facility for evaluation after it appeared she ingested something during transport she was given the opportunity to provide a breast sample at the medical facility which she refused upon discharge from the medical facility the suspect was transported to the county jail where no Contraband was located she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol driving on revoked license and improper stopping SLP parking on roadway she eventually pled guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a revoked license she was sentenced to 20 days periodic imprisonment 12 months
