On November 21st, 2022, a Wisconsin mother made the heartbreaking decision to take action against her son after years of escalating, drug use, and unpredictable behavior. The call was made by Aunt Denise after the mother reached out to her. When officers arrived, they encountered a chaotic scene captured on body cam footage showing Joshua's erratic speech, physical resistance, and disturbing outbursts. Family members revealed a long history of destruction, threats, and fear with his mother saying she could no longer keep him or herself safe. Have you gone in yet? He messed up the bathroom, shoved stuff in the toilet, and even played with the gas stove. It's been happening for a while, but now it's getting worse. The episodes are closer. Well, we can start with the car, too. And yeah, that was probably the most recent, but like even like this, this is and um and then too now I I don't even know where that came from, but he just like he'll just bring stuff and break stuff. And then I think too, that's what my mom said that my other brother tries to take care of things here and then Josh wrecks it faster than he can keep up with it. I mean, it it is minimal what it could be, but it's still um just destructive. He would put um I wonder now, too. They get fixed at all or Yeah, cuz mom said the one is bent up and not working. So, I wonder if it is that other one, but I know. Not even a picture. The other thing that he does is he puts stuff in her toilet to clog it up. Okay. Nothing makes sense, but he was arrested on November 21st, 2022 in connection with a domestic disturbance incident. He faced multiple criminal charges as a result of his actions. He was charged with battery or threat to a law enforcement officer after he threatened to kill the responding officers during the arrest. He was also charged with resisting or obstructing an officer due to his repeated resistance to arrest, attempts to re-enter the residence against police orders, and physical struggle during the handcuffing process. In addition, Joshua was charged with disorderly conduct with the incident classified as domestic in nature. His erratic, destructive, and threatening behavior toward his mother and others in the household constituted domestic disorderly conduct.
