tomorrow so regardless un I believe he can still bail out right he can still bail out if he has I you're holding for a bond hearing if you're holding them for a bond and the charges aren't bondable then no he would have to see the judge but the charges that you're holding them on are bondable then you would have to F it out yeah they're they're they're bondable offenses so so then you would have just have to pay the money to get out and then you can get out but we'd still have to book you in and You' still have to answer all the questions to get booked in but if you don't cooperate with us to get booked in you're not getting out you have to get booked in to get out regardless and what I have to answer questions to get booked in jail yes they're just taking a history right it's a history basic questions that's all it is I'll take P you still have to go across the street to get medical clearance in what way what do you mean in what way they have to clear you CLE this is just for medical purposes to be make sure you're below a certain level cuz if you're not below a certain level we can't let you in the jail medical clearance if you're below a certain level is that chargeable there no this has nothing to do for them it's for the jail he doesn't even have to know about it I don't have to tell him what the numbers are it's not this is just for medical purposes medical purposes how for the jail have to be a certain level to come into jail without medical clearance and how do I know you can't use that against in court we're not going to use it for court I'm not the influence of alcohol he was then charged with a first offense consumption of an alcoholic beverage by an underage person an identification card violation criminally trespassing to dwellings
