He selected his merchandise. He went back and forth. He hovered there at the door and then he walked out the door. Uh my uh partner stopped him about there. I've done this a couple of other times and I've turned around and walked back in. >> Okay. I understand that you thought that if you weren't going to get in trouble, you would have complied, but you already stole from the store. At the point that you walked past all points of sale, you committed the crime of shoplifting. So, that's how that works every single time.
