september 13th 2024 officers in Glendale Wisconsin responded to a target for a report of two thieves actively stealing from the store upon their arrival two females later identified as Jaffani and Alexis were just getting ready to leave i'm lit up they're slowing down and disregard they're going one black female medium length i'll be in [Music] pursuit what was the status of the sticks we're eastbound on Fountain View coming up today eastbound coming out on the lake continuing eastbound through the stop sign speeds are about 40 we do have tire deflation we're coming south on shore coming back out to Silver Spring and Lake westbound on Silver westbound on Silver tires are deflating front right is almost flat at this point officers were unaware that this vehicle had just been stolen out of Chicago Illinois in an armed carjacking speeds are about 60 south on Bay Rich from Silver front right tire is gone solid above 55 miles an hour passing Birch 782 on secondary i can call we're continuing west on Lexington approaching Milwauke we are north on Mohawk north Milwaukey toward a dead end north on to a dead end no traffic they're pulling over here on the [Applause] 72 they're know why she's getting pulled over because they committed a retail theft at Target she said a retail theft at Target loss prevention i had him on camera loading up duffel bags camera loading bags and the car is stolen so and he said the car is stolen uh we don't have any children with us ask her where her son is thanks uh 186 who you with i'm going to take her okay um do you I'll I'll take this is off of one of mine would you mind going over just to get the recover the firearm and get whatever witness information yeah what was that where was it at lake Lake lake Lake and Shorland just make sure they took everything out of me so you said they they were on camera at Target stealing what's yours he not going to let me get in here no I'm just asking i just want to know what you know what happened she fled then from you guys what's that she fled then from there yep you guys process her in blood and then take her to Milwaukee or Yeah down to county officers located a firearm that was thrown from the vehicle during the pursuit alexis and Japani stole a total of $1,800 in merchandise from Target before being caught alexis was charged with felony retail theft fleeing an officer operating a stolen vehicle possession of a firearm by a convicted felon secondderee reckless endangering safety and possession of THC she was transported to the Milwaukee County Jail and given a $5,000 cash bond chaffaney was charged with felony retail theft and released on a $2,500 signature bond both of them are currently awaiting trial regarding this case check out more of our police body
