Marshfield Wisconsin officers Jamie Kaiser and Andrew ringquist were dispatched to the residence of Brianna after reports of a dispute with her boyfriend Antonio in which he had hit her over the head repeatedly with a beer can all in front of their infant son on own oh okay okay why don't you come over here I don't want to it's cold out there okay just come over here St right here where she the living room are you okay I don't know my head hurts but I just I before that so I don't know if this yelling or from hitting me but you hit me really hard behind me like this my back I thought you was going to tag me do you feel like you need medical attention no I just want he [ __ ] hurts my [ __ ] I hate him he said I was rap [Applause] rap uh any chance we turn the TV off just so we can talk what's going on okay obviously it was bad enough that she thought we needed to be called we always have this I mean you see a file but explain yeah absolutely cool um she's arguing about it started with my son not eating so she blamed that it was me because when I'm here he doesn't pay attention he throws the food which he's 14 months and he's a kid been kids sometime he eats food just got her day care so she feed some cottage cheese so then she come back and say that I assumably had a female in here that I was chea on her but she has no evidence I said you got to prove it so then she get I rap because I brought the fact that she said that she got here and I said like I know like my mother and my sister got they went to court and they fac the accusing the C and the accuser had went to jail and social Force I said did you go to the court no I didn't go to court I said so did you get not I said so don't try to bring it up and she got mad through the beer me that's why IED beer spit on yeah then after that then she start getting mad because I was like so you going play I could tell you right now I could tell you I could get but I'm not going to that's the thing about [ __ ] him out I just want him to take his s he has to place some go you just tell him it's all packed ready he can just take it it's all in the basement cuz he's supposed to leave a couple weeks ago I just B him out he doesn't pay for anything here I do this all on my own for him to treat me like this was beer can you said that there's some other things that you are not going to tell me about why are get it I just well then what else we're here you you say that you didn't tell us about stuff before and I to tell us about St yeah I mean I can't like give Pro I don't remember how long that he was like 6 months old one time he he literally hit me when like his friend was right here but his friend would back him up like 100% so I don't think he would tell you but yeah he did he's like you're wiconsin bro you can't do that here like that's L what he said and I got the Z I left to my parents that night that was one time another time one time he chased me upstairs and I like felt like I didn't even know what like I to do when I hopped on to protect him CU he had lamp and he was getting crushed over my head you know and then suddenly he just like stopped like oh my God to put my head like P it's just beer on there right no no blood anything no no I I don't yeah I don't okay um I've been sitting the whole time that's so she she every time they come in here the police com here we deal with this I've been sitting on the couch she get mad like yeah I left and came back we was trying to work things out but like I said she get she get this little problem that she get angry and she still I mean she get and berserk and she go0 to 100 and when she can't get her way she call you off okay have we ever been over here before yes sir that's I'm saying about six or seven times okay I've never met you yeah you have never met me but or her yeah or every other officer has like okay when was the last time we were over here oh me when was the last time the off officers had to come two three months ago I believe was okay what was that for the same thing same yeah yeah she was mad because I wouldn't give her because she was out rate and I told her like whenever you calm down I would give you a child and I had the child here and the other time the officer made her leave to go get a hotel room so she can calm down and leave like everything is all do and she was able to return the morning and everything was good we go this every time like it's if she's not getting her way then it's okay and you said we've been over here like six or seven times like the time before that was at similar stuff too yes sir same thing she I rate and she calls you all so she spilled B bottle of beer on you or threw it at you yeah she threw it at me yeah okay did it hit you well it just hit my okay yeah the Lord yeah um okay did you hit her on the head with a bottle no sir okay did you hit her on the head with anything no sir okay did you did you throw anything or anything like sir even if it wasn't at her but give her the perception that you were throwing it at her no sir I've know for three yeah for three years okay cuz I cuz I want to be really cautious here because if I look at her head and I don't see any marks usually if somebody gets head on the head with a beer bottle they're going to have some kind of Mark so I'm going to look at her head and see if there's any marks on there and if