Upon arrival, Jasmine briefly lost consciousness for approximately 1 minute before regaining her senses and becoming combative toward the officers, and the paramedics were called to take her to the hospital. The felony charge was dismissed but read in. While Jasmine was found guilty of disorderly conduct due to a guilty plea and was fined $443.
