Wisconsin officer Matthew clug was out on patrol when he recognized Randy who was confirmed to have a felony full extradition warrant out for him for harassment with this knowledge officer clug moved in to arrest him but his experience was far from ideal hey man it's Matt from the PD hey what's up bud hey um so I think uh right now you got a warrant out of price out of price County you miss you 25,000 they beat me up right away the C beat me up right away okay and then they threw me in the chair and they stabbed me there for 3 days they left me there for 3 weeks and I couldn't get out they wented a GPS ankle monitor and I live here and I just came home and I didn't do nothing did get off your ankle monitor no I didn't have they gave me three days to get it and I had no money and I lived here well that would be why you have the warrant no I don't I don't have because in this court but I the think it says motion to dismiss it does and I didn't do nothing well that is I can't I can't I staying different places and I was trying to bring her down here with me yeah and I told her that her to live here we ain't got to tell that I'm the dad yeah I just wanted her here I just wanted to see my child here yeah and she uh was staying with this one guy and like he was like all like defensive on her he's like 70 years old thinking that they're in a relationship wow and I went there to drop her off some cigarettes in soda well I was going to take her out to eat you know like get her bik to eat and well she gets in the car she like well I can't be long I got to hurry up I only have 5 minutes yeah and I was like what do you mean and she was like rushing because she had to get back to him because he was making her and well she left the cigarettes in the soda on her cart I he's really controlling of her yeah and they weren't even in a relationship and we got in a argument you know what I mean I was like you man this is my f you know what I mean I didn't hit him I didn't do nothing yeah and well the next day I got a call from a block number St can my cigarette please yeah not I can't let just go to that car I don't have a lighter oh okay once we get down the police department I want to put the car I want to put the handcuffs in front of you okay it was a block number and it said this is cops don't go back to the house again you go to jail yeah well of course on a block number and this is my daughter but I do you yeah that's my daughter I don't know who the hell you are I got family too I understand that so I went to go to the police station and the police station was closed the sheriff department was open okay but just the police station and so I left and I the park is across the street from this guy's house so I went to go meet my baby mama there to smoke a joint with her because I just got to join from columia it is what weed's legal there and I was going to yeah I was going to head back up this way yeah and get more stuff like a speaker from my mom for porch oh you're from down that way no my uh I grew up in foster homes my best friend was and I went to go spend time with his mom for a mon who's like my mom so and I wanted to check on the house here pick up a speaker and and check in my house because I was gone for a month it was like a week and a half and I was like well I need to check in my home yeah so when I went to the park I got there next thing you know the cops showed up and I seen the cops and I said how you doing officers yeah I didn't run I wasn't going to run anyway decent exactly I said how you doing officers and they went to grab me I'm both sides and I turned and said for what you know just and they said resisting and they beat my ass in the par they St me to the chair as soon as I got to the station and took my clothes in the [ __ ] Med tank for 3 days and it was a 24-hour holdes until they got a warrant and it came back with all the warrants and a $225,000 bond and then they put me in jail and said I had I had to get a GPS ankle monitor and then they let me out because the jail was so full okay and I was having thoughts are hurting myself and there I was making a rope oh and I told medical and they let me out and I live here I don't live there so I came home yeah and I've been keeping up on it and the case number and it's just motion to the SMI okay so they can't just bring you to Missouri can't go to jail no they can't just bring you down to Missouri it's called I I'm listening to you but I'm it's called extradition they have to go through the court process to show that the charges are legitimate down there but but but I know understand that but you're going to hold me in Wood County have you been to Wood County before yes but I can't go to jail man I can't go because I'll lose my job my brother just went to in a hospital last night I got him from Springfield my brother he's been homeless okay he's going to himself he hurt him so bad where is he at he's in Norwood and just got attorney okay I don't have one I don't have no money no they have public defenders in Missouri I had one but they have one in Wisconsin too they have public defenders I can't go to jail but what that you have to go to jail tonight but once you get to jail you need to work with a public defender because there's going to be a hearing it's called an extradition are you listening to me I'm listening to you okay it's called extradition hearing okay just keep your just back I know it's called an extradition hearing so they have to show that there's proof that you did something in Missouri before they can take you back down there okay and that's where your attorney from Missouri and your public defender and Wisconsin are going to have to work together and if there's something that they can let you go on ankle monitoring up here I can't go to jail yeah but they'll let you out okay I know I'm going to put this on top of I'm not even doing nothing I know I'm laying here take it off of me it's was then transported to Wood County Jail where he continued to resist jailers and was eventually confined in a Cell Randy ended up being found guilty of bail jumping misdemeanor resisting an officer
