A caller reported hearing screams and threats of violence, claiming a man was attacking his girlfriend and threatening to kill her. When officers arrived, they encountered Lane standing over a woman on a bed as she pleaded for help. What happened next took an even darker turn, and it's not what you'd expect. I can't get in. He pleaded no contest to the felony while the second charge was dismissed but read in. He was sentenced to three years of probation with a six-month jail term and ordered to pay $518 in court costs.
