Go face down. Put your hand behind your back. Do it now. Put your hands on my heart. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Start my neck. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> There you go, sir. [cheering] [screaming] >> I didn't leave with that. >> Okay. No, I understand. That's fine. Can I have my tickets? >> Okay. We're going to get done when we're done. You don't run this. >> When criminals get busted, they usually try to make excuses. Some of them argue, some try to run, and some of them just have total meltdowns. However, there's no point in lying anymore when shoplifterss realize they've been caught in 4K. >> Supposed to be toenail cutters, right? Snip stuff. And then this goes inside. >> You got kids or you trying to sell that? On the 10th of November 2021, the cops were notified about a shoplifting in progress at a local mall. When they arrived on scene, they were instructed by a saleswoman to proceed to the office where they'd been watching the suspect on camera for some time. >> Hello. >> Coming in right now. >> She got some >> Where's she at? She's up in Polo. She come out out the door here, take a left, go straight down, take a right, she can be right there, >> actually. >> So, it's on the second floor. >> Yeah. Oh yeah. >> Have y'all seen her already stuff items >> or do anything >> in her in her bag? She's We think she's got some sort of tool. She's fiddle with sensors. She's pulling back into her bra. >> Okay. >> Do y'all want to wait for her to pass anything or how do you >> So, do you want us to make contact now? >> Yeah. >> You guys prefer to wait until she leaves? >> Wait till she leaves. That way. Yeah. She She going to court. She can't say, "No, I didn't have to." Hey, so she's going to be on the second floor. It's going to be a black female heavy set stuffing items into her bag. Um, they want to wait, white shirt, black pants. >> The loss prevention agents thought the suspect came prepared. They happened to notice that she was using a tool to tamper with the electronic article surveillance or EAS tags. They'd noticed the woman in the children's section of the mall, so the cops got ready to approach her. But not just yet. >> I don't think it's going to be super high dollar. Just the fact that she's got a tool with her going to be >> she's taking ball which is pretty expensive. So >> yeah, she's taking a decent The bag's definitely getting a lot bigger as she's going. I just don't know how much longer she's going to be in here. >> So those are Old Nate. Is that Old Navy on the bag? >> Y'all got some good cameras. That's like some >> CIA FBI behind [laughter] us >> that you see on TV. >> I wish I had the popcorn so we can >> She's not very slick about it. picked her out right away. She's looking around for other people, but she's failing to look up and notice that there's cameras here. >> They should just It's 2021. Every place has cameras. They can zoom in and read your text messages. Don't do anything illegal. [music] >> What is that Old Navy bag or her purse? >> Also, one hand in a purse. >> She put it in both bags. >> Yeah, she keeps going up behind the rack. So, we we've caught like partially concealing it, but we know what's going in the bag coming out without it. Have you guys actually seen the tool? >> The manager explained that she was using a hook-like tool to pry the surveillance tags off the items. Next up, she'd hide the tags in her undergarments and put the items in her shopping cart. >> Crazy. This is how criminals do Christmas shopping. >> Oh, yeah. You just had to caught two people. >> I got to work an extra few hours and then go on a random day off and go. That's how I do my Christmas shopping. Caught two people the other day who said they were in here doing some early Christmas shopping when we asked them why they were in here stealing. So, >> wow. >> They actually said that. >> Yeah. >> Oh, damn. >> Do you know that actually that black hole came from there working to them when they're doing that whole looking around and they think they're being sus like not suspicious, but they are. >> She just I don't know where she's dropping the sensors. She's putting the sensors in her shirt. She's going to dump them later or something. >> So, is that usually what y'all do is y'all wait for them to leave so you can go ahead and >> Yeah. Because the company had it like you get sue because you get stopped before they leave and they said, "Oh, what's going to make that?" >> Security explained to the officers that they preferred to wait until the shoplifterss passed all points of sale. So that way there was no way they could say that they wanted to pay for the items. As they waited, security gues guesstimated just how much he was about to steal. >> Right now, I'm going to say she's probably around the $300 mark, >> but I'm not positive cuz like I said, you can't see everything she's concealing. But >> Oh, yep. >> She just put something else in here. >> Yep. >> She's nervous. I think she might go out. I think she's just going to look for the closest door. >> Bel. She's on the escalator heading down there. >> She's walking towards the entrance. inside of the mall. >> Yeah. In like going into the mall, not mobile. >> Okay. >> Okay. 41 to 44. She's going back to the Abricorn side. Stay over there. She She walked out. 414. She just walked out. >> All right. Before she had a chance to flee, she was detained by security. Then they escorted her back in the building without any issues. She didn't even try to run. The question now was, would she lie to the officers? >> Have a seat. >> Do you have your ID with you, ma'am? Is it in your bag? >> Is it in your purse? >> Yeah. Oh, we got it. I think that's everything that [clears throat] I think >> we going to be looking at, too. Stand up. >> The cops confiscated her belongings and did a thorough search. It didn't take long for the female officer to find the tool she was using on the job. By the looks of it, the suspect came prepared. >> Supposed to be toenail cutter, but snip stuff. And then this goes inside. >> Yep. To take the sensors off. >> I guess I'm going to come over camera. >> Okay. [music] >> Oh, okay. >> Let me put that amount. >> Okay. Thank you. I have a receipt for that. >> You have a receipt that's dated and time stamp for today. >> For today. >> It was bought. No, it wasn't for today. It was just in that bag, but I got the receipt for that. It was I swear to God, it was bought off my card. You can receive you paid for that. How long ago? When when did you buy this? >> 4 days. >> 4 days ago. And it happens to be in the same bag with the merchandise that you stole today. I bought that bag in here. You can look at your camera and see. I bought that bag in here with that in there because I was returning I came here originally to return a purse that I bought off the purse. >> The suspect tried to say that she came back to return the purse. She also had a pair of pants on her that she'd legitimately bought from Dillards. However, it didn't change the fact that she'd been shoplifting. It just reduced the amount stolen. have. >> No, those pants were both >> pants from dealers in an Old Navy bag with merchandise that you stole from Bel today. >> She had a receipt in her purse that she pulled