I've been the one attacked by a racist On April 14th, 2023, Officer Johnson of the Oshkosh Police Department was dispatched after a disturbance was reported. The complainant had reported that his husband, Dominic, had pushed him through a window, which caused him to bleed. The following body camera footage shows the events that took place once the officer came into contact with Dominic. Hey. Hey, man. What's going on? Nothing. Okay. Dominic was then transported to the Aurora Medical Center to be evaluated. Yeah, right. That's That's going to have to be Dominic again. He's hobbled. Do you have a wheelchair? Dominic was charged with possession of THC, bail jumping with a domestic abuse assessment modifier, felony H, substantial battery with the intention to commit bodily harm with a domestic abuse assessment modifier, felony I, two counts of attempted battery or threatening a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, and one count of criminal damage to property. Dominic was found guilty of substantial battery with the intention to commit bodily harm with a domestic abuse assessment modifier and possession of THC. All the other charges were dismissed but read in. Dominic was liable to pay the court a whopping $2,102.90.
