Hi, this is Officer Tremoline from the Tourist Police Department. How's it going? Been better. Um, so I am out with an individual that's currently on your monitoring system. She's currently in our custody and I'm ready to give you the low down to see if you guys will be willing to place a hold on her. Um she was she was currently at our Big Woods laundromat yelling and screaming creating a disturbance and then she stated she had um a firearm on her. She didn't brandish one or show anyone to that one, but she was threatening that she had one. Um when we arrested her, we searched her and she didn't have anything on her person. She didn't threaten to use it against any she wasn't necessarily threatening to use it on anybody, but she was saying she had a firearm in her in her bag that she had, but she dropped that when we were inside the residence when we we took her into custody. Um, my currently my partner over there trying to talk to her brother, her brother or brothers that were there. Um, I guess this is kind of the normal behavior. So, I don't know if they necessarily took it in the way that it was threatening, but they're obviously concerned just because of her current mental state and obviously use that as she's been known to be under the influence of quite often. I don't believe alcohol possibly, but I can't confirm cuz it's unfortunately hard to uh probably if I had to take a guess. >> The rivers. >> This cop is a in half. He pressed the lock button. I do not like it. Period. >> Whoa. >> Stop kicking the door, Ashley. >> Ashley was transported to the hospital for medical clearance and was then booked into the Manitawak County Jail. In court, she was found guilty of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. She was also forced to pay nearly $750 in fines. She was sentenced to a year on probation with the condition to maintain a full-time employment and alcohol assessment and violation would result in 7 months jail time.