out, tried to tuck in into that bag to look like she was paying for it. She probably used it at another store. >> I came in here with a purse. Okay. I had that in the Old Navy bag with those and I had that purse in here. I returned that. See, that's proof of the purchase right down the back. The yellow sticker. No, look on the back of the bag. You just look back. >> That's proof of purchase. That's what they put on there. >> Proof of purchase required for return. >> That's when you steal it and you go in and you try to say, "Hey, I bought this, but I lost my receipt. So, can I return this?" And then they It doesn't matter. She's already going to jail. It was over a felony amount. >> It doesn't matter. >> Yeah, I know. It's not a big deal out of it, but she just asking me a question. >> Okay. Even without the pants and purse, what she'd stolen amounted to $562, which was over the felony amount. The female officer probably felt for the suspect, so she tried to get a bit more personal. >> You got kids or you trying to sell that? >> I have kids. >> Did that that stuff was going to go to? >> No. >> What do you want? >> You work? >> I really was trying to sell it. >> That Uber lift job. Get a few extra dollars in the legal way. It is a learning experience. >> How she going to get keys to get in the house and stuff? It's just awkward. I'm so stupid. >> I got >> She doesn't have her own keys to the house. >> Well, she didn't. Somebody stole her. So, she just lost everything. But I have a cousin that live in Savannah. But >> 56250 >> show with me and also possession of tools and a commissioner from a crime. Let's take it as a learning experience and try not to let it happen again. I mean, everybody makes mistakes. Of course, everybody makes mistakes, but her mistake was premeditated. They took the suspect to jail, and she was charged with shoplifting and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. On October 30th, 2024, a theft was reported at a Lowe's store. Since the store had surveillance footage, it didn't take long to track the suspect down. Notice that he's holding a white t-shirt. Hi. >> What's your name? >> Uh Taylor. >> Huh? >> Taylor, >> where you live? >> Uh down. >> What's your address? >> It's 2016. Uh S or >> All right. Listen. We're not playing games. >> What's up, man? >> We're not playing games. >> What's up? >> We're not playing games, Kyle. All right. We need to talk to you. All right. >> It's just a talk. I think >> just a talk, man. I think of everything. You'd be in handcuffs if it was more than just a talk. All right. While you running, just stand by my car right here. >> I promise. I don't play games. I've been doing this too long. >> All right. While 226 225, >> just stand by right there. Matthew, >> what's this about? >> On primary 1012 in front of 26 Sergeant Court. All right. Don't make me put you in cuffs. All right. >> Be straight with me. >> What's up, man? >> All right. I don't know. I was just standing by. The other deputies got to talk to you about something. I don't even have a clue. >> All right. >> The deputy was trying to be as vague as he could. The truth is, other cops had confronted Kyle at his house, but he gave them a fake name and bolted out the back door. At the time, he was wearing a white t-shirt. And when the other cop caught up to him, he told the officer his name was Taylor. >> It looks very suspicious, though, when you take off running, man, and give us a fake name. Why you saying your name's Greg? >> What's my dad's name? And I don't know. I just I just would give it would give me enough time to figure out like what I call my lawyer and stuff like that. >> I'll give you time. Just stand by. Don't don't don't make me regret not putting you in cuffs. All right. I'm being straight with you. We're just talking here. I'm waiting for the other deputy that you lied to. >> I'm Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> I get it, man. But being scared, you can't do that, man. >> I was just Give me enough time to call my lawyer to see what's going on. >> What did you tell me your name was here? Did you say Terry or something? >> Taylor. >> Taylor. >> I'm sorry, I ran. I just >> put your hands for you guys. >> I'm sorry. >> The deputy wanted to get as much info as possible from him without giving away what he knew. At first, he was playing dumb, like he had no clue whatsoever about why he was being confronted. But it was clear he was looking for a way out of there, hoping to still get away from whatever the situation was. >> So, you lie about your name. You take off. Listen, listen, listen, listen. Kyle Kyle, I'm not Kyle. Listen, you did not listen enough. Kyle, listen. Listen. Are you a God-fearing man? >> Yes. >> Yes. You know, God gave you two ears and one mouth. You know why? >> Two ears and one mouth. >> Yeah. He gave you two ears and one mouth. You know why? >> Listen. >> Listen more than you speak. Exactly. All right. So listen to me. So listen to me for a second. All right. >> Yes. >> So you give a fake name. Let me let me let me get my whole Let me get my whole sentence out. I'm not the smartest man on the planet, but I'm pretty smart. Okay, >> I got it. >> You take off and you give a fake name. You take off running. >> I never done that before. >> Let me finish. >> Okay. I keep asking you to let me finish. You're still not doing it. So, I'm going to start over every time, so we're going to take longer. Okay. >> Okay. >> You give a fake name. You take off running out the back. You change your clothes. Then you give me another fake name. Like I said, I ain't no dummy. My mama may have raised a fool, but it wasn't me. All right. >> Once the man realized that he couldn't lie his way out of things, suddenly he got very apologetic. He said he was surprised when he saw the cops and was just buying some time to call his lawyer. But the cops didn't buy it and they read him his rights and started asking Kyle about his trip to Lowe's. >> So, what happened? Have you been at Home Depot or not? Home Depot. Lowe's. >> Uh, yes. Okay. What happened? Can you tell us what happened at Lowe's? >> Uh, father and I grabbed was there yesterday. We grabbed a piece of plywood our door just for our door. >> So, October 11th, October 24th, and October 25th. Can you tell me what happened at Lowe's? uh went in to get a chainsaw and then I came back to return the chainsaw and see for and then I try it go back in there and basically I got a chance I want to go return the chainsaw and they give me problems so I try to come back with it so they're trying to get me to say what model it was and uh verify everything up that way >> he had a cover story for going to Lowe's. And it sounded perfectly reasonable if not for the fact that they had him on video stealing the chainsaw in question. >> On October 11th, October 24th, and October 25th, we have video footage of you grabbing the chainsaw and walking out with the chainsaw passing all points of sale. Meaning, you did not pay for that chainsaw on any of those days. >> Well, the first time. Okay, >> listen. Listen, listen. Stop. Stop. Come back in. >> Stop. Let's not play games. All right. >> There's a camera right next to >> I'm not a game player. >> So, we don't want to play games. Okay. My head's bald. It burns in