I was the officer detected a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Dominic and observed his eyes to be glossy and bloodshot as the officer began examining and invest instigating the current situation Dominic made several threats to him you so you going to lose your job with these cops too lose your job then too then stupid I'm supposed to be tree like this yeah all right lose your job with hey kick at the rear driver's side door as well as the plexiglass partition separating The Prisoner compartment from the driver the officer then had to pull over think do anything but I'm going to say he kicks this thing again I'm Sprite him in the face he's telling me he can't breath well no he really won't be able to breathe when he in heals this thing someone can calm him down a bit hey dude you can breathe you just got to take a couple deep breaths okay if you keep kicking this car I have no choice can you see I'm having a hard time to we're going to the hospital look at the way you're don't kick the door anymore you're trying to kill me man I know you're trying to kill me man Dominic was taken to the hospital while both intoxicated women were picked up by sober drivers Dominic was charged with three felonies of battery or threat to an officer one misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor charge of operating while intoxicated however he was only found guilty for One battery charge for which he was sentenced to 24 months of prison with an additional 24 months of extended supervision all of the other charges were dismissed but read into the record please