there's not then that puts us in a weird position where she's saying that you hit her so I'm going to go take a look all right okay I I didn't hear it all I just talked to her but you might if we chat outside so we don't have to have her right here yeah sure you are what's up yeah come on over you have any on you I just got to pat you down quick since we're here okay phone yes sir is that a lighter saying that I had some young lady in here that had sexual whatever so and I just told her that I denied the allegation like if you have no proof how you going to say well that she said I said okay well I can say you had somebody else in marville which not true yeah that's the speculation but because she knows people right here but what it was back story is I was in the store with a young lady and and since she know people here and she she I guess I don't know people been taking pictures of me yeah so I had that picture that that somebody sent her a picture of me in the line and with the young lady who was going to school so that that's what the stand for so she brought the fact that that and I said well at that's point you going to lie to that story you supposed told me that you got raped in college here why is there not a police report and she said well it is a police report I said it is or not because you told me before it wasn't but now it is I said because I know people got I said my mom my sister and they had to F accuser it was the court told you what happened and they went to jail for and now he me so and I said so a [ __ ] about your mom and sister they got I don't care I said so why you playing with that I said so that that's how it goes she get mad then she calls you off and then she calling you she get mad throw um the beard that have just cracked over mother your n to your son beard at me and spit that's why I have beard all of my right here where did that all happen at on the couch he doesn't ever have like he doesn't have anything where I've always just felt bad but I can't do this with my son anymore I can't get in the head from of him he sit right there he standing right here like he saw that and it's going to be inside of his brain like I don't even want that anymore where's where's the bottle at his bottle yeah the no the the bottle that it hit you with what is that no the a beer can and like yeah it's that one then it's the crushed for sure okay you were told it was a bottle I'm sorry no me with a bottle it a beer can so it was just like that one and did it have anything in it when he threw it one of them did like yeah it's all over me like that's what's in my hair no it's mostly dry but was there some thrown at him too because he's got of liquid he said I threw it on him I didn't do that he took cuz I took the cans away I was really mad I took the cans and I just set him up there and I spit on him and I I really didn't mean to do that I don't know why I did but I did okay so there was there was some because baby wasn't eating and I said that it was his fault so there was a beer can thrown back and forth you cuz you both have some on you cuz he he had on his leg too I didn't throw any at him I never even I put the beer can from the table and I set it up there and then that's when I spit on him I spit on him and then he I came this way he charged me he came right here and I came like this and I went like this he came at me with the beer can he crush me once and he cush me again okay I didn't never throw it at him it must because he was going like this cuz he hit me twice I'm assuming he like you know kind of spilled on him I never threw at him I would say if I did does it did it feel like he was kind of hitting me with the side of the can or or the hard end no it's the hard end it the hard end right here and right here well I don't know like I said I would sit down crack the Mir came as as caret okay can I I'm going to go check that out then uh can you sit tight with these two officers gu so yeah when he when you struck you on the head with the can did it cause you physical pain yeah I mean my head felt like I feel like I'm a little bit like dizzy but I like I said before I was yelling a lot before so I could have been because I was so like yelling and I just I don't feel good right now I just want to go to bed I just want on my space but he knows how to get in my house he [ __ ] I change locks on him and he still gets in through the window like the post man he know people everywhere like I don't think they e these neighbor is like so are you saying your your head hurts from from the can or you're not sure if it's because you got you were so worked up well I mean my head hurts from the can but I'm also really worked up like my whole head is like really warm and like he makes my whole body cuz like he doesn't give what that feels like he body taking advantage of like forever like when somebody says something like that my whole body is like because like he doesn't get what that where the beer can inent happened at in the kitchen over by the door front of that door over there there's there's two partially empty cans in the trash and she said it was one of those one was empty cuz he dranked it before and then I had just brought him a new one so that one was only a little bit drink and then I picked them up and I put him right on that table and then from there like that's