the sun. I don't like standing out here too long. You're wearing a hat. I'm not. Stop bullshitting me. What'd you do with Loe's? >> I don't I don't want to say anything as of right now cuz it was there was somebody else that was kind of like pushing me to do so. >> Okay. Well, there's like like she said, there's video. There's a video literally right next to where the chainsaw was that shows you cutting the thing >> using the throw ice and cutting the thing and taking the chainsaw. >> Usually in stores like this one, the video footage is pretty poor, but in this case, the evidence was clear. It showed Kyle walking up to the rack and cutting the lock. He even looked around to see if anyone was watching. Then he pulled down the chainsaw and went back to his cart. But there was a real surprise when the officers patted him down. I'm I'm really I'm really sorry about all that. >> Anything on going to poke me, stick me, or stab me, hurt me in any way, shape, or form? >> There's trash in my left pocket. >> There's trash in your left pocket. That's going to hit That's going to stick me, poke me, or stab me. >> I think it could. Yeah. >> Yeah. What's in it? >> What's in it? >> Uh, not anything good. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> In your left pocket. >> Hey, you know how we just talked about honesty? What is it? I got clean here recently. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to get it out. Okay. So, I'm going to see what it is. So, I got clean here and then I just got freaked out. If I grab it, go throw it away. Like one of those things. >> Is it needle up or needle down? >> I'm I'm not sure. Honestly, >> you're not sure. >> It's hard for us to decide. >> Lean up against the car. Take a half step back. Spread your feet shoulder width apart. Don't >> It's going to be tapped there. It's going to be capped and stuff like that. >> It's capped. Yes. >> Are you positive? Yes. >> Cuz I'm telling you right now, if I get stuck, >> your day is going to get worse. I know. >> It's rare to see suspects admit to having drugs or drug paraphernalia. But at least Kyle was smart enough to tell the truth about it before something worse happened. The cop carefully inspected his pocket inch by inch, then pulled a little baggie out. >> What is it? >> What's that? >> What are you using? >> It was It was >> What are you using? It was It was uh like a little bit of mess. >> Little bit of mess. >> Shoot me, dude. >> I was I got clean up in Ohio. >> Is that THC? >> No, it's really Dad know you're doing this? >> I got clean. I got a call to do a drug test. Please just throw that stuff out. >> What do I look like? >> What do I look like? >> That's a lot of meth, man. You see this? >> It's not that much. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. You see this? It's all on body cam. If we throw it away, that's destruction of evidence, which is a felony charge. Do you think we want to catch a felony charge? >> I'm clean and I just I just >> Right. But do you think we want to catch a felony charge for something that's already on video? >> Looks like there's still some in there. All right, we can >> That's because I stopped doing it. Kyle admitted to the cops that he was worried about his father finding out that he was still doing math. What he should have been worried about was a long list of charges, including meth possession, possession of paraphernalia, obstruction without violence, and grand theft between 750 and $5,000. Target's one of those stores that gets targeted by shoplifterss the most. And that's precisely where the cops were called on the 1st of August 2025. There was a shoplifting in progress. And curiously, the very same suspect had stolen from the store hours earlier. It just came back. Pay >> for yourself. >> Huh? >> Pay for yourself. >> Where's your receipt? >> I have a Apple. I have a target pay. >> Got an ID on you. >> I'll follow. >> Oh, of course it is. Convenient. Have those officers. Sergeant first. >> What you want to do? >> Get your ID out. >> It's not here. >> Where is it at? >> Where's your car at? >> I live across the street. No, don't. >> Not yours. >> No, it doesn't matter. >> What happened? >> You didn't pay for yourself. >> So, if I need to go do my seat, >> that's what I can do. >> What do you mean? What's your first name? >> How did you pay with it? >> It's my phone. >> How [snorts] did you pay with it? That's what That's why I'm asking. >> Apple Pay gang. But if I'm lying, I'm dead. >> The suspect tried to pull a quick one and said she used Apple Pay to pay for her things. But just as she pulled her phone out to prove it, she realized that her battery had died. The cops didn't buy a word of it and proceeded to put her in handcuffs. It was Apple Pay like where I could go like this and that's why I'm telling you like my phone's just dead. >> Oh, they're telling us other way. So, >> okay. Well, how can anything go through with it? Like if I'm like, okay, you had charging your phone in your car. >> I don't got a charger. >> Okay. >> All right. Go. What's today? >> You know what day is today? >> Friday. >> What's today? Cook County. >> Yep. >> You're not worried about Cook County. >> I'm not saying I'm not worried about Cook County, but like >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Put me in the car. >> We will grab my grab. >> So then grab my phone. You going to put me in the front seat? >> Uh, no. >> So that being said, No, listen. >> Should I go listen or no? >> Yeah, I'm listening. What's up? >> The officer allowed her to speak, but she had no idea what to say. She didn't even object to being arrested. Based on her comments about Cook County Jail, it didn't seem like it was her first time being arrested. At that point, one of the cops noticed that she smelled like alcohol. You >> drinking? No. List your smells like >> Wait. >> Hey, can you roll down my window? >> He said what? >> Hold on. I got you right now. >> She went here earlier this morning. >> Okay. >> Stole some stuff. >> Yeah, she wreaks a booze. So >> So she earlier this morning she stole some stuff. LP didn't know exactly what. >> Let's get some pictures of this before we turn it back in. So, he's uh he's working that up now. Okay. She came back today or just now. So, I'll take this back to him. He'll get he'll get us a receipt for it to know how much this is. He's working on how much it was earlier today. This is obviously uh earlier today was unreported yet. >> The cops inspected all the booze she tried to steal, and it further supported their claim that she was under the influence. They also mentioned that a man was in the store with her, but that the man hadn't stolen. On the ride to the jail house, the cop had a very interesting chat with her. >> I know you're intoxicated, so your uh timeline is messed up. >> So, that being said, for my people birthday, no, let me talk. >> Let me talk. >> You're just screaming at me and I'm trying to answer your question >> cuz Okay, let me talk first. >> Answer your question. >> CAN I TALK FIRST? >> SURE. I was trying to answer you, but scream at me somewhere. >> That have nothing to do with me. If you didn't get the person right then and there have nothing to do with me. >> You're under arrest for uh well >> for retail like we and um >> that quite freaks me that still have nothing to do with me. >> Right. The cart you pushed out with all the >> have nothing to do with me. >> Okay. What is your name? >> No name. Try to take me to jail. Don't know my name. What's my name? >> You never told me your name. So here. Tell me your name either. Let's go down there. >> Okay. I'm not going to tell you. Y'all going to have to call your sergeant for me to talk to him. >> Well, you want me to do your property? She didn't put HER NAME ON. >> OKAY. WELL, I SAID WHAT I SAID. >> By the time they got to jail, she was already a bit irritated. She refused to identify herself and walked inside like she owned the place. Failing to identify herself wouldn't save her from getting charged. It only prolonged the inevitable. >> I'm going to take him off. You're going to take a seat. All right. [music] >> I'm going to take my seat. But like I said, like I just told his Burger nerd. >> Uh-huh. >> Y'all arresting the WRONG PERSON. HOLD 10. >> Hold up. Hold on. Hold on. >> Let me twist my arm. >> Hold on. >> Twist. >> I'm going to take it off from you. >> Twist it. >> What do you want me to twist it for? >> You can take it off. >> I don't have to twist it. Take a seat. >> Annayia, >> take a seat. >> Quite frankly, if you put me in the system right now, >> they going to tell you nerd. It ain't even you. You I hate pink people. >> Pink people. >> Pink. >> Okay. >> You're brown just like me. >> What is >> pink people? >> Yeah. >> You people >> Mhm. >> make life hard. >> Yeah. >> Y'all don't like BLACK PEOPLE FOR REAL. >> Y'ALL DON'T LIKE FOR REAL. SO I DON'T KNOW WORKING WITH YOU. >> BUT QUITE FRANKLY, SHUT UP AND LET ME TALK. NO, YOU'RE BEING QUITE [screaming] >> AFTER they took her handcuffs off, she got even more arrogant and started shushing the cops. With her very slurred speech and nonsensical talk, the woman's drunkenness became even more apparent. >> You're being nice to me. >> YOU'VE BEEN SCREAMING AT ME SINCE YOU MET ME. >> Let me talk. Like I said, >> can you talk without screaming at me? >> I'm going to talk. >> Okay. >> But you're going to let me talk first. >> Go ahead. >> I have nothing against you. That's good. That means me and you're going to get along, right? >> Cuz quite frankly, my grandpa is real. That's good. >> I'm Mexican. You ain't did nothing to me. You did your job. But this pink person, >> quite frankly, y'all are deporting people. >> I'm deporting people. >> You're kind. It's deporting people. >> So, that being said, >> WHAT'S MY KIND? >> SHUT UP. LET ME TALK. >> I'M ASKING. >> LET ME TALK. >> BUT YOU PAUSED. I SAID, "LET ME TALK." >> OKAY, go ahead. >> Let me talk. >> You pink. >> Uhhuh. >> Because the Trump pink red ass >> are deporting people. >> Again, I'm not talking to you. You know, quite frankly, I'm not talking to you. That's why you're smiling and laughing. >> You're being told, >> I'm not talking to you, >> right? you're just BEING [screaming] >> the cops didn't take her seriously. And in fact, both of them were smiling, and for good reason. If they really took things too seriously, they wouldn't be able to do their jobs very long. In the end, though, instead of arguing with each other, they all shared a laugh. But when there's alcohol involved, you never really know. >> SO, ARE YOU [screaming] ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME YOUR NAME OR NOT? >> What do you think? >> I'm not talking to you. Now say that to me racist >> and I am cuz I don't like white people because y'all is racist. >> That's unfortunate. >> Oh is racist. >> Frankly nothing against you. >> But my granny my granny was kind of innocent in Arkansas. So she racist. So she raised me. So therefore I don't like white people. >> Sorry. >> Hello. >> You and your people. You and your grandmother and your grand a >> Oh, her last name. >> Hold up. >> Right. >> S P A N. >> So therefore, y'all need to figure the out. >> Put your hands on the snow. Do you have anything that [ __ ] take care of me? >> NO. SO Y'ALL Y'ALL Y'ALL detaining me was stupid. >> No, you were stealing. >> I didn't steal. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. >> ALL RIGHT, let her do let her do her thing and then we go. Sorry, girl. Despite claiming she didn't steal anything, the suspect here was calm and cooperative throughout. They charged the woman with felony retail theft and then released her from jail pending an upcoming court appearance. When it comes to shoplifting, some criminals just can't get enough of it. And if they pull it off once, they're convinced they can do it again with no repercussions. That's what happened on the 3rd of August, 2023 when the loss prevention office at Safeway reported a shoplifter. According to them, it wasn't her first time. >> Hey, you're back. I always call you back. >> No, it's okay. She's still in there. >> Yeah, she's kind of late right now. >> Did she steal? So, she just steal it today. >> Today? No. So, what's your plan when you >> um So, I definitely want her trespass. >> Okay. >> Um sorry. Um, and I have like the camera footage pulled up from yesterday, too. >> Okay. >> And it's a massive cart. It's $800 plus. >> Okay. >> And then on the 23rd, >> did she just walk out with it? Did she scan items? >> Yeah. No, she just walked out. >> Okay. >> Uh, yesterday with that like that one that Yeah, she just walked out with it. Um, and then on the 23rd I called you guys cuz she she didn't steal anything that day, but she was she was going to and I scanned it all out. It was like 7:35. She left it over there. Um, the officer who came in said, which I understand, like there's nothing really you guys can do about that. Um, but that's what I'm saying. Like I know she's going to steal. >> So I absolutely want her trespass. >> I don't Oh, that's her. That's where >> the suspect noticed law enforcement standing right in front of the store. As they were certain that she would avoid them, the cops wasted no time. They went after the woman before she could slip away, but she got lost in the aisles. At one point, the officer nearly missed her. Hey, ma'am. Let me talk to you for a second. So, yesterday sounds like you walked out with quite a bit of car of groceries. >> I did? >> Yeah. >> No. >> No. