on June 26th 2021 in Shaban Falls Wisconsin officers were called to a local apartment complex on reports of an intoxicated woman that was refusing to leave a unit after being asked to leave multiple times so what's going on I so she's pretty drunk what's going on she's screaming she's like refusing to leave the apartment just she in the bathroom [Music] hi Jess I'm officer s SW Falls Police Department what's going on I'll get her name what's going on I understand that you guys were she didn't want to leave or whatever the case did she physically hit you or anything I mean she she was the screaming she like towards the end of the night she was like just kind of like talking like she doesn't slur her words but it's just like gibberish like you just not really making sense and so we kind of knew at that point like she needed to go someone had bought like a round of shop and she went and like took three of them like without anybody's permission like nothing she spilled something like across the bar just like I told her we needed to go and she kind of like resisted she was screaming like the same [ __ ] like [ __ ] you all the way into the apartment she kind of started resisting once we were going down the stairs um she kind of like crumpled and like rolled herself and then she got down into this like kind of hallway area and then she just laid refused to get up ref she was like screaming bloody murder and I'm I'm sitting there thinking like someone's going to call the cops if we don't call the cops and I'm trying to get her in my apartment she's just screaming like [ __ ] you why would you do this to me we ended up pulling her and like lifting halfway into my apartment just to give you an update we did arrest her now she's so okay Jess was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct she was found found guilty of resisting or obstructing an officer and ordered to pay the court $330 [Music]
