November 3rd 2020 on the day of the general presidential election Katherine found herself in a parking lot in alagan County m michig accompanied by a few others allegedly positioned near a polling station she was engaged in presenting campaign literature for the elections the alagan County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived on the scene they contended that no individual could park or set up any structure on Township property designated for public use particularly on Election Day Without prior permission from the Township's Clerk or an official however the law also stipulates that an individual is permitted to disseminate election related information Beyond 100 ft from the polling area hey uh I have this Deputy here who says that he's arresting me and he's showing my car I'm asking you to leave and if you won't leave then you will be arrest I ask for your ID I'm sorry for your ID I don't that's not how it works you're very full already are violating the law I'm not violating any law you I ask you for I as you for your not even we not even following the resolution from the county or from the township the one that you guys gave us earlier the one that you were actions were intentional she hit four victims with her vehicle causing severe injuries to a 69-year-old woman airlifted to Lawnwood Trauma Center two declined additional treatment while another with a