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. Well, right now you're going to be detected until I figure it out. >> I love you. >> I love you. >> At a minimum, you're getting trespassed from the store. Yeah, >> that's fine. That's fine. And then if you're on video stealing, you better not lie to me. You understand? >> You better not lie to me. >> I might be. >> You might be lying to me. >> We have the female detention. You >> got warrants? >> I might. I don't know. >> You got ID on [music] you? >> I don't. >> Babe, I love you. >> You can go. >> You can go. >> I love you. >> The suspect didn't resist or object. She knew she was cooked and it begged the question, why did she go back to the same store? Everybody knows they have cameras and she already had warrants out for her arrest. It was almost as if she was asking for trouble. >> Babe, I love you. >> I don't know what I'm going to get out. >> Huh? >> What's your name? >> Kelsey. K E L S E Y. Last name is Zosul. Z O S E L. >> Sorry. Spell again. >> Z O S E L. >> What's your middle initial? A. >> Date of birth? >> 5289. Hey, I love you. >> If you have wants, what they're what are they for? >> Perfect. >> Shocking. >> I know, baby. I love you so much. >> I love you. >> Okay, let's take a corner like enough. >> Sorry. >> You have a chair we consider. >> There's one right in there. >> What's [clears throat] in or out? Oh, you checked. >> Yeah, you just stay in with us. Did you want to pull the video up? That way we can confirm it. >> Either way, she's got a felony and misdemeanor warrants. >> I do? >> Yep. Organized retail theft. >> She claimed she wasn't aware of the warrants. And even if there weren't any, she still couldn't escape the fact that she'd been caught red-handed. The cops started reviewing the footage from the day before, trying to figure out if they could charge the woman with another charge for retail theft. >> Oh, look at that. You're even wearing the same clothing. And that's like so I don't know if there's anything you can do about that was the other night. And okay, >> that's her fatty cart. That's the one from that night. The one from that night. >> Okay. >> I like I said, I don't know if that's whatever, but that's yesterday. >> So, you want to pursue charges for that? She's got a whole bunch of warranties. >> Yeah, >> you do. Okay. >> So, it is 82 2023. What do you do? Do you have what time she entered the store? >> Oh, entered. Uh, >> and then you're looking at potential charges from yesterday. As long as it sounds like the video lines up. Um, I don't know the exact dollar amount whether that's going to be a misdemeanor or felony. It sounds like you had a cart full of stuff. So, the cut off for the felony, 750 bucks. Sounds like what you had in that cart was pretty close. So, we'll see. Either way, it's going to be a a new charge and then you're going to get booked on your your warrants tonight or >> I'm going to get another charge though >> potentially. Yeah. >> They say the easiest way to learn something is through your own mistakes, but it seemed to be different for Kelsey. Obviously, she'd been arrested before, but somehow she never learned a thing. And at this point, it seems like these two were just begging to go to jail. >> You might want to have a talk with your getaway driver and have them not park in a handicap spot. Yeah. Stage three. >> Like, >> so I am going to deal with them. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. For the for the warrants at a minimum. I mean, we can't we can't walk away from a felony organizer until theft warrant. >> So, she came out from like checking her getaway. >> So, that's a 609 enters. >> She's going to grab her cart. She's looking over here the entire time. Is her cart already full? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, she's already shopped. So, >> yeah. >> She enters the store at some point, grabs a cart. >> She's kind of trying to make sure that no one over here. >> The registers are on the other side. She's clearly looking around. >> The video clearly showed the suspect walking around looking suspicious, then stealing some items and placing them in her cart. Then, she just walked out of the store without paying. At that point, she was read her Miranda rights and the officer questioned her further. Do you understand each of these rights that I have? Okay. If you want to talk to me about what happened yesterday, >> you're broke don't have anything. Where do you live? >> Um off of six people. >> Six in Spokane. >> Okay. Six. Isn't that down by their grocery? Do you stay in a shelter or just is that where you stay? >> No, that's where I live at. >> You live? Okay. And then So why are you coming out to Cheney to steal? >> I at the lake. >> Which lake? >> Silver. >> Silver Lake. >> Well, I mean, you stole yesterday. You stole $800 worth of stuff. It looked like >> a pretty full cart. That's what they're gueststimating. Have you seen the cost of anything? >> No way. $800. There's no way. Well, there's a good chance it is. Right now, without a without a receipt, I'm going to charge you with that third. >> She was lucky that that day they didn't catch her in the act, so they couldn't book her for stealing. And as for the day before, there was no way to confirm exactly what she'd stolen. And as a result, they couldn't charge her with a felony. The cop tried to get the woman to confess, but she evaded the man and didn't give him a straight answer. >> You're on camera walking out without paying with a cart full of stuff, right? me. Do you refute that at all? >> What do you mean? >> Are you disagreeing with that yesterday? What happened? Is that pretty much what happened? You came in, loaded up a cart, and left? >> Um, no. >> That's not what happened yesterday. >> I don't know. >> You didn't come in here and steal yesterday? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> Okay. >> Yeah, she's close to it. Close to it. Well, actually. All right. >> I don't know what I'm supposed to say to you. I don't know how to talk to >> Well, you're right here. I mean, do you want to tell me why you stole yesterday? You're on camera. It's definitely you. >> I don't have any money. I don't have anything. I'm hungry. >> The cops did Kelsey a favor and switched her out to a more comfortable set of cuffs. Then they took her to jail and booked the woman for misdemeanor retail theft. Also, she was trespassed from Safeway. On March 11th, 2023, a shopper in a small store tried to steal from the register and despite being caught on camera, she denied doing anything. >> How you doing, sir? >> How you doing? >> Yeah, I tried to purchase something from the counter and this young woman said I stole something from her, but I had just a $10 bill. >> I took it out the counter because she was threatening me. Just put that out for me. Just put that out. >> All right, let me go out so we can talk cuz I don't want to stay in here with a cigarette. >> She was surprised. >> You can look at the camera. >> All right, look at the camera. She was the real >> She hit her. >> All right, look at her. >> I asked you for this, right? This, this, and this. I put on the counter. I gave you $10 >> and you said I took money from you and she was calling the cops wasting your time. >> I can't explain everything. >> Explain what? >> She was trying to pull a quick one by making sure she was the first person to tell her side of the story, but the cashier's version was a little bit different. >> Uhhuh. >> I was with other customers, right? >> She was about to pay cart. >> So she put the stuff here the other people. So she put the stuff here. >> Uhhuh. and she put $10 and she and I said, "Can you wait because I'm waiting for someone else and then she took I don't know. I don't see the $10." And then she said, "You put the $10 in the register." I said, "I can't because I need to wait for the receipt to open the register. I can't open it." And I said, "No, you took it." I said, "I didn't." Then when I get the receipt, I open it. And she took the money. >> Did the cameras work? >> Yeah. >> Can you play the cameras back, please? And then she took the money and then she leave. >> She left. >> Yeah, she left. >> And how did she come back in? >> He he went went for here. So I told the manager and the manager went to the street. >> Do