on July 19th 2022 officers from the Lansing Police Department were called to reports of a Man attacking people and using racial slurs at the bus stop of the Meyer Grocery Store unknown to the officer at the time in just moments the officer would be fighting over his gun him to get a want to get tast C on sit down he's hit me four sit down Roger that I'm comping on the curve sit down I'm militon attempted disarming a piece officer of a firearm and resisting an officer court records indicate that he bonded out but then failed to appear in court his release was revoked and a bench warrant was issued later Daniel appeared in court and was held in contempt ultimately he pled no contest to the first count in exchange for dropping the second he was fined $200 ordered to attend grief counseling