when we were yelling some more and then I came over here and I was sit in his face and the reason I spit on him was because this piece of food came out when I was cuz I was literally eating my dinner like he started some [ __ ] and like it came out and then I just spit like it was just instinct to do it I don't know why and that really pissed him off like I knew it would really piss him off then he Char me like that's when I I knew my piss I started because I knew he's going to come after me like like this before just make me jump to get me like you know like he knows that that makes me cuz I've been attacked for like he doesn't get what that do me I have like [ __ ] ptsc from that and you go this well are arguing you're trying to do some [ __ ] to make me do that to you you see any beer here at all I I had not no well it did not happen any um no when you say I know you have a bit of a temper on you okay thank you and okay Y and that's why I say yeah she dropped on the tub and I got angry and I got mad brother yeah because me and my friend Jake Stanley was outside and and I believe the security guard told us to calm down and that's how you all got called yep and then you were very aggressive and confrontational so I I know I know there's two sides to you okay yes sir again like I said what was that reason hold on we finish hold on no I'm going to talk to you there's no fear anywhere in the couch and that's where you said you were sitting I I looked I scoured it with my light I don't see any in the living room Flor on the couch sitting said that happening I don't understand that so like I said I was sitting down the whole time she called you so on a scale of like 1 to 10 how how honest would you say that you are in general I'm very honest so what what number would you rate that I'm very hon what are you getting at I'm trying to just asking number two stor so so what are you getting at so yeah well how honest you that you're being today um a total 100% on so why would I lie about that call like I said like I said I look at it and what you said happen isn't matching up with what I'm saying inside the house okay cuz if somebody threw a beer at me when I was on the couch during heated argument there would be some sort of moisture on the couch and I can't even see drops well I was in the corner of the CRI with the couch as you see my whole leg is okay yeah so that could happened down the kitchen where there's a lot of moisture on the ground and two I wasn't in the kitchen all I well the last time I was in the kitchen I was cooking hamburgers and the hamburgers was sitting there and they argum start and she drove my son into into the kitchen okay so did it happen in the kitchen or I was sitting down she popped the beer and threw it on me while I was sitting down in the couch on the couch on the couch there you go so I would see moisture on the couch would I well like I said I was in the crevice of the couch so I I don't know well I could go search the crevices too well like I said with L shape we mov the L I'm sitting down that's where I was at thre the beer on so yeah but I'm saying and tell you're being 100% honest I'm going to say again that's see the the that's all I saying so see well make no more sense said that I struck her right yeah she said that happened in the kitchen oh so how did I strike her when I was s down huh how did I strike when I was sent down I mean I don't I don't get that well there's no evidence to show me that you're s none whatsoever you if she if she dumped it is the EV that I struck her her story is matching out more than yours is the EV that I struck her you just heard what I said I I ask the question is the a I struck all right and she admitted she saying that she threw beard me and she SP me put the disp so okay so just from stand here listening sure it's her word against your word except the story that you're giving there should be beer all over the couch cuz she threw a beer at you that evidence doesn't exist leing me to believe that your story is probably not accurate there's nothing to disprove her story for being in accurate so that's that's what we're getting at here yeah but I don't know what to tell you so so it is what it is well here I'm going to detain you for right now okay oh okay hey relax oh oh I'm not even all right I appreciate that yeah hold on you talking about got into they're going to go put him in the back of a squad's not matching up at all whatsoever well um yes and no um so she she admits that the argument escalated to the point where she she spit in his face that happened first and his reaction was that he hit her twice in the head with a partially empty can of beer okay um which she's she said it it was hard enough that it hurt but she didn't feel like um he was using like all his all his strength um cuz I'm trying to decipher if he if she really felt like he was trying to hurt her or if it was like you enough's going talk um I he was trying to hurt you were you scared yes I was scared okay sounds good okay you're under arrest is there anything on you that I should know about anything that can pick poke sticker hurt me no sir okay with Antonio arrested he was transported and booked into Wood County jail for the night however despite Antonio being the only arreste from this incident both him and Brianna would receive charges
