on January 25th 2023 in barbou Wisconsin officers were dispatched to the local Department of Human Services due to reports of a man who made threats directed at staff what's going on bud I don't know you tell me I don't know what's going on I don't know are you getting some help here today I was earlier and you came back yeah cuz I actually was messing the card I just asked her if um you know if you know I had left a card I don't know why I'm here but I see if I can get the card if it's still here did you get some help this morning no she said she was supposed to be coming to give me some help but there was actually talking to each other I didn't hear what they were saying then I tried to let them know that y'all talking to each other but I don't understand what's going on and then she said she supposed to be bringing me some food and and then I'm sitting there waiting I don't know what's going on but besides whatever y'all lock me up for I guess I'm going to lock you up I don't know my told you last time I wasn't going to lock you up what yall here for when I'm a disturbance I just asked she told me to sit down and then you ended up here you you talking like you're talking to me well I am somewhat talking to you cuz you're here for me right yep well cuz they were concerned that you didn't get the help that you needed prior and then you left so that's why we came back when you came back so what are youall here for I don't understand what you're saying so to lock me up probation to place a hold on you yes whatever reason they can place a hold on you for any reason so right now they've asked for us to take you to jail okay for what not having nothing to eat or having something they they issued a warrant to hold so you'll you'll have to take you'll have to take that up with them can I call probation officer if you want to but they're going to tell you the same thing so you can call them at the jail but as of now they're not going to be changing their mind at the moment so I don't have any problems anything but I'm to jail well you made you made some threats against staff so I didn't make no threats against nobody you did no I didn't so go turn around you said that I can actually make a call you can call it to jail and I didn't have any problems you can call it to jail no I cannot no I cannot I just had I had no problems and you saying that I made threats against some staff I didn't make no threats against no staff and I've been sitting here and I I just came here to get a card because she told me to wait that's what you and your probation officer do we have nothing to do with if your probation officer puts a hold on you nothing at all it was nothing wrong she just left I just seen her and everything I didn't have any problems that's something I don't know what to tell you there you're going to talk to your agent about that okay I came here to get a card that I left that had a number on it to actually call for something to eat the lady down there just said she was supposed to give me something to eat or something and I didn't understand what it was talking about now I really don't understand what's going on and you telling me I'm going to jail for nothing okay that's up that's up with your agent okay that's not our decision I ain't even been to today and the police went down there yesterday and actually said that I supposed to be able to come up there or whatever by tomorrow or some [ __ ] to get some food or something so I evidently didn't have any problems with at all because I didn't make any threats or anything cuz the police officer went there and checked so right now I don't need to be arrested cuz I haven't been up there since then okay but Demetrius this is that's not up to us no wait no no no no way y'all talking about something ain't up to y'all and somebody actually said that I was actually somebody nobody anything if probation puts a hold on you no I didn't threaten nobody anything and ain't no re she just left today I just s her today going to sit we're not going to dispute with you see I just seen her today okay well then why did she say I supposed to have some threats to something now you have to talk to her about that okay that is the information that we have okay we don't make the determination on the holds and the warrants we just simply Pi she just I didn't have a hold or warning anything I didn't have no reason to be arrested at all y'all don't know what y'all charging for y not charging me with anything y'all just saying that I have a probation hole that which I didn't have a probation hole at all and I just asked a simple question for a card I haven't communicated with anybody outside that TLP you got to bring it down or not okay no y'all sitting here telling me that I need to be arrested and trying to look at me like y me something are make an actual telephone call to my probation off you said yesil no you just said I can make a call right
