Driving erratically, the driver appeared tense and uncooperative from the start, refusing to comply with simple commands. What seemed like a standard stop quickly took a dramatic turn. All right. >> During the vehicle search, officers discovered multiple pipes with burnt residue and bags of legal hemp, though none tested positive for THC. A loaded firearm was also found, prompting calls to the DA and probation and parole. After reviewing the situation, probation and parole placed a hold on Tyler due to his felony status and the presence of the weapon. The felony and other charges were dismissed, but read in. He pleaded guilty to the property damage charge, and was ordered to pay $748.58, provide a DNA sample, and avoid non-prescribed controlled substances.
