of 823 license registration i have a picture of my license can you ignore these back on this front please my phone and give me your registration insurance 73 71 ID you got a picture of it well not the Tesla i think a picture i just know I ran the light no so a few things your tents illegal all throughout too dark tag improperly displayed you don't have your expiration date your tag's been expired since 9 of 2023 oh really yes so there's a there's a few things You lived on here yeah I just moved out here like a few days ago oh but you've been in Florida for a while i'm from Florida but yeah I moved from LA probably about uh like a year ago that's why you see your license plate hey Dante did you ever find a picture of my registration sorry for the last 713 all right hey you don't have my uh registration my bad [Music] did you have to turn it into highway you move down here for work purposes yeah I do YouTube well I'm a YouTuber as I like network and stuff like that like streamer not in fitness oh fitness youtube there's no way to like really just put it up yeah you have to have I got my guy like You will have to have the the the picture of it or the paperwork of it yeah I got my guy selling car group chat and I'm looking at new cars now cuz my car is obnoxious i like the time like all stuff i bought it like this and I just touch every me right here though got you got you where do you train boxer yeah it's hot though you been a boxer like it it's nice it's hot it's hot yeah yeah yeah if I like if I do like 15 minutes of cardio I have to have change my entire Yeah yeah cuz it's uh it's warehouse yeah yeah no AC give me a second all right oh now my insurance hi this is how are you how are you doing i'm just trying to see what I can do to offer some clarity um it's totally innocent so what so the the insurance a payment is not good it needs to have the vehicle information down here in Florida oh I can find it that's why I just had to see who I was in the buy so now I can find all I got to do is type in progress if I can find the uh actual try i mean I So listen I already w you the ticket for the insurance okay but I only gave you three all right gave you for the windshields i gave you for the type expired one six and I gave you the new insurance only three i can give you a ticket for this windshield this window i can give you a ticket for that window that window this window eagle limit 28 26 U 6% right here you're at like a zero here you're probably at a zero too my test all right i'm not testing these i'm not giving you a ticket for the tag driving without insurance is worse than having right no it's it's a uh cuz it's going to go on my my reg it's a compliance ticket so all the tickets that you get that you got are compliance they're not moving violations they don't work towards your license not money it's not money it's just showing that you corrected it show a picture dismissed oh dang so it's just to make sure that you corrected it now there's other tickets that I could be giving you that I'm not giving you oh yeah that um the other thing you've been working here you've been residing here you see I'm trying to sell it don't I know you've been you've been good you've been nice you've been polite and all that squared away you gave me everything you had a nice short conversation you're good people um and I can tell mom's are good people too um but now the thing the thing down here in Florida all right once you establish more than 30 days you work that tag needs to be a Florida tag all right that becomes criminal all right so if you pass more than 30 days you could get a criminal ticket for resident violation all right so not going that route you get a Florida tag so if you live down here you work down here all that and you get a Florida tag get the Florida tag go to the tag agency bring the the title or whatnot uh or any paperwork to the vehicle that belongs to you pertains to you get the Florida tag it's a quick flop or quick transfer it's like 10 and something bucks depending on the vehicle make whatever transfer it out okay all right i didn't give you the tag the the ticket for the decal on it it does have a a tag i don't know when it's expired the only way I knew that it was expired is cuz I saw your windshield and I came beside you i rang the tag i saw your tag is expired okay now the other criminal ticket that you could get more than 6 months second offense so let's say you're driving this car tomorrow and the cop stops you they're going to see that I gave you the ticket first offense the second one becomes arrested all right what arrested oh really you could you could be arrested in Florida oh for the tent for not the tent the tag expired more than 6 months so I gave you your first one how fast how fast can I get i can get that quick you could go to the tag agency there's one on 27 and 8 Street or just Google tag agency pull it up and there'll be all your tag agencies go over there with the title fill a sale of the car with your name and information swap it out that'll be the smarter thing to do if you get pulled over again those are the things that you could be facing if a cop stops you he could arrest you for the resident violation okay okay all right i established that with you that you work here and everything i'm not you've been polite even squared away looks like you're just grinding making your own means you're not doing anything but that just get these three tickets squared away remove the tint all right if you sell it let's say you sell a car tomorrow to show proof that you sold it let's say you got it off your hands okay all right they expired more than 6 months renew the tag all right get your Florida tag for whatever vehicle it is show that you renewed it okay it gets dismissed and then the insurance provide the proof of the legitimate insurance card all right submit it it's dismissed okay okay all right so real quick so the what's need to know what's arrestable arrestable is expired tag more than 6 months second offense okay so if I give you another ticket like if I stop you tomorrow you're driving this car and I see you right and it's still expired that's your second offense ticket okay if you're still rocking that California type okay it's arrested cuz you haven't swapped it out okay okay all right here too that two days that could have been the case for the res even if I split time in uh LA because I hear you working okay all right you need to get a Florida tire okay and it's a safety issue too let's say tomorrow we find this car over in I don't know in the river we're not going to we're going to have to reach out to California to find out who you are and all that stuff live here and then no one's going to find you and no one's going to tie two and two together quick enough well I'm glad the right person found me doing this stuff i appreciate that you got it cuz look that's your phone number and that's the address uh that's the website you go on there and submit the proof of everything taken care of you dismissed okay okay all right and then the three tickets and then you got your your license on there 30 days 30 days 30 days so let's call it up already set that you want to take it to court and show the proof we'll see each other and then you'll be dismissed okay that makes sense or just submit it and then they'll dismiss it offer okay check out more of our police body cam videos here on the channel please like subscribe and hit the bell icon to get notified of our newest videos in the meantime check
