFC because I didn't take a person off the front counter with the with that was missing teeth. This is what happened. You can Google my name. Google my name. >> Paul told the cops he was bipolar, but that he had been keeping up with his medicine. That being said, he was getting so worked up that the cops were concerned about his safety. >> We have an ambulance coming because we're concerned for your health. >> No, I'm not going to go in an ambulance. >> I never said you're going to come in and check your vitals. >> No, I don't. No, no, I absolutely disagree with that. I I do not want any medical help right now. No. Not whatsoever. >> NO. IF I DIE RIGHT ON SPOT, I GO TO HEAVEN BECAUSE I'VE HAD ENOUGH. All right. No. No more of this [ __ ] No more. No. If I GO TO HEAVEN, I GO WITH THE LORD right now. Call off the ambulance. Call off of them. She wants to enrich herself. >> She has $75,000 in her retirement cup. I have zero dollars. >> The officers did their best to bring the tension down. But every time it looked like they were getting somewhere, the man would fly off the handle. And eventually, Paul had had enough. >> Have a nice day, officer. >> No, we have to wait for an ambulance. Okay, Paul. >> No, I'm not going to an ambulance. Goodbye, >> Paul. I don't want an ambulance. Goodbye. >> Get out of my house, please. If you don't leave, if you don't leave, you're going to get sued. Step out of the way so I can get get there safely. >> Goodbye. Goodbye. >> Goodbye. I pay my taxes. I have a right to pay my taxes. You're not welcome here. I will not call 911. >> I don't care. They can live on the street if they want to. >> Okay. Goodbye. >> Well, that looked like that was the end of it. The officers called off the paramedics, got into their squad cars, and went on with their business. They warned the man not to waste their time again, but he just couldn't resist. >> No, we have to. >> We have to do it. >> All right. She doesn't want to pay the price. She doesn't want to pay the fees. That's okay. >> Hold on. Hold on, Paul. I got to lock them up so they don't send you up. >> All right, let's go. >> Okay. >> All right. Let's go. Got a double lock. >> Go ahead and turn around. >> 5387. >> I need to check your hat real quick, Paul. All right. Okay. Put that back on you. >> Yep. >> All right. >> This is all good and dandy. Okay. I took my case to the Supreme Court and I lost. Okay. All right. That's the way it goes. I accept that. All right. But I will not accept this. Someone that's going to lie to me, cheat, and steal from me. No, it ain't going to [ __ ] happen. >> Put your hands up. There we go. There we go. Pull. >> Got to buckle you in for safety. Okay. >> My own. Thank you, gentlemen. As he continued complaining the whole way, they took him down to the station. The cops tried to get a statement out of him, but he was so difficult to deal with that they had to put him in a cell to let him calm down. >> No, we're going to do this right and proper all the way. All right. Every bit. Because this is going to go into court. You understand me? I'm going to go before George with a lawyer and you're going to [ __ ] be held responsible. You understand that? Hold on. We We've got to put a bed in bed and a blanket in here. Okay, then we'll take the cuffs off. >> Okay. >> You've taken away my family. MY FAMILY? GOD DAMN YOU. >> YOU WILL PAY THE LORD'S price for this. >> Step on up here so I can take the cuffs off. >> You will pay the Lord's price for this. But you will go to hell for eternity for taking away my family. >> UNDO YOUR FINGERS. >> GOD DAMN YOU. >> STOP YELLING, PLEASE. >> NO. You think I'm pissed? Oh, yeah. I'm pissed. But I won't hurt anybody. I will follow the law because I follow the Lord's law. >> Your hand comes up, put it on the wall. >> No, this ain't gonna happen anymore. I'm p your kick to the curb. No more. >> I am not going to be brutalized or betrayed or no more. >> Same thing on the wall. On the wall. Hand on the wall. >> Paramedics arrived and offered to check the man out, but he refused treatment. He eventually calmed down enough for the cops to get him out of his cell and they asked him a few questions. >> I understand. I understand you're agitated. I understand you're mad, but please listen. Okay. My officers from dayshift came over to the house because there was a verbal argument between you and your wife earlier today. Correct? Is that why they were there earlier? >> I'm listening. >> Okay, I'm listening. >> She agreed with your kid to go to your brother's house. >> Okay, I'm listening. >> So, we did not take your daughter or your child or your wife away from you. They voluntarily left. >> I don't care about them anymore. I want to go home. going forward when we take you home, if you call about them not being able to pay the bills or stuff like that, you're going to get rearrested and we're going to call the state and we're going to get you charged with a class 4 felony for misuse of 911. >> Okay, I understand. >> Okay, I don't want to arrest you and I don't want to. >> Next time this happens, I'll get a lawyer. I'll get a lawyer. >> As he agreed to their terms, the cops put Paul in the back of a squad car and they took the man home. For a moment, it seemed as though he'd learned his lesson. But as we know by now, things aren't always as they seem. >> Thank you, gentlemen. Have a nice day. This is not going to happen again. Okay. >> If it happens again, I'll go get a lawyer, okay? And we'll solve this in court. >> Go inside. >> Okay. She doesn't want to pay her checks. >> I got other stuff I got to handle. >> All right. I understand. >> You got to go. >> Thank you, officer. >> All right. See you. >> Peacefully with you. >> I want my son home. >> He's a 12year-old. Paul, >> he's not in danger. Yes, officer. I am listening. I'm listening >> because I dealt with you already. >> I am listening. >> Two. Were you told not to call 911 again? >> My son is being held. I called my wife. She will not bring him home because >> I don't know where my son is. She will not tell me. >> Listen to me. I already told you where your son is, but you are not listening with your ears. You just want to talk. Listen. Your wife and your son left because of a verbal domestic altercation earlier today and went to your brother-in-laws or your brothers. >> That's where they're at. >> They won't come home. >> They don't want to come home the night. The cop who was dealing with him was beyond being frustrated, but he gave the man one more chance. The cop even wrote down a non-emergency number so the man could call for assistance, but Paul wasn't having it. >> There's the non emergency number for >> Tell my SON TO COME HOME. GOD DAMN IT. TELL MY SON TO COME HOME. >> I'm not going to get turn around. Put your hand behind the back. Get arrested again. All right. >> This time it's for the felony. >> Can you loosen up the handcuffs a little bit, officer? They're [ __ ] cutting my blood circulation. Everybody's gonna pay for this. Everybody >> stop moving. >> I will make sure everybody >> stop moving now. >> This is it. Or I'm out in the street. What the is the difference? Huh? What the is the difference? >> Have a