do you really want to go to jail for this leave I'm asking I can't beg you on April 7 2023 at an apartment complex in Florida the management called for assistance after two intoxicated individuals were found asleep by the pool the two individuals were unable to be woken by the complex staff prompting the arrival of officers and fire Personnel to handle the situation after some effort the officers managed to wake the individuals and once conscious they were escorted away from the pool area and directed back to their apartment later that day one of the intoxicated individuals returned to the leasing office demanding to retrieve their mail the officers explained that they were welcome to collect their mail but due to their current behavior and the fact that the property management did not want them on the premises they were asked to leave despite this the individual refused to leave the office arguing that they had a right to access their mail and questioning the legitimacy of the officer's request the officers remained calm but firm repeatedly explaining the Need For The Individual to vacate the office as the management had explicitly requested them to do so because you won't leave and I'm going to have to arrest you and I don't want to I don't want you gosh can I just give a perfectly written packages pan 322 okay they don't want you in here so do you understand I live here but you don't live here you live in in an apartment so my suggestion would be for you to go to your apartment okay and just not get my mail no you have a right to your mail your mail will be here all I'm asking is Angel for a mail okay all I'm asking you to do is leave so I have to arrest you why would you arrest me for asking for my mail because they don't want you in here this is private property it's their property it's not yours I'm just asking for meil I'm asking you to leave so I'm just asking for mail if you don't leave I'm going to have to arrest you and it's not wor and insisting that they were only there for their mail the situation became increasingly tense as the individual continued to defy the officer's requests even asking for a written excuse for leaving despite multiple warnings that failure to comply would result in arrest for trespassing the individual remained adamant and refused to leave the officers recognizing the disruption caused by the individual's aggressive and intoxicated Behavior determined that arrest was the only remaining course of action they informed the individual that they were being arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct do you sober up do you sober up I'm just awesome you're just want to go to jail today okay just leave go home and sleep come tomorrow morning sure do a story yeah when you sober up you're not drunk leave just leave a note of that no why not gosh Le I I I just don't know how to put it any complainer you're going to go to jail no have you been arrested before noing to be you're still the individual resisted demanding explanations and continuing to argue with the officers raising their voice and becoming more disruptive as the situation escalated the individual's intoxication and aggressive behavior further aggravated the tension the officers took Swift action placing the individual in handcuffs and preparing to transport them despite the arrest the individual continued to shout and protest repeatedly asking for their belongings and demanding to be treated fairly at this point another person later identified as a relative of the arrested individual appeared on the scene stand right here have a seat have a seat that's fine my [ __ ] right [ __ ] that all right she's going to jail you can Bond her out hours I just don't want like I'm scared like you guys let her go she's going to come back down here and cuse the Ruckus after you leave too oh yeah so she wouldn't leave when we were here and put her handcuffs I don't know what she's going to do when we UNH handcuff her and no no she's going to jail okay no I don't yeah I don't move move no no no no move no no no what the [ __ ] are you doing here no what are youing you're fixing to go to jail what because I asked you to leave and the management asked you to leave I can leave in my apartment I live here man but you don't live in the office where we actually I live in the apartment put your feet back in here I just want my mail that's I want I have a package coming from Amazon that hasn't been delivered yet this second individual was also visibly intoxicated and the officers warned them to leave the premises to avoid facing the same consequence es the officers emphasize that if they did not leave they would also face arrest despite these warnings the second individual's Behavior did not improve further escalating the situation after several more interactions the officers had no choice but to take the first individual into custody the intoxicated person was placed in the patrol car continuing to protest and express frustration over the arrest the officers remained professional throughout despite the ongoing disruptions caused by the individual get your feet in get my [ __ ] feet in [ __ ] you no she's going to jail there is I don't to speak Eng so but sorry for that it's drunk I know she's drunk but I asked her to leave eight times leave the office she would not leave the office now who is he to you who is he to you he's my brother okay you need to take him away from me okay he's drunk too before I have to put him in jail I don't want too I didn't want to put her in jail but so take your brother please leave hey she's going to get she's going to catch a charge for if she breaks anything it is what it is see the way she's acting that's a nogo thank you thank you comply with the officer's repeated requests their disorderly conduct and their continued disturbance in the office the individual was charged with trespassing disorderly conduct and public intoxication it's [ __ ] up I don't give a [ __ ] if you [ __ ] arrest me [ __ ] that [ __ ] this [ __ ] country I got to get my [ __ ] s back at the very least can I have my S back at the very least on my right foot so I don't H my [ __ ] right I have to go to the [ __ ] chiropractor can I get that please I have I have it please no can I get it on my right foot just like you want me out of the pool can I get my right slipper on my right foot I'll give it to you when we get to jail no I really want it now this isn't your world dear this isn't your world either we were brought up by the same issue the maximum I've done is like maybe start car accident once or twice but I've never never done wrong to a person on this [ __ ] planet or I've ever wish wrong on someone yeah I'm still over here you want you can she is not happy what's the name of this place you got C 741 place as the situation was brought to a close the officers noted the number of times they had requested the individual to leave reflecting the s of the situation the arrested individual was transported to jail still protesting and was booked into custody let me grab a is something else but it's like how many times did you ask her to leave several how many times did I ask her to leave at least seven or eight eight holy cow thanks guys I really appreciate you guys do you have any to I have my truck if you want to come get one the prison Center God forbid where I'm going to get beat up and raked at can I at least know that you're going to the Orange County Jail okay so that's why I'm your brain that and beat up