you have the money back now? >> She she put $20 here and then as the manager said, "You took more than $20." >> The cashier then told the officers that when they confronted her about stealing the money, she went totally berserk and began trashing the store. For this woman, offense appear to be the best defense. >> And she took some stuff and she was like, >> I was with my mom. She came. She's at the laundry and I'm here right now. I was supposed to be washing clothes and I was getting products. >> That's all I did. >> How much how much? I'll talk to you in just a second. >> How much How much did she allegedly take out? I'm not sure cuz she only put this. So, I'm not sure how much how much. >> And you're saying that she went out the store and your manager went after her? Matt, how far did she go? >> How far did she go? >> How far she go down the street? >> How far she go? >> $10. >> I said it was like the money cuz all I wanted was this. I said >> this is my money. >> I know. You put $10. That's why you put $10 and the products. Like it don't make no sense. I was waiting for the other customer. I told you, can you wait ID now? >> The officer noticed that things might get heated. So, he told the suspect to step aside and asked her what had happened. The suspect claimed she just needed a few items and said the cashier was lying about her trying to grab money. And as they waited for the video footage, she suddenly felt the urge to leave. You got you got I'm waiting for >> Lisa. You got you got to wait. You got to wait there. >> Well, there's an active investigation right now. Can't go away. >> So, you don't know exactly how much money was. >> No, it was like $40 cuz I was sure cuz she only did this. >> It was only out, man. Lisa, can you do me a favor just because you're not supposed to go up in the building? Can you just do me a favor? Hold on. >> You can't you can't go outside right now. >> Can't go outside. You just got to put that down. >> If you move, you're going to get arrested. So, stop it. Give me the cigarette. The suspect here, Lisa, blatantly disregarded the officer and basically he had to take the cigarette out of her hand again. She acted like she didn't realize what was happening. So, the cop tried to straighten her out. >> You know what's going on, right? >> All right, then. So, why are you keep trying to leave? >> Just let her tells me that you're doing something. I'm just telling you right now how it looks from my perspective and his perspective. >> Leaving makes it look like you're doing something. And they're alleging something against you right now. So let them provide video. Nothing happened, then you on your way. Just let your report. Just got to comment down. >> But sir, you don't want to show it there. If you got it on your phone, you can show us on your phone cuz we got to see this. >> Lisa. Lisa. Lisa. >> Lisa. >> $4, right? >> I'm not sure. >> And you don't want to. You can let me out. You want me to stay here with you? >> I'm just a cashier. >> Lisa, don't talk with her. Mom, >> talk with me. Talk to me. Let's watch this video together. Come on. One sec. >> Lisa seemed to be jumpy and nervous. At some point, she even tried to return the $40 that she said she hadn't stolen. Basically, it was just a confession of guilt. Suddenly, right when the cops were reviewing the video, her brother walked in. >> What happened? >> She lied and said I took something off the counter and the money. >> Give her 5 minutes. Stand by. >> 5 minutes? >> Yes. 5 minutes. >> My sister, let me talk to her real quick. >> All right. You can wait outside. When she comes outside, you can come talk to me. >> Huh? >> You can wait outside and then come talk to her when she comes out. >> What happened? What happened? >> I'm not at liberty to say. She'll tell you after. All right. Good. >> Yeah. What? Man, >> she'll just give her a few minutes. All right. I'll let you know what's going on, but you got to give me a few minutes. All right. >> Let me find out something from the officer if I did something wrong. >> Well, that's why we here with the video. >> This is the reason why you here right now. Cuz when this video doesn't show nothing, it's just going to be a report and you on your way. Yes, sir. >> Damn. >> Why you all up on me like that? Why don't you if you y'all protect him, somebody protect her? >> You want to get in custody? >> I don't want to be in here. >> Okay, so calm down. I got to see this. >> You might have noticed that Lisa never even looked at the video. If she was sure she hadn't done anything, she'd probably want to point out that the video showed nothing. Instead, it turned out that she had a pretty good reason to be jittery because the video showed the woman grabbing money from the register. for what I would like to know. I know your camera right now. >> What I do? >> Don't resist. >> Don't resist. >> I took money. >> Don't resist. >> I took money from you. >> Don't do it. Don't get any more charges. >> All right. >> Don't resist. >> Hey, let me see that footage again, sir. >> I know you didn't do nothing. What's What's the problem? No, that's for robbery. >> Robbery. What' I take? >> I was just going to go home at the laundry mat. I didn't >> I didn't do nothing. No, I was at the laundry mat doing my laundry. Came over here to get a brush and something, some supplies, and that was it. >> Even after being faced with irrefutable evidence, Lisa still denied it. At first, she resisted being handcuffed a little, but on the way to the jail house, she calmed down. However, that turned out to be the calm before the storm because when she got to a jail cell, she went totally berserk. >> [screaming] >> My radio. >> Hold on. Hold on. Let go. Let go. Let go. >> Get the [laughter] shack. Get the shack. >> [laughter and gasps] >> You >> all right? >> What else you got on you? >> She didn't take her shirt off. >> That was the whole thing. >> Stand up. >> COME ON. COME ON. STOP. >> STOP. >> She expected that after being booked, she'd be immediately released. However, the cops explained to the woman that the video showed her assaulting the cashier and that's why she wouldn't be released. That's when she started to freak out and got herself one more charge. >> Just lay there. Just lay there. Relax. Put her leg down. Put her leg now. Put her leg down. >> Relax. Just relax. Why you doing all this? >> Must be having some issues. She's going home. Ain't going home now. about five times. She was about to leave, but we just get ready. >> Instead of getting a slap on the wrist, they charged the woman with assault on the cashier, burglary, and two counts of assault on law enforcement. Shoplifterss come from all walks of life. Some are just ordinary people who find themselves in a tough spot, while others just crave a little excitement. However, this next case is really peculiar. On the 6th of June, 2023 at Orlando International Airport, an ex-marine stole some electronic items. >> You want to see how it looks like so you know where it went? All right. >> What does that shirt say? >> Mhm. >> What that shirt say? >> I don't know. >> You hotel. >> You know what that shirt says? >> No, I don't know what it >> Can you bring it back and make it light or >> if you go back when you walked in? 2014. We're going to make it 281. 