because he is he's 14 he's 14 yes okay so I already explained to him he's detained right now I told him that so why is he detained because that's a stolen under vehicle okay so I mean Dig's verified the VIN number right did you is that before all that that you verified before you I detained him and then we verifed that's asked if he was 1095 or detained he's detained okay so obviously he's a decision and took the handcuffs off Ziggler but the teenager's parents were so enraged by the lack of courtesy and professionalism that they held a press conference and even suggested that the incident was racially motivated but what's worse than a cop that shows a total lack of discretion a cop that doesn't know the law La at all do you have an ID on Sir uh yeah I do can I see that please bumped me on the 8th of March 2023 a popular First Amendment auditor visited the Buchanan County Courthouse while going around this public building he met Sergeant Chris chesmore who apparently had no idea how the Constitution works for what what did I do wrong you told to leave blame for what what crime let's go what crime did I do I'm here to get papers what you say uh no you excuse me didn't you already get your paper I think you need to slow your rooll right now slow my role yeah come on down here come on down here for what come on I committed no crime come on I'm here to look at papers get papers see what services you provide well you can tell all day but I followed the law come on I followed the law I'm going to continue getting my paperwork you hear the you he the come on what did I do wrong you guys can't this ain't Russia you can't just make up rules yourself what was your name and badge Buchanan County my name and bad and you haven't given me your name and B because you're a public servant did you forget it doesn't matter it does did you forget you work for me Sergeant chesmore seemed to have forgotten a lot more than who he worked for he also had no idea what rights the aor had no constitutional law made it mandatory for the auditor to identify himself in that situation but of course chesmore didn't know this yeah that's what I thought why you being this way why are you Tyrant what's so funny little boy why can't you just respect our rights what's the First Amendment do you know didn't think so it's a shame that you guys swore an oath to uphold the Constitution due respect this was exactly what happened on the 10th of May 2020 when officer maror and his colleague arrived at Sergeant CRA hawkins's doorstep the suisen city police had received a call earlier about a 14-year-old that ingested nail polish officer maror and officer kimona were then dispatched to the scene the only problem was that one they went to the wrong address and two they would end up creating a problem rather than solving so who's this can you go with the mother what's the problem so we're here on a Ware check we have to make sure she's okay why because we received a call from North Bay for the incident that occurred earlier look look right there supposed to be investigator if you're investigating something 9 years US Army now what's the problem what person I don't have to identify myself to you do I am I under investigation you want to tell me what's going on don't knock on my window can you come out here no she can't come out there y'all need to tell me what's going
