what's going out with your heart do you have heart problems okay think called her an ambulance I don't want one well there's an ambulance coming we're going to have you check problems okay well then okay you all right okay we're going to have an ambulance look at you you don't have to take their services but for medical clearance for us you have to be checked out unless you guys pull them out so no they're still in here all right we'll have them take them out so let's walk to towards the sidewalk all right sir still to know the [ __ ] I did check myself little are hang there okay rap on his feet here all right so you have some taser probes in your lower back we're just going to pop those out okay you're going to feel a slight pinch it also looks like one in your wallet [Music] what's explain the registered owner doesn't have a valid driver's license according to the do records so he tried to do the traffic stop you then try to walk away from him to go into the house correct and then and then you punched him in the face he came at me he's going to come to try to get you from going in the house you have to you have to stop I wasn't you can't you can't just walk I went up to him and he came at me aggressively okay and then yes out of stupidity I swung sir I just I don't know if yes I was if you're haven't heard issues try to remain calm okay you are currently under arrest okay so we have to get you medically clear that is what is going to happen from here okay he didn't have to come up aggressively he could have said do you know that's whatever that's all yes I was pulled over before like that and I says yes it's her car it's registered in her name but I have the driver's license Le get him on least before he comes out cuz we're going to have a lot of people out here just okay I yes I apologize for swinging at him but it doesn't have to be that aggressive for God's sake okay I know you he's just going to try to all right what's your name so they're going to come here in a little bit so you've had ongoing heart problems then we're probably going to have to take you up to the ER and be medically cleared did the officer leave can you have him come back to you and let me talking to me you can talk to one of us he's not going to be discussing anything further at the moment okay we don't want to ask escal or escalate the situation no I ain't going to escalate I just want to talk to him and say I'm everything everything's calm right everything's calm right now we're just going to have you see the ambulance all right you didn't have to get that aggressive hey man what's going on he's got some prior heart issues kind of heart issues you got palpitations palpitations okay get every now sure you got a fib not right now don't think no I'm not yeah we're going to throw you on this quick just see what that heart's doing and then we're going to put you on the Cod All right you ever have a seizure before Keith ever in your life I've had like ma' does he have a history of us anything like that no no all right so just so you're aware of everything um based on what happened he is going to have to go to jail and see a judge time so okay we're going to take him ER make sure he's medically clear before that happens okay and then assume he doesn't get admitted he'd go and see a judge tomorrow if it does get admitted that'll be delayed a little bit so just kind of the thought you have any questions um lot going on a short period of time I this is all new to be I mean yeah okay I mean he's us this is totally out of his Norm okay any medical issues going on in the recent past that may me explain it or not really I mean other than getting old and it happens but okay bu's been acting normal last couple days yeah okay don't know what's going on or what but okay is there history of Dementia or something like that or else in the family in the family yes oh God is that like a concern you think or no I didn't think so I thought it was [Music] part so he he started shaking a couple times on us that's never happened before yeah okay that's why I as to just make you aware of it I guess he's either going to be up at the hospital with us or he's going to be going down to the jail cuz yeah um punching officer in the phas that's you have to see a judge on it so that's why want R rot slow all right back up slow sit down there you go rotate with your feet up put your head on the pillow wonderful you got no pain in just [Applause] like once Officer Terry had him loaded into the ambulance Keith would be transported to the Marshfield Medical Center with officer Andrew for medical evaluation really can I ask you some questions what's up do I get booked tonight I don't know I'll how about this I'll talk to you a little bit more once we get into the okay I just first BL I don't see him can you please pass on tell him I am sorry okay I understand one grab that red rail right over there you want some help I know thank Keith would be charged and found guilty of battery to a law enforcement officer as well as resisting and obstructing leading to him being placed on a 2-year probation and a $1,329 fine please consider