281. >> If I stop it, >> 281. Thank you. >> Does that look weird? >> Where's that city on this guy? Show >> the incident happened about a half hour before. So, the cops had to gather as much evidence as possible to try and identify the suspect if he was still in the area. Suddenly, just as the manager was giving a description of the perpetrator, he appeared nearby in an Oakley store. >> The Hispanic male right now. >> He was a white man. >> Oh, you're not going to believe it. I just see him. >> He's in Oakley right now. He's in Oakley. He's in Oakley right now. >> Hold on. 1012. Do >> you have any ID? >> Huh? Not on me, though. >> What are you doing around here? >> I'm waiting on a person to come in. >> What person to come in? >> I think he said he >> What's in that bag? >> Nothing. >> Nothing's in that bag? >> Yeah, nothing. >> I got you on video taking stuff from that store. >> I'll push away from that. >> I'll push you away from me. Tommy, we're out here on your back. >> What are you talking about? >> What am I talking about? They got to >> have I don't have my problem. >> I don't have anything. [laughter] >> I don't have anything. >> Jesus. If the officer hadn't detained him, he would have likely made a run for it. But unfortunately, he was backed into a corner with three cops blocking his exit. But he wasn't done resisting just yet. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Turn it. >> You got him. Ivan. >> Yep. >> Yes. Hold on. Resisting. >> Put him on the ground. Put him on the ground, >> sir. You're going to get on the ground. You're going to do it now. >> Hold on. >> Go face first. Go face down. Put your hand behind your back. Do it now. Put your hands. my heart. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> My back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your There you go, sir. >> You just broke a rib. >> You got it. >> You just broke a rib in my head. >> No, we didn't. >> Yes, you did. >> Just stop resisting, sir. >> I'm not resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Ouch. >> There you go. >> Where's your other bag? >> One male. I have a bag. >> All right, go get a car. >> I hate my chest. >> The suspect immediately started complaining about his chest and his heart. Funny how that supposed heart condition didn't prevent the man from stealing. The officers wanted to quickly secure him and then locate the items that he supposedly stole. >> Stop resisting. We're going to put We're going to put you on your side. >> You just hurt my ribs. >> Said he did. Right. What? >> We need someone with a car. >> I went to go get one. [snorts] >> Anybody copy? >> Can I stand? >> No. >> I don't know. So she probably think with the other stuff. Where's the other bag that you got? Why did you fight me? >> I didn't fight you, sir. I'm getting >> Yes, you did. You tried to get away from me. >> Sorry. What? What? >> That's not true. >> Once the man realized there was no escaping, he started saying that he didn't resist. Sadly, that wouldn't do too much for him because it was all caught on body cam. Before they took him to a squad car, one of the cops noticed his Marine Corps pendant. Oh, perfect. Yeah, I was doing that, too. Here. Really? >> Very insulting. >> Yeah. >> Oh, man. >> Uh, is that his bag or any bag? >> No, we're missing the other bag. >> Oh, >> let me let me take him back over there and see. This is stuff. >> All right. This is all going to go in an evidence bag and your money is going to go into a machine where you'll get a receipt for it. >> Want to get that back when I get out of the jail? >> Yes, sir. All right. So, >> I'm going to the jail, right? >> Yeah. Got 20. Set this down right here. >> Can't just go to the court. >> No, sir. I'm getting like, "Oh, it's just process here." >> The officer explained to the man that he was going to jail to get processed, and after that, there'd be a court appearance, which might be that day or the next. Whatever the case, the ex-marine would have a chance to reflect on his life choices. >> All right. 20 30 40 insurance card. It's a pretty cool little uh money clip wallet. Put that back in there. >> What's that? [laughter] I said I need one to keep out of trouble, huh? >> Well, mistakes happen. All right, hang tight. Okay. >> The store manager was asked to fill a statement out. It's in the video evidence to the officer's email address. It turned out that the four items he stole totaled up to $970. They took the man to jail and he was charged with resisting arrest and grand theft. On the 18th of March 2024 in Los Cusus, New Mexico, the cops responded to Walmart for a shoplifting incident. And as soon as they stepped in the store, they were greeted by security. >> Yes. Yes, sir. Sorry. Now, >> I've been watching this here. >> So, um, the shoes she has on, >> those are her dirty shoes and those are our shoes. And then she concealed in her bag, I think, a shirt. And I'm not sure. He still has the pants on. [music] I think she has jewelry as well, but I didn't see her. I But what I did see was that those shoes are ours. >> We got two more coming. Let's look at them, please. >> So, I know you guys are busy. Do you want to just approach on the floor? You want to let them I don't know how long they're going to be shopping. >> I'll I'll when they one just got here. So, when she pulls, I'll see where she was. >> Hi. >> Hello. Sorry. No, it's okay. So, those are our shoes. Those are her dirty shoes. >> Okay. >> And then I should put some stuff in her purse. That is ours as well. I don't know what you guys want to do. I know you guys are busy. So, do you want to approach on the floor and just >> uh No. We're going to need to have her actually try to exit because at this point she could try to say like, "Well, still going to pay for them." So, she would have to bypass all the points still. >> Okay. >> The cops wanted to make sure the suspects had passed all points of sale before being approached. That way, they couldn't deny the [music] fact that they'd stolen. >> Yeah. Yeah, cuz we had that issue yesterday where uh we had a subject for fraud cuz he grabbed merchandise and exchanged it for uh money. >> Mhm. >> But since technically you can still purchase at customer service, >> the other concealed stuff are like we can't that could get flipped saying. Well, he was still going to pay for it. >> Yeah, you're right. You're right. Yeah. Yeah. >> I just didn't know cuz sometimes um when PD shows up, they're like, "Oh, we're really busy, so we're just going to go approach on the floor, get stuff back, and blah blah." Yeah. >> But yeah, so I just never know. You know which one is that? >> I mean we can hang for a little, but I mean >> so hopefully hopefully they'll be on their way out. I'm not sure. >> And it's just her so far. >> It's it's her. He's with her. But >> he >> And then >> you don't have anything for sure on him, though? >> Uh no. She's the one that's concealing everything. >> Where is she? Where is she? >> Ah, there she is. >> You guys know who she is? No, you don't. >> I feel like I see my hair. [laughter] >> After watching the suspects for a few minutes, security noticed that they were headed to the GM section. The officer stepped outside and headed toward the exit. At that point, they still weren't