seat. How much I got to pay? I'ming to tell it to the judge. What's your name? My lions. >> Yep. Just like the >> Thank you, Officer Lions. >> Not a problem. >> What I do every day, doctors, medicine, They gave the man every chance to cooperate, but he just wouldn't comply. Let's just hope that in the future he learns to use that non-emergency number. On the 2nd of September 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence regarding a domestic dispute involving a couple. When the officers arrived, they spoke to the woman who called police on her partner. Basically what has happened is um David have been in an intimate relationship for a long time. How how long? >> 14 years. >> Okay. They live here together. They own the house together. Um David got upset. He's highly intoxicated. He got upset because she burnt corn dogs or they corn dogs. Um he went to get up out of the bed and pushed her out of the way. She landed back on the bed and then uh then they started arguing. Punched the dog. Started arguing then took off running. Um, it's believed that he's probably going to the VFW. He's a white male, 5'6, gray buzz cut, no skirt, tacky shorts, possibly no shoes, and no phone. >> The suspect, Dave, threw a violent fit over some homemade corn dogs that got burnt. After getting a physical description of the man, the cops eventually caught up with him a few blocks away. He was just lounging around the area like he'd done nothing wrong just minutes ago. >> Are you under the influence of drugs and or alcohol? No, I mean obviously I've had a couple beers. Okay. >> Okay. >> I don't do drugs. >> Okay. So, you've had a couple beers tonight? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, can you go ahead and tell me what happened tonight? >> Really nothing. We just got in everyday, you know, like normal argument like uh you know, we were just arguing amongst each other. So I I came out here and uh she kept on on and on and on and everything and I just I just came out here to get away from her and that's that's about it. >> Okay. Can you tell me how the argument got started? >> Not really. >> No. >> I mean I mean can can she tell you that? >> Yes. >> The officer dealing with David was new on the job and his questions were very by the book. Nevertheless, the suspect was willing to work with him and calmly answered his questions. >> So, do you remember what was happening before the argument? >> Like what you were doing before the argument? >> No. I mean, this happens quite a bit. I mean, she, you know, she's argumentative. >> Okay. >> Quite often, you know, so that's when I just come outside and I just get away from her. I I just try to stay away from her, you know. That's about it. I don't That's it. There's nothing else to say. >> Nothing. So, basically, from what I'm getting from you is that it's a normal argument. Nothing happened. You walked outside. She followed you. >> Well, sometimes she does. Yes. >> But this time, >> uh, no. I I I I I really don't know. You know, I mean, I I I try to I try to get myself away from her >> when she's being argumentative. >> If an argument gets too heated, it's always best to walk away from it because after calming down a bit, everyone can handle things better. And while it really was the smart thing to do, the cops were skeptical the man didn't do anything else before leaving. >> Well, out here. And she said, "Oh, I'm going to call the cops." And I, okay, well, that's fine. Go ahead. I mean, I haven't done anything, you know what I mean? I can't, you know, so I came out here and hanging out with uh my friend out here. I I don't want I don't want anything to do with it. >> So, then where were you when we showed up? >> What? >> Where were you when we showed up then? And if you were hanging out with >> Out here. >> No, you weren't. >> Yes, I was. I was out back here. >> So, listen. So, here's the thing. >> You weren't in here cuz we checked Robbie's check. >> Yes, I was out back. >> And then Oh, actually. And then where did you come from when you walked up onto the scene? >> Hey, so you're going to really try to >> Well, we're asking you a question. >> No, I went over to my buddy's. >> So, >> right over here. >> Okay, perfect. >> My buddy Scott Ross is his name. >> The cops had a hunch that he was trying to avoid them by hiding at his friend's house. And once he saw the cops leave, he ended up in the place where the officers found him. >> Okay. So, when you saw us here, why did you turn and start walking away again? >> When I came and got you out of the backyard. What? >> You saw us >> and you turned and walked away again. Why would you do that? >> What's the matter with that? >> Okay, good to go. All right. What do you think? All right. So, just before I finish up the statement from you, sir. So, you just Nothing happened tonight. You don't remember what you were doing before the argument. You don't remember what the argument was about. You just remember >> it's it's stupid crap all the time. I mean it, you know, it normally it's just something that's just doesn't there's no meaning. I I just try to stay away from most of the time. >> As the officer continued to question the man, the tension calmed down. According to David, he and his partner had gotten into an argument and he walked away from it and that was pretty much it. At least that's what he claimed. >> Okay, this concludes the statement. And the current time is 1811. Okay. Can I have you go ahead and stand up for me, please? >> What? >> Can I have you stand up for me, please? >> Yeah. >> All right. Can I have you put your hands behind your back for me? >> You're going to arrest me, dude? >> Yes, sir. >> For what? >> Yeah, he's good. >> All right. What? What? What's this? >> Central 1018. >> What is this for? >> 1018. >> 10:15. >> 10:15. 44 to one second. >> What is this for? >> 10 8 one second. >> All right. So, sir, this >> I gave you one second. >> Listen, I don't know why you're stepping to me. You need to back up, bro. >> Going for domestic battery and animal cruelty again. >> You're an >> All right, go ahead and walk this way with me. >> You're drunk. You need to knock it off. >> As things turned out, it wasn't the first time the cops had dealt with David for fighting with his partner. While he continued berating the officers and claiming his innocence, he was led down the street to a squad car. >> You guys are crazy scumbags, man. >> Go between the vehicles. >> You're [ __ ] scumbags, dude. >> All right. Can I get a t-shirt? >> No, sir. >> You're that much of a scumbag, huh? You guys never stop, man. You're you'reing redneck scumbags. >> You say so. >> Oh, you are. What the did I do? >> Battery and animal use. >> Battery? >> Yes, sir. >> What do you mean battery? >> Your head hurt. >> [ __ ] >> Well, you didn't give me a statement that said otherwise. And according to her, >> otherwise? >> Mhm. I asked you what happened and you can't even remember. >> You're full of >> There was no way he was going to talk his way out of this one. He was patted down in front of a squad car and they got ready to take him to the station [music] to be further processed. >> All right, come on. You >> guys like in