Now, on January 15th, 2024 in Jackson County, Wisconsin, Deputy Gilllet and Everom were dispatched to a report of a man, Mark, assaulting his girlfriend at the side of the road. Deputy Gilllet then rendevued to the residence to which the victim had fled and met Mark outside. Are we good? I don't know what's going on. I don't know what's going on. Well, I'm not sure. When I get here, your vehicle improperly, the passenger door is open facing the driveway and the lady's in the house. When I got here, you were up by the front door coming back to your vehicle. You're wrong. So, I had to figure out what's going on. Okay. So also as I first have contact with you, right, I can tell that you're intoxicated. Of course I am. Okay. So you can't drive while you're intoxicated. Are you tell? So that's So I got to deal with that too. In addition in sir, I'm not. So and then as you said, you don't not even really sure why you were here. Allegedly according to you, you don't know what's happening or going on. So, is that part of the intoxication or do you have other medical issues? What are you talking about? All right. So, you don't want to do any field sobriety tests? What are you talking about? A police SUV would eventually arrive to take Mark to the hospital where his blood would be drawn and tested for alcohol content before being transported and booked into Jackson County Jail. However, Mark would only be found guilty in court of misdemeanor disorderly conduct as well as being handed a citation for OWI first offense. He was forced to pay a fine of $458 for a signature bond tied to multiple traffic violations and misconduct he committed that day.
