right to observe and record officer stole however perceived Mr Gray's presence as a disturbance he ordered Mr Gray to stand in a different location nonetheless Mr gray complied with his instructions the legality of his actions and his decision to arrest Mr Gray for photographing a traffic stop he was challenged to justify his claims of obstruction and trespassing revealing inconsistencies in his called four additional units on the scene for nothing as backup as the driver initially refused to exit her vehicle she eventually did so which led to an illegal pat down search a sergeant intervened on the scene and explained that the statute explicitly exempts bicycle racks attached in a normal manner from being considered obstructions making the initial traffic stop baseless furthermore the sergeant highlighted the inappropriateness of the pat down search specifically the invasive action of feeling under the driver's bra which exceeded the legal limits of a standard pat down the driver was eventually allowed to leave following this illegal stop if you think this was the maximum number of idiots cops can get embarrassed by higher authority then you probably aren't aware of this next the car even though he had placed his arm inside the vehicle the officers clarify that the protesters have the right to protest on public sidewalks but not on private property watch how the protesters eventually managed to remove Officer Vasquez from the situation no nobody told us to leave you're picking the wrong fight with the wrong person no you are actually because we want to leave start over