the back seat for me? >> You guys really like this? >> Hang on a minute. >> What's feeding? >> No. Got my wrist bleeding. >> Terrible. Yeah, you're a [ __ ] >> Put your feet in before I go around the other side and drag your >> Yeah, you you scumbag bald mother. >> All right, lean back. I'm going to seat belt you in. >> Just keep filling up the >> resistant. >> You guys are good for that. Keep filling it up >> for absolutely no reason at all. Head. >> You actually do look like a >> I'm glad. You look like a drunken idiot. >> Yeah. And you look I I'd much rather look like a drunken idiot than a >> You would piss comes out of your top of your head. They charged the man with battery, cruelty to animals, resisting arrest, and corruption by threats against public servants. On the 27th of April, 2025 in Illinois, the cops were dispatched to a residence. Reportedly, a man there was refusing to let his wife leave the house. >> Hey, you good, man? >> Yeah, I'm good. We're good. That's hand talk argument and that's it. >> Okay. Well, that's what we're figuring out. She wants to make it a bigger portion of the music and call y'all to get a no mother harm being done. Ain't happening. It's just me being loud and this is the way I speak. This is the way I talk. >> Okay. >> You know this is me. This is THIS IS MY VOICE. >> OKAY. >> THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT. >> OKAY. >> There ain't nothing else going the on. >> Well, that's what we're trying to figure out, right? Ex. [music] >> And that's what I'm telling you. >> When we hear when we hear yelling in the background, obviously we're going to have to >> Exactly. Y'all think y'all go way beyond instead of coming in and like I just told you. This is the way I talk. I talk loud. >> Okay, I get it, man. >> The officer here was super chill. He had a job to do and just wanted to make sure that everything was okay. To get to the bottom of what had happened, the cops spoke to the man's wife. >> It was between you two? >> Yeah, I was just trying to go to my mom, but he was inside with the kids. >> Gotch. Did it become physical? He pulled my key out of the thing. >> But he didn't Can he hit you or punch you, slap you? >> No, I didn't give him a chance to because I'm like, uhuh. Get off my truck. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. You guys are still in a relationship or >> Yeah, I was just going to go get some fresh air and go to my mom's cuz I'm like >> I can't take the kids with you. >> That's all That's all it WAS ABOUT. >> ALL ABOUT ALL IT IS. >> ALL RIGHT. >> THAT'S ALL it is. You want to go to your mom? Fine. Go to your mom's. I don't got problem going to your mom's. You take You want to take the kids with you? I get it. I mean, I >> You GOING TO YOUR MOM'S? >> YEAH, I I get it. >> The officer asked the man for his ID, but he was reluctant to hand it over. The man told the officers that since he wasn't being accused of committing a crime or being physical with his wife that they had no reason to see his ID. >> Did he hurt you physically or anything like that? >> No, I didn't let him cuz But he will if I give him a chance, but I was like, "No, I'm calling the cops on you." >> Okay. before anything happened. No touching, nothing like that. >> I just got done cooking for him and the kids and >> I just needed time away from home cuz he's like this all the time. I'm like, it's draining. >> Everybody else come here 1022. >> That's why my mom's like, "Come over by yourself then." I said, "Okay, you know, that's what I was going to do." Like, and I told him, "I'm going to my mom's." Soon as I reversed out the driveway, he ran out the house, jumped on the truck, and was shaking it. And then I'm like, he's like, "I'm not getting off the truck. I'll drop you off." >> He just didn't want to take care of the kids. >> No, >> he never does. And that's why I'm like, "I'm here all the time throughout the week with you and the kids." I'm like, "And you treat me like this." Like, it's hard to deal >> this all the time. I'm like, >> "I need a break." >> The woman went on to tell the cops that they had 11 kids together, so no wonder she needed a break. In addition, even with all those kids running around, the man rarely pulled his weight around the house. Look, he's on my truck yelling and screaming and top of under the block. He >> didn't hurt you or anything like that. Did he try to take your phone or anything like that? >> Did he? >> Yeah. He's like, "I'll take it and delete." Sorry, David. >> He took your phone. You said >> he was trying to look at him. >> I said, "Oh my god." I said, "Just >> let me go to my mom's." >> Okay. >> I need a break for >> Are you okay with taking the kids? And >> Yeah, I'm okay with taking the kids so you don't have to deal with all that. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's what I was going to do. I'll let him know so he comes down a little bit so you can just stay separated. Um, >> yeah, that's why I need to do separate from him. >> Look into order of protection. It's not healthy environment for the kids. >> I know. >> The officer was right. It would be good for the couple to have a little time apart to cool down. And while the woman agreed to go to her mother's house and take some of the kids with her, the man insisted on dropping them off. >> Get out. >> I'll drop. >> You're not dropping me off. >> I'll drop you. I'll drop you off when you wake up. >> Get out. >> No. Get out. >> You don't need to drop me off. Get out. >> Let's go. >> No, you're not going with me. >> Oh, no. I'm not going to your mom's house. I'm grabbing you. >> I know, but I don't want you to drop me off. >> Get out. >> Because you ain't going to your mom's house. >> Yes, I am. >> Because if you're going to your mouse, there won't be no issue. Thank officer. >> Okay. >> I'm going to charge you out. Let's go. >> All right. So, what what's what's going to happen? >> Drop off. That's what's going to happen. >> She needs to get out the car to her mom's house. That's what's going to happen. >> No, this is my car. Drive myself. So, I can leave when I want. I don't need to wait for a ride. >> She repeatedly asked her husband to get out of the car so she could leave, but he refused. The cops were in a tight spot here because no crime had been committed and there wasn't much they could do to solve the couple's marital issues. All they could really do was make suggestions. Look, I'm I'mma lay it out as as flat as direct as possible as a man. If if a girl doesn't want you it's like why you going to be there? Why you going to be there? >> You got 11 kids 22 years. I don't want TO HEAR THE YOU AIN'T THERAPIST. Get the >> you trying TO BE A I'M NOT [laughter] RIGHT NOW. YOU'RE not trying to hear your >> I'm saying as a man if if a girl is like I don't want you here. I'm I'mma be out of here. You know what I mean? That's kind of embarrassing. This kind of embarrassing my wife for 22 years. This ain't no one relationship one one kid. Get the out. >> This is a mother 22 plus year relationship. 