turn this red light signal violation appeared to be Reckless upon initiating a traffic stop on the vehicle the operator placed the vehicle into drive and the vehicle began to flee the lawful traffic stop beginning a vehicle Pursuit go get [Music] 772 PD outside of 47266 a we got the vehicle still running unoccupied it was a male Hispanic short facial hair looked like a goatee style beard he's wearing a knit cap and a gray hoodie cool that open in tax it looks like that's about it car's an IAD though yes is so start that van you look in the van see if he's in there it go on that side so if agency now wants to test one or more samples of your breath blood or urine to determine the concentration of alcohol or drugs in your system if any Test shows more alcohol in your system then the law permits while driving your operating privilege will be suspended if you refuse to take any test this agency requests your operating privilege will be revoked or you'll be subject to other penalties the test results or the fact that you refuse testing can be used against you in court if you take all the requested tests you may choose to take further tests you may take the alternative test that this law enforcement agency provides free of charge you also may have a test conducted by a qualified person of your choice at your expense you however will have to make your own arrangements for that test if you have a Comm commercial driver's license or we operating a commotion motor vehicle other consequences may result from a positive test results or from refusing testing such as being placed out of service or disqualified in addition your operating pages will also be suspended if a detectable amount of a restricted controlled substance is in your blood will you submit to an evidentiary it's additional charges all right okay got a preferred arm right or left that one okay Tony's blood was drawn and indicated a BAC of he was then taken to the local jail for processing he faced a total of eight charges ranging from resisting and obstructing an officer to operating while intoxicated OWI a among these were also counts of bail jumping and forfeiture painting a picture of escalating
