on March 20th 2022 in Marshfield Wisconsin officers observed a vehicle stopped partially obstructing an intersection with what appeared to be a heated argument unfolding between the driver and an individual outside the vehicle in response to this situation the traffic stop was promptly initiated 17th an apple hey hey hey going to jail ma'am hey jail hey can you take a seat can you take a seat please I will take a seat thank you hey just sit if you can sit by that tree please hi we got an argument okay what's going on my best friend okay you guys got some ideas on you what's going on we got into argument okay she's been my best friend since like e grade sir I was driving okay if you want to hey um I'm going to have my driving so okay yeah thanks Heather um um how do you know Heather I I
