Give me my 400 and that's the way I can go. You're right. Just to get me more. Okay. On August 11th, 2024, Deputy Nathan and Deputy Alena were responding to a disorderly conduct incident where they came into contact with the suspect, Jeremiah. Jeremiah had just come off a nasty breakup with his girlfriend, who was the complainant, and his slew of uncooperative behavior continued. Hey there. Are you Jeremiah? No. Okay. What's your name then? Jeremiah. What's up? Hey there, Jeremiah. So, I'm calling uh the reason I'm out here today is in regards to what happened this morning here with is it your girlfriend or ex-girlfriend at this point? Okay. This ain't the first time. Sure. No, not dogs friendly. Yeah, they won't run too long. Okay. Push them down if they don't. That's all right. Anyway, I caught her up cheating. I was using her phone cuz my screen cracked. Okay. Yeah. Go ahead and take it. Snapchat comes through from last night. Sure. Like I'll leave it alone. Left evidence on. Yep. I seen it. I left it there. So she thought I saw it day night. Yep. She got up this morning. I'm like, Jamie, can you explain it? Tried to leave it alone, but I'm not going to bottle stuff up like last time. Sure. She kicked us out. We left my sisters. I don't have other options. I have two boys. My mom just picked him up earlier and take him to go swimming. Okay. Out of the blue cuz my phone's broke. So, she just showed up. Sure. She was pushing me and shoving me. Get out. Get out. My son got freaked out and then she jumped in her truck and went to her sisters. I I'm I'm talking to our roommate Lindsay like no, you can come back here or whatever. I don't care. Sure. I said, but she's going to have to go to court and evict me. She know we've been together 3 years. She's known from day one. I said, you have a place to go to your sisters. You come back here. I'll be peaceful. I'll sleep on the couch like last five times you want to kick me out. Sure. And she took off. I'm still a messenger. Like, I love you. I don't understand it. Sure. We're willing to go. This relationship's over. Yada yada. She Yep. But you need to go right now, man. You're not going to put me and my two boys claim to love out on the street. We have nowhere to go. Sure. You want to put the dogs inside just there? Come on, Bailey. Get in there. Get in there. But anyway, I'm like, I'm not leaving you up to victim. I've lived here for 3 years. I can't just run off with nowhere to go. Sure. I was like, you got a place to go. You can go back home. I don't care. I'm civil. Sure. So, kind of explain to me how this uh whole thing went down this morning then cuz I heard that there was two separate spots. Uh, one at like 6:00 a.m., one at 10:00. Um, I should have went to work. I just couldn't hold it in. I mean, it's hurtful. What would you know? How would you feel? Okay. I said, Jamie, how would you feel? Put my boots on right now. I explained to you what I just saw. You have his number. Said, I just got to want it. That's the name she saved on her. I just got to want it. Sure. I literally deleted that contact. Like, I'm going to see if she notices. Your dog snuck out again, by the way. What the hell? According to his girlfriend, Jeremiah had even threatened to hit her and refused to leave the house after she told him to leave. There had also been multiple such incidents prior to this interaction. I know you can stay there cuz that's why you were out there. I was like, but if you want to come here, I'll stay on the couch. I'll be out by the end of the month. If you don't want to give me my month's bills that I'm paying for the month like I just gave you. Give it back. We'll be gone for you. You can drive here. Sure. She refuses. I'm like, well, I can't. Jamie, what the hell are you doing? You cheated. You hurt me. And I'll You're leaving me without options. Okay. Like, I'm giving her the best options. I'll be out if you give him I'll be back. Okay. I'm not gonna pay the bills for the month. I guess uh my question here. What's that? Come on. Hurry. I'm listening. So, uh my question is is uh how is exactly was she pushing you then? She was just give me the give me the I mean I'm not like a wuss so not going to claim bruises but I'm like just don't touch me. I'm going to call my work. I'll give you it. I didn't fight. I came in here to get the four-wheeler key for my kid. Okay. So, she that was why I went there. She just flipped out. So, she was more so trying to get her phone then if I had anything. Yes. Okay. I just said I needed to call my work cuz my phone's