conducted a traffic stop on the driver Jessica unfortunately for her however the situation soon evolved Beyond just the exhaust hi there Deputy EV fin sh your exhaust is really loud get your D license wel upon arrest the deputy conducted a thorough search of her vehicle and I said she smoked before she went down there 2 to 3 hours ago asked if there's anything else in the car yet said she dug or she reached towards the drivers down in here and she said NOP okay can I search your car nope okay can you step out no I want to see I noticed your eyes are red they're sh and they're a little glossy provided verbal permission to pull her car farther off the road the car was secured and the keys were subsequently given to prison Personnel Jessica was then transported and booked into the fond duac County Jail she was ultimately found guilty of first offense OWI operating a motor vehicle without an adequate Muffler underage drinking and possession of substance she had her license revoked for 6
