on August 6th 2023 in Marshfield Wisconsin officers gathered at a local residence on reports that a resident was a potential suspect in a motor vehicle theft case from the night prior I don't know it looks like I didn't know if that was him or not oh no B the back of my trailer uh there was off that might have been knock that door there oh okay I already knocked him back we woke you up oh yeah yall woke me up supposed to be coming out we're talking to Preston right now want see what yeah is that him he's putting his shoes on we'll talk to him over here why do you guys think your names will get brought up with these St car so like so like a couple of them we still can't find so if you steal a car and you return it within 24 hours own that not returned in 24 hours that becomes a felony we're trying to find these cars I got probation right yeah you weren't around any of them no I wasn't around Tru so one of the guys that a truck was stolen from he's a pastor he didn't want nothing to happen he's really upset couldn't even make a church this morning and like Alex said he got 24 hours we got 24 hours to find a vehicle otherwise it turns into a felony yes and for you that means prison that I got a GTR so I mean I soone your fingerprints are not going to be even in passenger compartment nothing like that nothing like that okay this is your chance and if they are your ass if I knew where they at I'd tell you right now but I so who would know we know you guys are involved like that's these be don't go assuming that we're all involved if any of us are involved someone said yeah so we've got that's why we're here right yeah so we like literally like if you guys are passengers or whatever that's like something we want to recover the truck this like this is a hardworking guy that worked his ass off his whole life and just had a truck stolen well I get that but you were saying that I had something to do with it somebody well I mean we're not here we're not here somebody saying a [ __ ] lie about me is [ __ ] lie whether it's the end of the day or the beginning of the you know we're not here just messing around you know it's not cold T night with the boys we're here for a reason oh yeah I get that so we're just trying to figure it out like if they're dump somewhere like kids are kids screwing around or whatever like yeah that is is they just don't want it to turn into a bellony then it's a bigger deal for people the places I'd look for them would be parking ride or Walmart but I have no idea where they're at you're not even giving me a vehicle description of either of them so I have no idea what you're even looking for I can't even tell you if they were there or not you go wake you Le up so we talk to yeah all right hey Ryder but uh you do have a warrant off Fe arrest through probation so we got take you into custody yeah right now so I need you do I need you to gra uh we'll get that but just put your hands above your head nope you're in the trailer is that bruised up here I have no idea that's pain it looks like bruising on the inside looks like a bruise I took him into the took him into the trailer wall so that's that should be any don't bang your head put your seat belt back I a looking for it right now just give me a second please what the whole hand so what it's broken two spots you like go to the hospital and they said it's broken yeah we heal you're waiting for surgery yeah give me distance it just look weird guys I got to say What's that show and he said he broke it a week ago he was waiting for surgery he got tackled on the ground probably landed on it I would assume right it was determined that Ryder would be taken to a local hospital for medical clearance I'll walk to the hospital with him okay can you make sure there's no damage to that trailer the officer went back to the trailer where the tackle had occurred to speak to the owner if you're fine yeah I'm good this is good it looks like it's probably from our clothing if you wipe it off it's good if you notice anything like like crack in a week or so or like something wasn't there before give us a call okay thank you your face too your face too yeah yeah you bet it was it was messed up before that so well the uh I'm so sad that the people that purchased this park they just love money more than they care that's frustrating especially when you got really good neighbors and really good people that and it only takes it only takes one or two people though let anybody come in and so I know all the drug stuff is in here and all the Stu in here and I don't blame you officers for saying I you know no well thank you for your patience and thank you for your understanding in that so all him absolutely but praying over you guys but I pray for that young man's Soul if uh you notice anything or you're like hey I'm I'm scrubbing this and I can't get it off the trailer give us a call and we can always put it in for restitution you don't worry about the Small Things yeah so you big things are important thank you for your understanding keep praying for us and the community of we need it so Ryder was charged with and found guilty of two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and one count of disorderly conduct he was sentenced to 90 days in jail as well as four years of probation [Music]