broke. She gave it to me yesterday to use cuz she can contact whoever off her laptop messengers and stuff. Yep. It was her idea. I said, "Let me call in to work." Okay. Did you take her? She come out. Her laptop's sitting in the car yet. Sure. Did you take her laptop from there? It sat there, right? It sat there. She can grab it. Yesterday before she left, I decided I need to make a phone call. Don't even leave yet. I'll hand you your phone and whatever. You can take it with you. It's yours. And she took off. I didn't really know where she was going till I talked to her sister. I'm like, "Man, can you help me out here?" Cuz she knows what I was calling her, asking her like, "What the hell, man?" Okay. Uh, did you get in her face yelling it or anything or anything? just to get by her when she she was trying her phone but push pushing and then she would like more of a slap than a punch but sure to me it wasn't that hard but it was just all over me. Yep. Stop touching me. Stop touch now. Stop touching. Yeah. I got louder. Not violent. Okay. I walked around her kind of. So she's saying that uh you got up in her face and kind of did like one of these and said something along the lines of God, I want to hit you right now or something. I said it. I didn't act it. Okay. I mean, how would you feel? Let me push you around. How you going to feel? You're going to be back. But I don't. I'd never have done that. I walked around it. I came outside with my kids. Both my boys were here witnesses. They were scared. They're like, "Man, we should go, Dad." I'm like, "I know. We'll figure it out." Sure. Okay. Showing up if you want to talk to them or whatever. I'm like, "Dude, I did not do anything. You're just pissed off you got caught." I said, "Just be honest and I'll forgive you. If you want me to leave, we'll leave. If you want to fix it, I'm willing. That's what I said. She's caught. She won't me. That was the last time I had to leave on the spot. She told me my kids walk away before I could even get home from work early. I left right when I was on the phone. I need you all right now. All because well, I found out who it was the whole time. So, we're leaving. But what am I supposed to do? Okay. She has a place. So, one other thing she's kind of sitting here saying is that you were uh throwing stuff. What? Uh her what is it? like mobility scooter or whatever. I pushed out my way and it tipped over. Push out your way. Skinny knee scooter. Yeah. Right where I was trying to get around her. I grabbed it and I Oh, okay. I didn't throw one. I pushed it and it tipped over. Okay. Yeah, I hear you. Uh how not violent. It was to get away from her. How was uh she kind of moving around then? Ask her. She walked out here once. She was pushing me around without her walking boot. She just got at the doctor Thursday. Sure. And then she went back in bitching and complaining. put it on, jumped in the truck and left. Okay. So, I don't know. She's not supposed to be walking out like that. Okay. 25% with the boot. I don't even know why she had the boot off. Okay. I hear you. So, she's just extremely pissed. Get all right. I'm She's just trying to ruin my life, I guess. Okay, I hear you. So, in regards to this whole situation, it sounds like you're going through you two are going through a whole lot of stuff in terms to save it yet this morning, too, but Yep. I hear you. Um, and obviously whether she's cheating or not, that's between you two. There's nothing illegal about cheating. Uh, even if you guys are married, we wouldn't be out here doing this stuff. The issue is, uh, she's making these types of claims and saying that, uh, she's afraid to come back because of you. You've even told me a couple things yourself that are confirming her story a little bit. She ain't afraid of me. We've been together three damn years. I ain't never did nothing to make her work. And you even She's upset with me probably. And you've even said a couple things like, "Oh, ask her sister." And the sister's telling me stuff that's completely different from what you're saying. What she was saying. She's like, "Yeah, I know. I'll talk to her." I'm like, "Knock some sense into her. She's being nuts. I was talking to her last night, this morning, before that, and after that." Sure. Or during or after, whatever. I hear you. Cuz I came outside the first time after the first incident. And I call her sister. I'm like, "Uh, I need your help. You're the only one that listens. And you know what? What's going on?" I'm like, "You want to talk to her or whatever?" Okay. And