And then grabs two snowballs, throws them at me. Um and then starts like walking out towards me, grab my taser out, pointed at him, if you keep going up to me, I'm going to tase you. >> Deputy Morels then requested EMS for Michael since he had been tased, but he didn't seem interested. >> You want anything from us right now? ran back. [Applause] >> This is called a third party. Her 15-year-old son is home alone and at least four juveniles enter the residence and are refusing to leave. Claims he's unable to leave work to deal with this. >> I got you. Got you. Thank you. >> Michael was then taken to the Shboen County Detention Center by Deputy Brown. >> So, we believe this is Michael. Um, his probation parole agent says that he's been incarcerated in Kenosha since 2023. Um, which obviously is probably not the case. So, we'll need a fast ID him just to confirm. Um, Morales is working on getting charges sent over. Uh, they'll for sure have misdemeanor DC along with a couple other things. Um, as along with obstructing um when I got there, he was already in custody, but Morales was fighting with him on uh 40th and um 42. Um, he refused to stand up. We basically had to lift him and put him in the car. Uh, we did not take him out to finish searching him. So, we did a quick search inside. The only thing that wasn't searched was his back left pocket. Um, and his shoes were ch in the back. So, we'll look at his shoes. Michael, we think plus he's made the comment that that's who he is a couple times. He was tased and OCD, checked out by um Tisha Wigan, first responders and city fire. And he denied going to the hospital. He denied help from fire. said he was fine today just now couple maybe 25 30 minutes ago in the back in the front >> yeah but they don't think he there was a connection made they couldn't find the other pearl but one of them was in his zipper >> okay >> of the sweatshirt for the other Heat. Heat. Put your leg down. Michael was charged with disorderly conduct, misdemeanor B, resisting or obstructing an officer, misdemeanor A, and standing on a roadway, forfeite U. He was found guilty on the one charge of disorderly conduct, while the other two charges were dismissed. Michael owed the court a grand total of $1,348.