11 kids three grand kids. So I don't want to hear. Oh just get out. Get >> she just saying she going to go eat. >> Yeah. >> She was go I would have dropped your go eat. >> No you I don't need a chauffeur. Get out. At that point, the cops were afraid for the woman's safety. The husband was worked up, and even if his wife agreed to let him drive her, the cops wouldn't have allowed it. The woman clearly had the right to separate herself from him and leave. >> I'm going to give him one more chance. If he doesn't come out, I'm taking him in. >> Can you open the door? >> Just unlock it. Come on. >> All right. If you don't come out, I'm going to arrest you. Um, >> what charges? >> Disorderly conduct. I told you disorder. No disorderly conduct. >> I'm going to tell you one more time. If you don't come out, I'm gonna arrest you for disorderly conduct. >> Girl, you want to go smile? >> I'm recording. Let's go. >> Don't touch me. Do not touch me. I have not committed a crime. Do not touch me. I have not committed A CRIME. >> DO NOT TOUCH ME. I HAVE NOT COMMITTED A CRIME. DO NOT TOUCH ME. YOU'RE GOING TO GET A CRIME. >> DO NOT TOUCH ME. I HAVE NOT COMMITTED A CRIME. WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING ME? I'm not committing a crime. Why the are you touching me? >> The cops tried to handcuff the man, but it was easier said than done. He was fiercely resisting, so eventually the cops had to take extra measures. Put your on my neck so I can sue your Put your NECK SO I S YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR NECK PUT IT ON MY NE BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT ON MY NECK SO I CAN SUE. >> Get your hands >> PUT YOUR SO I CAN SUE your >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Do it so I can sue your >> Put your hands behind your back. >> DO IT. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> DO IT SO I CAN SUE YOU. >> Touch me. Put your hands behind your back. >> I can sue you. pigs. I y >> I ain't even committing my property. >> Get the out of here. >> You dumb mother. >> Yeah, you hurt your stuff, you dumb. >> The whole thing was unfortunate, but it all could have been completely avoided. All the man had to do was put aside his pride, step out of the vehicle, and let his wife go to her mother's. >> Why don't you drag me out for no reason? >> Gave you many options. A shut UP. I GAVE YOU ALL OPTIONS. GET OUT MY IT WAS ONLY A VERB ARGUMENT. YOU DON'T WANT TO GO ALL OUT, MAN. >> And that's why you ain't know some truth. >> Yeah. Shake your head. No. She don't want to get involved, but you involved in And what? Where's that tas me too? >> Come on. I'm trying to get in. LET ME LIFT MY leg up. Do not PUSH ME IN. >> YEAH, YOU WOULD. YOU PUSH ME. I'M TRYING TO GET THE IN. Can I let in the >> Go ahead. >> GET YOUR HAND OUT SO I CAN GET THE HAND. GET YOUR HAND OUT SO I GET the >> Put seat belt on you. Okay. >> Your seat belt, too. >> You okay? >> Yeah, you guys are good. >> I got tased. But yeah, >> they arrested the man and [music] he was later charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. On July the 12th, 2023 in Georgia, the cops were dispatched to a residence. Reportedly, there was a domestic dispute between a man and his wife. When they arrived on scene, the couple's daughter answered the door. >> Hey there, Officer Win. Everything okay? >> Uh, yeah. My mom is in my sister's room with you, guys. If you guys want to go talk to her. >> And where's your dad? >> I think he might be in the office over there. >> Okay, gotcha. You're here. Thank you. >> Where's your hood? >> I think he's in his office. >> Where is that? >> Can you show him? >> What's going on? [snorts] [laughter] >> It's okay. Just take a deep breath. It's fine. We're here. >> Oh god, this is going to be so bad. >> The woman told the officer they'd been going through a hard time and that divorce was on the horizon before the cops arrived they'd been in a heated argument, which prompted the woman to call police. >> He received a package, but I know what it is. It's all those gummies that they ship here. And I said, "I'm done with it. Don't bring that stuff in my house." So I videoed the box. >> So I videoed him with the box. >> Mhm. He slapped the fender out of my hand and then came after me and pushed me in the corner of that couch and pulled my hair and pushed me and my daughter my daughter with daughter the one that's with co right now. Okay. >> She was understandably shaken because her husband had put his hands on her. However, she wasn't in need of medical assistance. Because the mother mentioned that her daughter witnessed everything. The cops had some questions for her. I heard my dad walk like right by the den, right by that couch right there. >> And I come walking out of my room that's right there. And I saw and I see my dad like on top of my mom pinning her down to the couch. >> Pinning her down to the couch. >> And then like trying to grab the phone out of her hand. >> Mhm. >> And then like she And then she gets she falls down on the ground and is caught up in a ball trying to hold her phone and he's just trying to grab her phone out of her hand. >> Mhm. It was heartbreaking to imagine what they'd both been through. While the officer continued talking to the mother and daughter and getting their statements, the other officer went to speak to the abusive husband. The man was acting like he had no idea why they were there. >> Corporal Carter. John Creek. Come on out here and talk to me, man. It's >> Corporal Carter. John Creek Police Department. What's going on, man? >> Not a whole lot today. >> Why were we called here? >> I have no idea. >> You sure? >> Well, I got an argument with my wife, but it's certainly nothing that should involve you. >> Okay, do me a favor. Come on out here. Have a seat, folks. Well, she was trying to record me against my will and we have a a policy within our marriage that uh we don't do that and I was trying to get her phone and I wouldn't say it was a other than she didn't want to give me her phone and I left the house. >> You didn't hit her or anything. You were just trying to grab the phone. >> No, nobody was hit. Nobody was >> Okay. >> Nobody was approached. I didn't instigate it. I just asked for her phone simply because she was recording me when I was asked her not to record me. And I've done that repeatedly. So, I'm sorry that it involved you, but I don't I don't feel like it should. >> Out in the hallway, the other officer was documenting the woman's injuries. Thankfully, there was only some minor bruising on her legs and arms, and she hadn't sustained any serious injuries. She also showed the officer a video on her phone that captured part of the altercation. And with that, the officer had seen enough. >> No graduation. No graduation party. Nothing. So, how >> you doing, Mr. Cooker? >> How are you, sir? >> Doing well. Do you mind standing up for me? >> Go ahead and turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest for some battery. >> You got to be kidding me. >> You pushed. >> Wait a minute. Kelly. What the hell are you doing? >> I don't want him arrested. >> I Oh my god. I I am not >> Jesus Christ. >> I have it on video that you were trying to slap. Do you think they slapped her hand if she was recording you? >> I was I I We have a policy within