so, yeah, definitely. just takes my side until she runs over there and makes a big scene about it. Okay. Nah. So, the thing is, uh, in Wisconsin, we have the, uh, domestic statutes and whatnot. Obviously, you guys have been living here for what, 2 years at this point, 3 years. So, at this point, uh, based on the information that you're telling me, she's telling me, her sister's telling me, I do have reason to believe that a domestic incident did happen here. And that based on this, based on this, aggress pushing and slapping. I hear you. There's so certain things that we got to be looking for. And you call a cop, right? Your story is kind of being a little inconsistent. [ __ ] time. I had to move out my own personal home cuz she is swinging at me. She calls a cop. Well, we have to take somebody. Take the violent one. Go. I need you to get witnesses. Go get my kids. My mom has them. We can find out. They can bring them back. They're my bad. That's all it was. She was staring them, yelling. Jeremiah, at this point, you are going to be placed under arrest for domestic disorderly conduct. So, I need you to take your Put your hands. Take your hands. Put your hands behind your back. Get on your back. Get on your stomach. Get on your stomach. Get on your stomach. Get on your stomach. I'm not my play. What the hell is this about, bro? I've already explained it to you. I just want to get the dogs out. Stop moving. No, you didn't explain. Do you have any goddamn proof of anything? See who was. You need to talk to the people that were here. Go ask them. They're not 10 years old. They're not stupid. Stop moving. I'm just upset I knew what the trouble for. Come on, bro. I'm not going to do it. All right, sir. Are you hurt? Oh, yeah. Emotionally. Do you want an ambulance? No. Okay. We're going to leave. We're going to turn you over onto your right side. Okay. We're going to turn you over on your right side. My shoulder got to my shoulder. Okay. You going to be able What's the charger? You ready? What's the charger you're ding me for? Like every domestic disorderly conduct. And now you're going for uh obstructing and resisting. So you got to get the dog in the house. Can I help you, please? We'll get the dog in the house. Come on, Gertie. Have a seat in the car. I'm No, I I kind of want to know the answer, though. Like, is that right? Like options for me to go. Okay. Homeless. We can answer your questions if you want to actually listen to us, but we're not just going to sit here and let you talk. So, I'm going to go to the other side. Got an option to loosen this right one. Turn it. If you want to face towards me, I'll check these cuffs for you. All right. This a little tight. I think my my wrist bone flatten. I was even talking to our roommate Lindsay like explaining my side. She says, "Well, I'm coming back. I get by." I said, "I told you." Hold on, man. Okay. I might have been down a little fine. I was like, "No, I was just letting you know, Lizzy, Jamie took off. Shut your sisters." So, you want everything in the house? Yes. You want it just in the garage or in the house? Um, you just Well, I'm not going to try to get my mom because that's my backup. Okay. My kids are nine and t so it's not like they're little tolerance. He's standing there. He's scared. He's like, "Dad, let's just go." I'm like, "We will. I just got to either get the money back or we got to figure I got to get paid again before you leave." Okay, sounds good. I'll uh have my partner here transport you to the jail and then I'll start talking to people. Okay. Uh does your girlfriend have the numbers? That phone I just had is her phone. So it does. Texting her off her sister's phone, I think. Okay, sounds good. I'll give her a call. Can you get the dog? Dog's name's Gertie. Gertie. Yeah. Don't need no kennel or nothing. Just needs to get back in the house. Perfect. Jeremiah was then escorted to Jackson County Jail. I just got to get off my knee. Yep. Copy. I will let her know it's going to be in regards to a game of Cleveland and a call that happened at Barack on this. Can I have you stand over here? I don't want to. Okay. Have you wait there? Okay. Okay. You can come this way. Have you go in here? Just have your face. I'm over my wrist. Jeremiah was charged with one count of disorderly conduct with a domestic modifier, misdemeanor B, as well as one count of resisting or obstructing an officer, misdemeanor A. He was found guilty of disorderly conduct with a domestic modifier due to a guilty plea. While the other charge was dismissed, but read in.
