24th 2023 officers arrived at a residence to carry out a warrant service on a couple who had been avoiding law enforcement the male suspect willingly stepped outside but as the female suspect realized the situation panic took over the officer instructed the suspects to put hands behind their backs hey how's it going you want to come out here for me yeah that's fine anybody else inside the apartment 13 i have nie up here hey go ahead both you guys turn around turn around for what 13 can you come up here for what the suspects show no hesitation to come outside as the officer waits for backup before arresting them although she seems initially calm the girlfriend begins to completely freak out once she realizes what police are there for you go ahead and turn around place your hands behind back i did we had this discussion turn around place your hands behind your back all right i got a You just set that down we'll we'll get that handled all right you Roslin yep and place your hands reason for the arrest refusing to comply the officer was informed about an outstanding warrant but the suspect denied knowing about it claiming prior conversations with police the officer reminded that failing to attend court led to the warrant why the [ __ ] are you doing this bro like why the [ __ ] right now stop resisting i'm not I'm not cool i'm not resisting please I can't breathe please have a warrant because you didn't show up to court and you're a runway told that I had court and man listen I've talked to Mansfield and they told me I wasn't missing they literally came to my house like 3 weeks ago literally came to my house 3 weeks ago oh my [ __ ] god well you still got to go to court you got anything on you i have a lighter in my pocket anything else no Nolan they literally said I wasn't missing the female suspect continued to resist screaming about breathing difficulties and accusing the officer of excessive force the officer placed the female suspect in a vehicle while dealing with the male suspect the male suspect remained cooperative confirming possession of only personal items the female suspect now inside the vehicle apologized to the male suspect and continued arguing about the warrant i'm literally not even missing mansfield told me the suspect desperately tries to apologize to her boyfriend as it seems she initially told him that police were no longer looking for her 500 they're both signal they would both be like her down got a female actually my car the boyfriend seems to be much more cooperative with police than his partner you got anything on you i mean my phone my keys it's about it go ahead and stand on this side why the [ __ ] would you punch me i'm just so [ __ ] scared i didn't know what the [ __ ] I did well okay so when an officer tells you to place your being in trouble right now y'all didn't tell me why I'm being arrested when an officer says no one told me why all right Rosyn i'm not going to say you're in trouble stop [ __ ] talking to me then i don't give a [ __ ] yeah you got to let your stuff fall all right you remember when I called you and I told you right yeah that was I haven't had her with me this is the first day she said i've had numerous people say you guys been seen together i haven't even been in Shelby like I've literally You weren't here last Friday i mean I've been here last Friday but with Ross no we we have you in on footage leaving here that was after the whole like missing [ __ ] whatever like literally I've literally heard from her casework and everything else okay this is [ __ ] [ __ ] it was Do you know when I'll have court or what the [ __ ] is Why am I getting arrested you have a warrant i didn't know that though okay okay well hold on it's through Mansfield Police Department they told my dad I wasn't missing though i think it's a different warrant for what i don't know it's Mansfield's warrant they just told us to pick you up i literally haven't done anything and they told me I wasn't missing okay cool the officer confirmed that evidence showed both suspects had been seen together in the area though the male suspect denied certain claims the officer instructed another officer to transport the female suspect directly to the detention center the officer assured the male suspect that if the investigation confirmed no issues there would be no further action told you what the deal was i told you I would pursue charges right but that was after like that's what I'm saying like if you guys were to talk to um you know the people in Mansfield like Go ahead and have a seat oh they gave me a different story as far as like her being missing and all that stuff so I don't Well at least she was at one point but I like I said she hasn't been missing like her case worker and everything else has seen her talked to her like they've literally said you know the moment like they had been telling her like Okay well we'll get it all figured out here in a second all right she needs to go directly to the detention home yep i want you to ride solo okay just take her directly down there all right and uh the Judy or in there right yeah my brother works there okay yeah we're going to You know where to go in right on the on the east side of the building that's where the thing is i want you to go in there and just take her straight in tell them we'll have a report waiting for him and I'm between the time you leave and the time you get there I'm going to call the prosecutor get authorization for the felony i'm going to need her to go to the hospital yeah you good yeah we just And I don't mean I don't mean that in a uh Oh my god you're It was a It was a It was a good Yeah I automatically grabbed her up and slammed her good good everybody's running i just mine off no mine's been running a lot don't interrupt it yeah never interrupted on something like this okay all right go ahead just head straight there all right and uh you and Mio head all right the female suspect is placed in the vehicle as her boyfriend speaks to police this officer had initially told him that they must turn themselves in and that both of them must attend their court dates which they failed to do so is this yours too man sorry so why they said no you're fine so why they said you boy okay what's your phone number the male suspect was then released without charges wait hold on hold on where are you right now yeah she's not supposed to have a warrant or any of that anymore we ran her the other day head back to the police station park in the thing and meet me there yeah cuz all right bye i don't know her case worker and like her PO had talked to her dad and all she had to do was like her community service and she's literally like not supposed to be in trouble like all of I don't know i don't know what exactly 100% the conversation was but from what my understanding is is this so you guys are hearing the secondhand then yeah her dad you know let me know like okay there's this that that and this but From what you're No you're fine but from what you're being told you're being told this was cleared yeah she's supposed to be good okay that's why I was sitting there i'm like what the hell like what can I do all right hey I'm just going to check some things that pans out you're good we got no issue with you and you go you know continue doing what you do fair enough and we'll just cut you loose for now we'll we'll talk later i got to get her up and take care of Okay man you got any questions just holler you know me no all right man all right have a good one man
