After being cleared, he was transported to the Chipoa County Jail. Michael had caused approximately $9,500 worth of damage to the company vehicle. In court, he was found guilty on the charges of criminal damage to property exceeding $2,500 in battery to and discharging bodily fluids at a law enforcement officer. He [music] was sentenced to be held on probation for 3 years. Additionally, he was obligated to pay more than $1,600 in fines.