our marriage not to record each other. Can you please clarify this? >> All right. You guys go ahead and step outside, sir. The woman told police that she didn't want him arrested. But what she didn't understand was that while she didn't want to press charges, the authority to do so rested with the state. >> I don't want to arrest him. >> Ma'am, you don't have a say in it. This falls under the Family Violence Act in Georgia. >> What? >> You don't have a say in it. This falls under the Family Violence Act of Georgia. >> We're going to the back car right there, sir. I mean, it's just this is really like god damn this hurt. These are either too tight or is there any way >> I got I can get another I can get a second set of cuffs on, but I've got down to the second >> slam the door and take >> I'm not trying to slam off your legs, sir. >> Well, no. I mean, >> I'm just saying can is is it necessary if I'm back here to have them on? >> Yes, sir. As per our policy and procedure. As you can see, I'm not used to it. >> Yeah, if I had the new >> It's about It's about a 20-minute drive from >> to where? >> To Alfred Jail. >> Can you scoot in any further? >> Not really. God dang it, man. It's my left hand. Is he just getting >> All right, here. Hold on just a second. I'm going to get myself. >> To make the journey to the station more comfortable for him, the cops put a second pair of handcuffs on him. And while they did so, they educated the man on Georgia state law. So knocking your phone out of your wife's hand is a >> Yes, sir. anything like physically violent trying to slap at her hand or anything like that? Yes, sir. >> And even if she doesn't agree to that? >> No, sir. Because if it falls under the Family Violid, has ruled that when it comes to terms of family violence and everything like that. Well, I got double X up in the morning. Okay. The way it works, state side decided when it comes to family violence things, certain relationships um they fall they uh land privy with um like people who live in the same household or certain relationships and everything like that but certain crimes are committed with simple battery being one of them with slapping their hand like actually hitting the phone and everything like that. >> That's okay. That's just >> we can we can press charges on behalf of the victim. Right. >> Okay. in in our Johns Creek Police Department policy, when it comes to family violence, if there's enough evidence, testimonial and physical, we shall make an arrest. And that's why that's why we're here right now. >> He could disagree with the law all he wanted, but unfortunately for him, it didn't matter whatsoever whether his wife wanted to charge him. While one of the cops took him to jail, another briefed his wife on the man's arrest. >> So, the reason I understand you don't want him arrested. So, in Georgia, there's an act called the Family Violence Act, right? And what it establishes is that between certain relationships of people and certain crimes being committed between those relationships or people within those relationships, we as the state have the ability to press charges on your behalf. The way the John Street Police Department's policy is written, when we have enough evidence, whether it be testimonial or physical with the red marks on you, your arm, your knees, and the video you showed me and everything, that's more than enough evidence for me. I shall make an arrest on the primary aggressor. Okay? I understand this isn't what you want, but my hands are tied at this point. Okay? I'm taking him right now to the Alpharetta jail. Um it's right over across the street from the Avalon. Uh I don't know if he'll be able to postpond or anything like that. That's up to the judge. Um >> Oh my god. >> But does he know your phone number? He only has to get uh Larry Dan's phone number, his attorney. And that was it. And oddly enough, [snorts] that's our solicitor. >> But >> can I just give you his phone? >> I have it with me. >> Okay. He's got it in there. >> Yep. His his uh his phone and his wallet. >> Yeah. >> But otherwise, um I'm going to get out of your hair. I'm sorry we had to meet like this, but you didn't want to. >> They charged the man with simple assault. Thankfully, the man took it pretty well and cooperated, unlike our next suspect who went absolutely berserk. On the 17th of April, 2025 on the Santa Fe River, a man saw a boater hitting his wife and called police. Fearing the man might try to flee before the cops arrived, one boater distracted the man while another cut his fuel line. I got you, ma'am. You lady, grab this lady. >> I'll get her. >> I got you guys right here. >> Hey, buddy. What's going on? >> What the is with you? >> I got video. >> Excuse me. >> Excuse me. >> Why are you here? >> Why are we here? >> Yeah, >> we got told that you were beating on your wife. >> What's going on? >> Seriously. >> I got my wife. >> Okay, I understand. It's your wife, >> ma'am. Look at me. Look at me. Okay. >> I ain't put your hand on me. >> You didn't ever >> Okay. >> No. >> You have video of it? >> Yes, sir. Everything. >> Okay. >> I got you. >> You okay? >> Are you okay? >> The woman here was visibly shaken up. The husband here, Stanley, could deny hitting the woman all he wanted, but he'd have a hard time proving it because everything was captured on camera. >> Bro, listen to me. Hey, pretend that your ain't going over. He ain't going over. I got his leg. I got leg. There he is. There you go, big boy. Got one. This other way. All right, we got rolled. Give me a little hand. >> He's done. There you go. >> Hey, give me a set of cuffs. Give me a set of cuffs. >> Hey, bend his legs. >> We got Ah, say nothing. >> In case you were wondering, it was an offduty officer who put Stanley in a chokeold. When he saw the police coming, he jumped on their vessel to offer assistance. >> One more. I'm coming with you. >> Trying to keep the boat here so we don't flip him in the water. >> Damn, that's worse than a bass. >> Flip him over. >> Nel his head. We'll just stand there and watch. >> Come on, guys. [groaning] >> You guys have a boss cuz I'm going to sue you. >> You guys have a boss, you piece of [ __ ] Cuz I'm going to sue you. You be piece of >> I'm going to sue this back over. >> Hey. Hey. I'm going to sue you. >> Now you got law enforce. >> The man was in no position at all to be making threats toward the officers. In addition, his entire struggle was for nothing. All the man really did was get an additional charge for resisting arrest. >> Thank you. Run that out. Piece of >> Yeah, you I'm your mother man. >> Hey, me mother. I'm the one that knocked you out. You >> my boat. >> Bleed on my mother boat. >> That's my mother wife. >> Yep. >> I've been wife's over mother sucker. >> You >> We need to get that boat back off. Me, my wife, we've been happily married for years. I don't know what the you guys are coming around with, but I tell you what, >> mother. I am going to sue you guys. I'm going to sue you. Good. >> With Stanley secured in handcuffs, the officers drove him to shore and unloaded him. But just because he was handcuffed behind his back did not mean the arrest was going to go smoothly. >> Got to drag him. They have more on >> me. >> Hey, don't even look at her. >> Turn around. Look the other way. Hey, who has the video? >> Can you send it to my phone? [cough] [cough] >> Excuse me. >> You're fine. You're fine. Take your time. >> Adrenaline dump. >> While the officers dealt with Stanley, the cops escorted his wife out of earshot. The cops wanted the man to stand up and walk to a squad car, but it was the last thing he felt like doing. >> I'm fixing to stand you up and you're going to walk or we're going to drag you that car. >> What the county? >> But it ain't going to be like you want it. >> I'm a disabled vet, bro. >> I'm a disabled vet. >> You're going to pay price. I want you. I got you. >> I want your name. >> I want your name. >> Yeah, >> I have Set him down. Set him down. