cops get away with misuse of power because of their position in society but how interesting can it be to watch them be put back in their place by FBI agents here are cases where idiot cops got humbled by FBI and CIA agents how you doing sir good all right turn with the Sheriff's Office the reason I'm stopping you is your your Plate's obstructed whatever that thing's got you got to take it off okay okay cuz it got to be visible within a certain distance now when you went to Driving School and a c pulls you over what they tell you oh you pull over when it's safe to do no you pull over immediately okay let me tell you this that you pull over immediately sure um because I don't know what you're doing inside this car sure on April 22nd 2022 Deputy Torres pulled over a car with a partially obstructed plate an interaction that should have ended quickly and with minimal problems got prolonged as the deputy decided to launch into a lecture all the worse for him because what he didn't know was that the person he had pulled over wasn't a security contractor as he claimed but was actually Anton yanov an undercover FBI agent hiding guns you know what I mean OB safety is number one so pull over immediately if for whatever reason I find it not safe yeah yeah I'll get on the PA say hey turn over at whatever stop you know what I mean but when you keep rolling if it it makes it go to from like just the routine deal to I just didn't want to stop right there in the road where there's nowhere to pull up yeah well I initially turn turn on right when you were in front of that little store the gas sure yeah so you know what I mean but but you was like way back there I I thought I didn't know if you're running your s for me or for well and then even then when you see silage going what duck it is probably a duck these officers have probably never heard of the saying because the discovery of an FBI badge didn't clue them into the fact that Anton might truly be an FBI agent rather it right that little FBI deal you you didn't steal it or find it or no and then that uh the ID where'd you get that cuz it that's have the department of that's my that was issued to me by my employer that's issued to me by my employer not the Southwest one but the other one the that's issued by the state of Nevada did you where can I go and get one of those to sure yeah with the necessary a private citizen go that what kind of trading do you go to you go to you get a security guard job and you get your licing your employer and then to up that whether you're what's all this right here is this like a key to get the car running or no n it's a USB all USB deal it's so to get that you get licensed with the security company depending on whether you're armed or not then you know you re then he's got a uh and then how does he know about all the F you know the Safe Streets FBI like how does he know all that stuff like he's an impersonator so he wants to sound legit Yep this is after conducting an illegal arrest and illegal search on his vehicle these cops finally had enough to get ianov charged with police impersonation it wasn't until later that they discovered that this man was a United States Secret Service agent an FBI Task Force officer and a special Duty US Marshal ianov had gone to the city of Nevada to investigate a child trafficking case unfortunately his security clearance was high enough to keep the case and its aftermath high-profile it is however unlikely that he would have let those cops go scott-free while this case ended somewhat peacefully the next case nearly sent everyone involved completely off the rails okay that's awesome okay that'll work did you run your body cam I I am now because I don't know how legit you are at the moment it's with this right here on the 20th of December 2019 special agent Hatton was in Franklin County Florida to investigate a corruption case he had a Target and that was Deputy Ralph Gordon said Deputy however was immediately suspicious of the man and called for backup what happened before and after backup arrived was a needless escalation of what should have been a calm [Applause] situation he's got a radio and he's got credentials [Applause] uh 33 go ahead yeah he told me to turn my body camera off because he he didn't want that running and uh so now he's no he's still here he's looking at me absolutely blue and color now he's saying I'm trying to detain it I've never I've never told you I detain you that's on camera that you are staying here willing sir9 on that vehicle Franklin does that come back to any government agency this is easy to come by it just advises Advanced wiring company do you work for a wiring company it's a covert vehicle sir okay I do feel like I'm being to that 28 is going to be his uh 28 from earlier [Applause] Department comes back to advaned wiring company out of Jacksonville he's saying that this is coming back to that because it's a covert vehicle not detained but indicated that I was being detained earlier do you have D on that subject do you have a driver's license on you sir dver he's refusing to give us 27 at this time Franklin still unconvinced by agent hatton's actions the deputy put him in handcuffs and sat him at the back of the police cruiser things would quickly go Haywire from there call 911 call I need a medical attention right now unlock me call call 911 call 911 we're we're releasing you right now sir 911 Now call 911 I need having spent over 5 minutes in an overheating vehicle agent Hatton was already experiencing some medical issues like shortness of breath and demanded that the officer call an ambulance so he called me on my phone to meet with me about a matter uh magically got your number and he was questioning me on a ticket that I wrote said he worked for another agency which turns out to be legit but at the time we didn't know so I called my supervisor here the was made to uh detain him while we were checking his legitimacy yeah and uh we put him in the back and uh after that he started complaining of uh shortness of breath vision loss this case was bad enough seeing as it almost ended in a medical emergency but the next one Takes the Cake hey turn around let me see your hands turn around let me see your hands AG okay let me see your hands I need to see some ID get on the ground get on the ground now get on the ground [ __ ] is your deal get on the ground now I'm a federal agent 9171 103 I'm a federal agent get on the ground get on the ground I'm a federal agent why wouldn't you show me your ID when I got here don't move forward you didn't ask for it you didn't ask for it get on the ground we'll figure it out on that not getting on the ground well then stay where you're at carrying license when he arrived the man's wife answered the door and terrified by the agent she called the police who then turned the situation from bad to worse stop resisting would you please get my ID out of my left pocket you my my wife please right here please get it I got one cuff on get me just hold me up Sir can't do sir stop resisting now please help me sir please get your T out my get complied with the instructions to get on the ground body cam footage Flags this as an outright lie are you guys the ones that originally called yeah okay what what did he say to you when he was talking to you I have to open the door because he's a police I tell him I can't open the door because my husband offic on edge broke we were finally able to he say you have to open the door I tell him I'm sorry I can't um stay with my kids my kids start crying because they they afraid and I tell him did he ever try to did he ever try and break the door or anything like that yes he is still knock and he say I will stay here until evening if you don't open the door because you are layer okay very good there's a chance the sergeant might want to talk to you so thank you very much appreciate thank you we have a driver after about an hour agent Burke was released without any charges however after going through so much distress he made sure it wasn't for Nothing by filing a federal lawsuit
