West Florida a group of customers was causing trouble by refusing to follow the bar's rules so the staff called the police for help that's where officer Lopez came on scene to calm things down and help the staff handle the situation so which one are you uh that's one over there which one no this is the third because people in the air you and I saw that what a pretty pretty good hey so let's uh with whoever is serving that guy hey buddy I'm offic Lopez do you have a tab here no I don't okay all right so they already talk to you about this so all you have to do is just leave don't going back come back and be arrested yeah no I'm not coming back but I was on there whatever [Applause] it's it's not it's not that it's not that one you did it's because of liability lot apparently so I know there was two girls on two of their shoulders earlier too first time the top above should do we get somebody I already told her I don't know where she went she's over there to make sure you know let's go this way pleas another customer apparently the same guy who started the whole scene by tossing the woman into the pool from his shoulders steep in to mediate expressing regret over how things had escalated as officer Lopez escorted the woman to the patrol car her bold Defiance gave way to desperate pleas resisting an officer's lawful orders can lead to additional charges like resisting arrest making cooperation is a far better choice right here up against the car up against the car please don't please please please please please please all I said was one word I'm sorry please Ser me and she shouldn't have done that I was closing out our tab I should grabbed her and brought her out I pil listen I I think you did the right thing trying to help but then it was becoming either letting her fight you for please please or not doing anything if please officer Lopez did his best to explain the situation to the group of friends and asked them for their identific do you have your ID with you yes yes okay I need I need your ID mine yes can I ask why because she is getting arrested for trespassing I had to intervene because she was about to get into a f with you because again you did nothing wrong you were trying to help her you did the right thing you are involved in this crime so I need your identification so I can document that you were there obviously that's going to be on camera but I need her for my report I love that woman there any way we can let her go to me and she will be out of here my best I did I did you did too well here we are now please sir please I'm while the arrested woman continued to show a mix of remorse and frustration another officer arrived at the scene and transferred her to a different patrol car I didn't deserve this stupid [ __ ] dude I have no clue what happened I don't know either apparently apparently I yelled at some guy and I got step love you so much I did nothing I have no shoes can you give me shoes I'll get i'll get I had shoes I had shoes right there fuing can i j myself with you give me one sec let me put back I did nothing sir I yelled at a guy that's all I did I'm so sorry that I yelled at a fing guy I'm so sorry I'm soing sorry I'm getting another charge on my record so this so good I'm sorry I'm so sorry I'll go talk to your boyfriend but at this point I don't think I don't think there's much I can do I'm so sorry sir I'm sorry yeah like I told her I have no clue what happened like that officer is the one doing the arrest I don't know if they're pressing charges or he's pressing charges you're going to have to talk to the establishment or that officer right there I'm just doing the transport that's all I'm doing understood so if they're not pressing charges I'm I I don't know what the charges are so you have to talk to that officer that he's the arresting officer not me okay okay where where do I go to bail out or I I'm I'm new to all this I don't understand I don't know the charges so you're going to have to ask him what what she's being charged with and depending on that you'll give you more information she said trespassing trespassing so there should be a bond we only have one jail it's 5501 College Road I'm I'm ver it's a 5501 College Road call them and uh not right now but when I leave and ask if there's a bond for trespass if there's a bond you can go over there that address and bond around okay public intoxication and disruptive behavior often lead to legal consequences avoiding such outcomes is as simple as seeking help from friends or leaving before things get out of hand