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> What's your name? >> I want to know what your name is. >> Well, there goes Stanley again, adding a few more charges to his rap sheet. Stanley wasn't a small guy, so as they dealt with him, they had to take multiple breaks. However, with a few extra hands, they eventually got the man right where they wanted him. Big boy, you >> get your big pad. We need to get everybody's name here. Who witnessed what? Who helped us carry all that stuff. Get EM EMS's information. >> And we need to get her wallet so we can get this information right. Right here on paper. >> It be on paper. >> I want everything. >> First, >> he's double locked. She's all right. He's all right. >> With Stanley secured in the back of a squad car, the cops got witness statements from various onlookers and also from the volunteers who'd helped them out with this incredibly drunken brawler. >> Here, hold on to this for one second. Did anybody else here get hit or kicked by him that wants to pursue charges? >> Yeah, right here. He was with me at the beginning. Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> And he pulled something on me. I don't know if it was a knife or what it was when I tried to originally grab her. >> Uhhuh. It's in his boat, but he originally pulled something on me. >> Okay. >> And I had to step back. He was trying to get 12. [laughter] >> Okay. So, do you want to put charge on that, too? >> Hell yeah. >> Okay. >> I mean, get on. >> I'll get him in. >> Are you the owner of the property here? >> All right. Sorry, we had to drive on there. Just want to make sure it was okay. That one we're on there. >> I have my vehicle parked there for obvious reasons. Trying to drag him down the thing there. >> Oh, yeah. >> Um, >> we just >> No problem. Mind if I get your information real quick? >> Sure. >> What's your first name? Again, I apologize. I wasn't going to talk to you. I was just in a dang hurry. >> Yeah, of course. Yeah, we just had no idea what was happening all of a sudden. >> Thank you, buddy. >> Thank y'all so much. >> Appreciate your help, brother. >> God bless you. Aside from soiling his pants during the struggle, they charged the man with battery on law enforcement, simple battery related to domestic violence, simple assault on an officer, resisting an officer with violence, battery on a detention facility employee with bodily fluids, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill, and criminal mischief of $1,000 or more of property damage. On the 1st of September 2023, the cops were dispatched to a residence due to a domestic dispute. It was the second time they'd been there. >> Yes. Good. >> You good? >> Are you good in there, dear? >> No. But we I mean, >> she's okay. >> Yeah, she's all right. >> You all good, dear? >> Oh my god. I'm going to open the door. >> No, I I got it. >> First and foremost, this my house. Like, don't come to my house if I'm telling you something. I'm opening the door. Like what is the problem? >> I got to call. >> Hey, I don't care who called y'all. Everybody argue. Everybody go through it. I already explained to y'all earlier what the situation was. >> I'll leave. >> Like, yes. >> You want me to leave? Just let me see. >> We could I can open the door. You're not coming to my house. >> Like, come out here, >> man. Listen, just I didn't have to open my door. >> All right. I did it out of respect. Okay. >> Like, damn. You knew what you knew what was going on before y'all left. So, okay. If we argue, okay, it's nobody's BUSINESS. WE ARGUE. AIN'T NO FIGHTING or nothing like that. >> All if I see her, I'm gone. >> She frying. She laying down on the couch. Look on her phone. >> When they were there earlier in the day, the man admitted that the night before he'd been drinking and using drugs. The cops had instructed the couple to stay away from each other, but they apparently didn't listen, so they were fighting again. >> Everything all good? >> Now she's shaking her head. No. So >> you not good? >> What's up? You're >> not good. Don't come in my house. >> No. Don't come in my house. What is it? What is it? What's going on? What is it? We are We still aren't outside and talk with me, man. Hey, BRO. FINE. HEY, DON'T HEY, DON'T DON'T DO THAT, MAN. DON'T DO THAT. DISRESPECTING YOU. >> I'M TELLING YOU right now, >> bro. You just you really about to let this go on? Are you going to let this THING YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT. HE'S NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT, BRO. YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT. >> YOU NOT ALLOWED to do that. >> Right. >> Hey, man. I don't Hey, hey, listen. I'm just I'm just asking. You're not allowed to do that. Like, >> can you shut up so I can >> Man, she just said she was okay. You You sitting here trying to figure out some extra. That's what you're doing. >> It was absolutely ridiculous. If the woman was okay and the man had nothing to hide, there was no reason at all for the man to be so protective. Refusing to let the officer speak to her just made them both look more suspicious. >> You mind stepping out here and talking to me while you still yell and scream and stuff? >> She not going nowhere. >> She's not going nowhere, bro. You just get out of my house. Hey, you in my property. You >> sir, she wants to walk. >> Hey, can you tell them [ __ ] go? >> Can you tell them to go, please? >> Can you tell him to go, >> babe? Can you tell him to go? Please. >> We're past that. Hey, homie. We're back. >> Can you please tell them? >> You can stand back here. Shut >> Why the are you pushing me in my door, bro? Look what you doing. >> Shut the >> All right, dear. What's the issue, bro? >> It's cool, bro. Right. >> It's cool. Sorry, man. [snorts] >> Is that it? >> Are you guys drink? Are you guys drinking again? >> Yesterday, >> early yesterday. >> The officer was right. The man really needed to quiet down a bit so they could hear what the woman was saying. Instead of staying inside and closing the door, the man decided to do the exact opposite. >> Don't walk up over here, man. I'm telling you right now, >> man. I'm right here on my step. >> Okay, so stay there. >> Why are y'all so aggressive? Like, bro, >> bro, you're being aggressive. I'm not being aggressive with >> I didn't have an open my door, right? >> Listen, man. We're just trying