Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin officer crab was traveling on Kentucky Street when he spotted a male later identified as Toby publicly urinating outside Po's Bar and Grill Sergeant engos eventually arrived on the scene as well however both these cops were about to get to know just how difficult Toby could get from there stand in front of my squad car come here adjust your pants you have an idea with you H misdemeanor B and one count of obstructing an officer misdemeanor a the first two charges were dismissed but were still read in however Toby was found guilty of obstructing an officer due to him
