Department responded to a local residence for the report of a disturbance the initial information provided was that a female named Ashlin had kicked in the AC unit to the lower apartment and was trying to hurt the reporting person upon arriving on scene the the officer made contact with the victim who was very distraught and [Music] upset did you call yes what's going on my upstairs neighbor