to make sure everybody's all right. So, if everybody's all right, so what's the big deal? >> So, why were we yelling and screaming? Why are you trying to not let her come out the house? >> He's what we call red flag. All right. So, you're doing the most. We don't have to do it. >> Are you going somewhere? >> I ain't going nowhere. How about I chill out? So, you know what I'm saying? >> Well, you just you just said you would be willing to go somewhere, >> man. Why are you like So, like like you did this from the time you came the first time. What did I do? >> Like this this same attitude that you got. This is like you want to take me to jail for something, right? >> I think what you're what you're misinterpreting is like my coolness, right? I was out here being >> I have not been asleep. I've been up kicking it since yesterday. I mean, if you look you all night tell you. So what else you want me to tell you? I was just be a okay. >> Yeah. >> I was just being okay, right? No, I just I just wanted you to calm down and be cool with her. What do >> you want to do? Do you want to leave or something? What do y'all want to do? >> All the cops wanted the man to do was go in his house and shut up so they could finally talk to his partner. By this point, he was obstructing their investigation. And the cops had heard enough. >> So, this is what I want. I want you to turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. Wow. >> I was locked in a second here. All right. Come on down here. We'll have to sit down for a minute. >> So, what is the problem that you have with you? >> You get those locked up? >> No, I did not double lock. I was going to >> What's the problem you got with all >> It could have been good. >> So, what is it? >> So, what else? >> We'll talk about it here. >> All right, man. So, listen. I'm going to double cuff you. It's going to hurt for a second, but it's going to get a lot better. All right. What's up? >> I can, buddy. >> With the man secured in the back of a squad car, they could finally talk to his partner in peace and quiet. And just to make sure he wouldn't interfere from the back of the cruiser, they led the woman around to the side of the house. >> Did he hit you with something or just his hand? >> He didn't hit me. He didn't hit me. >> What's this about? >> I don't know. I think I was laying on it. >> Mhm. >> I was laying on it, but he didn't hit me. I mean that that's a hit. That's a hit. >> It ain't no hit. He didn't hit me. I was laying on the I lay on the couch. >> Mhm. >> So it was a It ain't no hit. >> So if if he didn't hit you. Okay. And now I don't have anything to arrest him for. There's no domestic he >> What's going to happen when I cut him loose and get him out of these cuffs? >> Can you just let him go? >> You just tell him to go down for a while. >> I can tell him to go, but I What? What if he don't? >> If he don't If he come back and try to put the hands on me, then I'll go. But let him be calm down. just go somewhere to detox. That's all I want. You understand? Cuz he ain't no bad person. I know you did something that you hustled. You know what I'm saying? Make you act weird. You know what I'm saying? So, won't you just go and just, >> you know, relax? >> During domestic violence calls, it's common for abuse victims to cover up the abuse. As long as there's no violence or any evidence of violence involved, there's really not much the cops can do. And even though the woman said the man didn't strike her, the cops still had a suspicion. Which one of your friends did you call? >> Oh, it probably I was on the phone with Tammy. >> On Tammy? Yeah. >> So, you sent Tammy the picture of your eye. Tammy? >> Yeah, I sent a picture. I was laying on it. He didn't hit me. He didn't hit me. >> He didn't hit me. >> He didn't hit me. I was laying on it on the my cover picture. >> So, why you tell Tammy hit you? >> I didn't tell Tammy hit me. She auto Twitter. I was on the cover of my She FaceTiming when we talking. >> She was here earlier today when we was um into it and she didn't figure that out. You know what I'm saying? We fight. >> Yeah, I'm going to be honest. He going. You can be honest with her. >> He is. Why you going to jail for? >> Huh? >> There. >> He didn't say. Why he going to jail for? He didn't. If he did, you you can see before a long time ago, I will tell the truth. He did not. He didn't. He didn't. >> While the cops weren't buying it, they didn't have enough evidence to charge the man with domestic violence. However, that did not mean he was free to go. >> What's that? >> Yeah. >> For what? You're going to go to jail for um obstructing >> and I'm going to do disorderly conduct on you. >> I won't lie, you might get it's still early enough in the day you're probably going to get released out of there pretty quick. >> I think >> No, sir. >> Uh look, the re the reason why >> I came to my house though. Listen, I'm going to tell you the reason why is we've been here already today, okay? >> And you said it was all going to be cool. >> I'm too upset, right? >> But it it still obviously isn't cool. You know what I mean? >> Pulled up. I could have left. >> It was way too late for that. Like the officer said, he'd already been to the house twice that day, and he'd been more than cordial. They warned him multiple times to stay inside and keep his mouth shut. Eventually, a police van arrived to take him to jail. Hey, bro. You know, you know it's hot back here, bro. Like, you know, look at my face, bro. You bro, come on, man. Like, got to hold me like that, bro. Like, for real. >> All right. All right. >> Do you want her to keep cash or do you want to take >> it? >> You want her to >> What's that? They charged the man with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct. On November 22nd, 2023, an officer was dispatched to a residence due to reports of domestic violence. When the officer arrived, the suspect, Dion, was not too happy to see him. >> Hello. What can I do for you? I want my cigarettes back. I want my keys back. And I'm trying to leave. I will walk and go get a hotel room. I'm trying to leave. >> Okay. I'm just not trying to argue with him. I didn't want any arguments. >> Okay. I can get her out here if you want her out here. [cheering] >> Nope. >> It's my wife. >> I will ask her for it. >> That's fine. >> I'll put it right here. >> What's going on? My husband's drunk. >> Do you have his wallet or something? >> He's drunk. >> Okay. Nothing physical. >> No, he's drunk. >> Sorry, you were calm now. >> That's all right. I'm going to get out of here then. >> All right. See you. >> All right. >> Because it wasn't the officer's job to find Dion's wallet and cigarettes, he wished the man the best and started to leave. But then when he noticed the man trying to get into his truck, the cop was concerned and understandably so. >> Not planning on driving, are you? >> Not planning on driving, are you? >> I'll pull you over. I smell the alcohol on you. Go ahead, pull me over. >> You're not driving out there. >> You're not driving. >> I'll be out there. >> With what? My feet. I'll wait for you. Okay. >> If you want a DUI, that's fine. >> Backup arrived, which only