law enforcement officials are committed to ensuring the implementation of Law and Order nonetheless there are occasions when they exceed boundaries and end up making errors here are four different instances where misguided police officers pulled over the wrong people under the act of law enforcement come on I just look like this man looks have nothing to do I'm just saying how they R me up how 27-year-old black security guard from South Oak Cliff who on October 16th 2021 was on route to get breakfast for his young children when he was pulled over subjected to physical assault and taunts by Officer Walter Paul Gua Holly Harris and eight additional cops this happened because his name was similar although spelled differently to that of an individual under a Family Violence warrant at the time okay well what's your information that's it that's all damn I'm going I'm going to go get some for my baby something to eat hey if you're good sir you're good come on to step up with me I'll to no avail the cops are not in the mood of listening we were sitting at the church and we were just going to start doing traffic she's running plates okay M run that Hyundai so she runs it and she was like oh let's look at the registered owner whatever so she does she goes to AIS and this a cross reference and it pops up red so she's like uh okay she kind of looks at it but by that time we had already lost them he had already gone into like the Family Dollar parking lot or whatever the Family Dollar parking lot so then as she's searching she finds out that the name that she put on there whatever was on AIS had continuous Family Violence for you know warrant so then we get behind him up here cuz we see we see the car moving on Illinois so we catch up to it and we get up here to uh Southern Oaks and he fails to Signal within 100 ft from the stop sign here at Southern Oaks and Overton and as soon as he came up here you know we obviously pulled him so he got the reason for contact yeah so I pulled up to the car and I'm like hey man look you know you have pulled over for this this and this and he was like well that's not fair cuz you were watching me from the other side I was like yeah we were on the other side of the light but you were crossing so obviously you know what I mean yeah so then I was just like you have your ID with you and so he gives it to me and obv I hand it over to her and she's like Sylvester hey it's like that's the name that was on warrant but so you got a good warrant well there's I guess a lot of he does have tickets he does have the tickets so when I'm like hey bro so in order for us to in order for us to be able to like fully investigate like cuz he was already acting weird so I'm like hey bro like he was already giving him trouble I'm like can can you just step out of the car for let's go to the back of the car and at that point he was like for what for what and I'm like bro come on man and so that's whenever regie pulled up and we tried to get him out of the car and the fight was on okay and then I was like bro come so you got uh jail traffic resistant arrest right yeah we have fil sign ft and then he has tickets he had a gun in his pocket cuz he kept going like this so crazy okay he had a he had a pistol in his in his freaking pocket and then at that point whenever we were trying to get him out of the car Whitman was on the other side he was like gun gun gun right Pocket Gun yeah so is he a faing uh he has not been convicted or no felon no felon we we have ucw resting resistant okay resistant because well that I don't know if we we're going to be able to put the resistant because you can't resist the tension you can get him out of the car but I mean if the fight is on resist hold on so so res so who was on the driver's side I was so he was listening to your commands at the time right no he was not as soon as I yeah I had to open the door when I was like hey come on come on let's wom saw the gun sa at this point right he saw he saw the gun while we were trying to get him out of the car so you got you know what I'm saying yeah okay so when he was sitting down and we like me and Reggie and who was who else next to we trying to pull him out of the car that's whenever women was trying to push him out he was a gun gun gun right Pocket Gun right pocket okay so but based on your investigation you have problem CA of stopping cuz you got y'all looked at his name in his picture earlier and could identify him uh we couldn't see in the car we have we have the traffic viation for contact yeah so I wasn't going to be like oh it's an investigative stop and it turns into like no we were going to get so was pistol come back clean stole uh it was clean clean okay um double Che with a jail Sergeant on the ucw charge okay all right um just to make sure cuz you know we got new laws now yeah right so if he's not a failing but not convicted of one that's different any drugs in the car I don't know I don't think so okay they just y'all just searched the car yeah they I don't they haven't said anything okay let's find and then what was his injury nothing but if he resisted he existed you know what I'm saying so we got him on that right yeah so we're good so yeah so just find out Sylvester Hayes got arrested by the dpd sergeant for resisting arrest and having a weapon illegally even though the weapon was registered under his name he ended up spending several days in jail which caused him to lose his job as a security guard because he couldn't go to work it must have traumatizing for him dealing with something he was not responsible for later he sued the 10 Dallas police officers involved if you think these are the only situations where police officers Make Mistakes by pulling over the wrong people then you're unaware of another case involving officer Kowski and Sam lunber we all said if we found you driving WR you all said up well we all know your window 10th real dark and I don't believe that's that's yeah um so you're you all are targeting me no you no no I didn't this is Officer Phil Kowski who conducted a traffic stop on Sam Lundberg for a window tint violation during the stop Kowski expressed disapproval of his Department's window tinting enforcement policy criticizing how it's too harsh and shouldn't be in place instead of taking up his suggestion to the police department officer Kowski suggested the suspect involve her father Senator John Lundberg he was quoted as saying one call from your dad would probably make all of this go away and probably save all of those unfamiliar under California exhaust noise laws the legal noise limit for any vehicle in California is set at 95 DB even though supercars like the Lamborghini Aventador exceed the 95 D limit at high RPMs Damon's car which he kept at low RPM did not surpass this threshold despite this the officer pulled him over without employing a decel reader well let's just let's admit the SV s all these Aventadors with the V12 are loud cars the downside is he's not using anything to determine that other than his ear and you were driving in a very calm manner that honestly at the rate of speed we were going it would fall within the legal limits now if you honestly accelerate this car above 4 or 5,000 RPM it's probably above the limits but but this is not a California car this is not even a US Car this is a car from a completely different country where the laws allow the car to be louder this car is visiting here and so this would have to fall within their jurisdiction to be able to do something about it here so the thing he could give you in all fairness is he can give a municipal noise violation he could not give you any sort of violation for modified exhaust or anything like that to a black Dodge Charger as well in Arizona and a stolen black charger so it came up stolen vehicle stolen vehicle stolen vehicle stolen vehicle but she typed in a instead of a you get it and so that's the mindblowing thing like if you talk Oklahoma or whatever it may come back to a Ford F-150 like how's it going to come back to the exact car color exact model and make I mean it's just like coincidental but man I'm so sorry y'all had to deal with that man okay was good hey look at me we're really sorry okay didn't know we're really sorry man that's my mistake that's my M sorry y I know
