on October 22nd 2022 in the village of Caston Wisconsin an on duty officer noticed a vehicle that did not have functioning registration lamps for their license plate after briefly following the vehicle the officer noted that the vehicle had pass the same street twice in a short period of time due to the odd driving behavior and lack of functioning registration lamps a traffic stop was ordered that number one a search warrant for the taking of the blood sample of the body of the above name driver is hereby issued to the court two well we're two that the arresting officer above named or other law enforcement officers are commanded forth withth to seize the driver and obtain a blood sample and take the driver using any necessary and appropriate Force three that the arresting officer other law enforcement officers shall secure the of trained medal to a blood obtain a blood from the person above driver which shall be done using medically acceptable means and shall be done under supervision of a law enforcement officer to accomplish the execution of the search warrant five the arresting officer above named or other law enforcement officers are commanded to secure the operating a vehicle without registration lamps he was found guilty of resisting or obstructing an officer in ow and sentenced to 23 days in local jail he also had his driver's license revoked for one