sure if the suspect was going to pay for the item she [music] took. Do >> you guys know what for sure that she put in the bag? >> Well, she had a p she had um shirt, a blue shirt, and a pair of pants. So, but I didn't see her put it because she got into a corner where I couldn't see. I have someone on the floor, but >> but no one saw her for sure put them back or put them in her. >> No. So, see how full it is? Yes. But no, no, but the the shoes for sure. But we we >> Okay. >> Hopefully, we can get maybe something. >> So, he's going to go pay and she's going to walk out. >> Okay. >> Hey, Juan, can you go over to GM, please? >> So, it looks like the guy's paying. So, if anything, it would just be the female, but she kind of stepped away from him real quick. >> So, if anything, just checking out good to go. Uh, we're about to make an approach right now. There's an officer out there at GM because I think they're going to walk out. So, but the gentleman's paying, but she has stuff. She has her shoes. >> Jeez, some of these cameras aren't working. >> Just stay right there. One on 32 and it's a female with the yellow. But I have the police. >> Yeah, checking out right now. [clears throat] If you want to wait for like in the vestibule just so that way it's like undisputed. >> Where is she? Where'd she go? Security quickly spotted the suspect again as she seemed a little bit reluctant, unsure about leaving the store. As for the agent, she was concerned she might have noticed the officer standing right near the exit. And she was likely right because the suspect decided to ditch her loot. >> They might see the officer right there. So, >> I think they might have saw you. >> Yeah. Oh, look. Look, look. She's going to put her purse down. If you want, just maybe wait outside. I'll let you know if they start heading out. >> Oh, she's going to leave her purse. She dumped her purse. >> Okay. Yeah, she dumped it. Hold on. >> Yeah, she d No, she she's ditching her purse. They're going to walk out. Hold on. She ditched her purse in seasonal. Can you please go get it? >> Yeah, she still has the shoes. They're heading towards the exit right now. >> She still has a female. How's it going, buddy? >> You didn't even look at the pictures when I came here. >> No, no, no. We have your old shoes. We got your old shoes on your back. Okay. >> I'm wearing the same shoes I'm wearing. >> Okay. Well, we have your old shoes in the asset protection office. So, your dictator now? Okay. >> The suspect initially lied and said that those were her shoes, but the officer quickly called her out. At that point, the suspect's husband was still there, looking very confused. He'd done nothing wrong, but he didn't want to leave his wife. >> You're good to go, buddy. You paid. >> That's my husband. He's not leaving me. >> We're going to go to the asset protection office, so you can wait outside. >> He can't come with me, then I'm not going. I don't trust I don't have to go into a room full of men. You got me. You're insane. >> My camera's on. >> I don't care. >> Okay. Well, there's females in there. >> The the camera was on when you guys kne on that guy's neck, too. Bro, >> I didn't hear on anyone's neck. >> No, but Elsa who? >> That's why he's in jail. >> Who's neck? >> Valenuela. >> We didn't need on his neck. >> 11:16 Central. I got a 41 detaining. >> She's in the asset protection office. We got to go. >> My husband isn't with me. >> She can wait outside the office. [snorts] >> Ma'am, come on. You said you have somewhere to be. Let's make this quick. >> All right. Can I just take the shoes off? >> Are you past all points of purchase or you're going to get charger shop? >> I'm not past all points purchase. This is going right there. >> Okay. >> You can let go of me. If you squeeze me any harder, then >> you want to take it cuz she's threatening to >> I don't want to I don't want a male putting their hands on me, please. >> Okay. >> After being faced with the inevitable, suspects often try to squeeze out little victories just so they can feel better about themselves. In reality, asking for the female officer to handle her instead of the male didn't change the fact that she was about to be arrested. It just gave the woman a misguided sense of being somewhat in control. >> All righty, ma'am. Let them have a seat on the bench, right? >> All right, ma'am. So, they have you on camera swapping out your shoes. >> Hey, can I see putting items in your purse? Okay. >> Um, I didn't leave with that. >> Okay. No, I understand. We're not worried about that. >> I was using it as a shopping bag. Okay. What are we talking about right now? Is this a show? >> That's fine. Can I have my ticket so I can go? >> Okay. We're going to get done when we're done. Okay. You don't run this. >> All right. Well, then are you going to pick up my daughter? >> No. >> You want to talk? You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against the court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer. Have a present with you while you're doing question. You cannot afford a lawyer. One will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You can decide any time to exercise these rights and answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand? Am I being arrest? Fair. Now you are. I thought I was being detained. >> No, you were detained, but we have video. Now you're >> Yeah, now you're arrested because we do have you on video footage. Swapping your shoes and trying to walk out of the store. >> It's a $10 ticket. Like, it's a $10. >> Okay. Well, actually, I can't take you to jail. Okay. So, you want to talk about what happened? >> I just need your shoes. >> Getting arrested for stealing a cart full of groceries because you're hungry does make sense in a way, but getting arrested over $10 shoes is just ridiculous. Even worse, she refused to identify herself, which only made things worse. Turns out she had a warrant from a previous incident. >> Shoplifting, disorderly conduct, and resisting and obstructing. >> I didn't resist or obstruct. >> Well, you have three immunities. So, >> warrant. >> Wait, what are you talking about? >> I'm direct you confirmed. So, you're going to jail today? Actually, >> I have warrants for what? >> I said shoplifting, >> disorderly conduct, resisting, arresting, or evading an officer. So, whatever incident you had prior, you didn't show up to court. It sounds like >> they could just be simple FTS. >> I've never had a Okay. >> Well, it comes back to your social security number. So, >> it goes back to my my name and social security number. >> Yeah, I ran you by email. >> I ran you by your social case to court. >> Okay. Regardless, you're going to get to court. Sort that out with them. We're not going to hear during discernment. It's in your name. It's your social. It's for you. Am I going to have a buy? >> That's We'll find out right now. >> You sure you don't want to take your >> Yeah, those are Mhm. What's your husband's name? >> Joseph. >> Okay. >> I have a warrant municipal back. Call my mom. She'll post my bond. Mom will post my bond. It's for some bull immunity. And then, you know, I'm not I'm not booking you in jail on the shoplifting. That'll still just be a citation. Just go take care of it. All that jazz, >> you know.