agitated Dion Moore. All he had to do was go in the house or head to the backyard. But sadly, he chose to turn nothing into something. >> You guys want me? >> You got to calm down, man. >> You guys going to take all four of you guys to come get me? >> You have to relax. >> You guys leave. >> You need to relax. >> Are you serious? Hands out of your pocket, too. I'm not even doing that. You do anything. I'm going to teach you. Just >> I didn't do anything. >> We're not going to detain you from my wallet. >> Why are you trying to do besides talk? >> So why am I being detained? >> Do you understand the issue that I have when you say that as soon as I leave, you're going to drive away and drive through the park? >> I don't even have keys. >> I don't know. He took all this. >> I don't know that. I don't know if he was >> You've already been talking to my wife, dude. >> 30 seconds. >> The cops went inside to talk to his fianceé. She told the cops he wanted to get more alcohol, so she hid his keys from him so he couldn't drive. Meanwhile, back outside in the driveway, the man was getting more out with every passing minute. >> Do you realize how you're acting right now? >> I don't give a started because I wouldn't get >> I'm the one that called you, you dumb mother. I'm the one that called you. >> You're a grown man. You wanted me to get your wallet and your keys for you. You are a grown man and I told you I couldn't do that. >> And I could have walked to the hotel room. >> So do it. >> Yeah. Well, I don't have my keys. Do I? You don't. >> No, they took them. >> No, but I'm detained. I'm detained for now >> cuz I was going to take off of my truck, right? >> That took my drive. >> Is there anybody that we can call that can come pick you up so you can >> Yeah, that dumb right there. The man told the officers that if they got his keys back from his fiance, he'd be more than happy to walk to a hotel. But like the officer said, he couldn't force her to do anything. >> You guys are going to be married here soon. >> Um, probably not. >> Think I would say that's probably not a good idea. >> I'd rather take a knife to my throat and slices and not deal with anybody, especially you, especially her. >> Okay, that's fine. I want my wallet and I want to go about my way. That's what I want to do. She said she doesn't know where they're at. >> She took the wallet out of my pocket. >> Okay. So, yeah, you're right. >> You ever lose your own set of keys? >> My own set of keys. >> Sometimes people lose, man. >> The only time my keys got different set is when that took them and put them somewhere else. >> The man's fianceé found his keys but said she didn't know where his wallet was. After a bit of a search, the cops did find his wallet and curiously it was in the man's back pocket. However, it was missing his debit card. >> Ma'am, >> do you happen to have a debit card? >> He's not getting my debit card. >> I don't know. He's [snorts] saying that there his debit card is not in his wallet because his wallet's out in his >> in his pocket. >> No, I don't have >> Okay. >> Sorry. >> Okay. No, that's fine. Go ahead. >> So basically you're saying go out on street and off to the bank right there. >> Pretty much what you're saying. >> You have an ID. You can Where do you bank at? >> Yeah, I have an ID and that does nothing for me. When she took my debit card out of my wallet. >> Where do you bank at? >> First federal savings. >> It doesn't do me any good. When she took that goddamn card out of my wallet. >> You can't go to the bank and get money out >> without the card. >> HowDid. How the do you expect me to do that >> with a withdrawal slip? >> So you take your ID up to that bank and say, "Hey, can I have this?" >> Go up to them, you fill out a withdrawal slip, they give you cash. >> Yep. >> Needless to say, he was less than impressed with the officer's suggestion. Understandably, he didn't want to be left out in the cold without money. But the cops were offering a solution here, and it was better than a jail cell. >> You going to drive me up there? >> Exactly my point. You said you guys are bunch of bull. >> You take this off. Here's the thing is the way you treat us. >> Take this [ __ ] off. >> The way you've treated us since we got here. Why would Why would you expect about you? >> I don't give a you guys can go suck a gnarly. >> All right. Why don't Why don't we do this then? Because you've already said that you're >> Have I done anything? You already said that you're going to fall. Then you said you're going to walk up. Why don't we continue to you? >> Have I done a goddamn thing? >> He keeps threatening us. >> Oh, I have. >> Yeah. >> I said I'm going to beat you. >> Don't even walk up over here. End up on the ground. >> Suck. >> Do not walk over here. >> What? >> Cuz you're going to end up on the ground if you come. >> I said you're going to beat my ass. >> I'm just telling you, do not walk up on me. It was starting to look like the man was going to opt for a jail cell over being in a hotel room. The cops had warned the man. And if he kept things up, it was not going to end well for him. >> I get back. >> Why the keep walking up on me? >> I'm not walking up. >> You just stand right here. Don't you move. >> Right there. >> Don't you move. >> Because I told you to. >> Cuz I told you to. >> Those teeth. >> Why? >> Cuz I told you to. >> Why? >> Get closer to my face again. >> Am I under? >> Have a seat. Have a seat. I don't see. >> Why are you guys trying to touch me? You know, I have to see. >> We're going to go to jail. >> All you can see. >> What the did I do? >> Well, when you keep walking up an officer and >> I didn't walk on no officer. >> Like you're going to do something and say >> I didn't walk on no officer. >> I watched you do it. He was escorted over to a cruiser and they searched him. The entire event could have been avoided, but due to the man's big mouth, he had now racked up some charges and had no one to blame but himself. >> You guys got stop. >> I didn't do anything. What do you want me to do? >> Face right there. Don't move. >> Okay. I'm not trying to. >> Man, I'm not sure what it is yet. >> Yeah, I try. Crack. >> Yes. >> I got that thing cracker. >> It's so pleasant. >> This is stupid. >> I didn't. >> You're right. It is. It is. You are 100% correct in stating that this is stupid. >> Yeah, exactly. And I didn't walk up on anyone trying to do anything. So, go back to your body camera and I guarantee my lawyer is going to say the same thing. And I guarantee I'll fight you guys on everything you guys just did. Have a seat now. >> Your mom. >> What are you doing? >> Turn your head. >> Stop. >> Turn your head. >> There we go. >> I'm not going to do it. >> You're cooperating. Just cooperate. I don't think so. >> They charge the man with resisting arrest and aggravated assault. Abusive husbands with attitude problems are seriously dangerous, not only to their partners, but to anyone out there who challenges their control. That being said, pushing back against law enforcement will never get them far. Ultimately, it's just one more abusive husband with an attitude problem who meets his match with nononsense police.
