Officers confronted a 31-year-old man named Rake, armed, fleeing, and moments away from colliding with fade in the middle of the street. During the search, officers uncovered a loaded Glock 40 with an extended magazine. You can slow down. >> Rake was being taken to Provident Hospital for treatment of facial and leg injuries. But back on the scene, the panic in the neighborhood became another challenge for the officers. >> Are you guys okay? send me first. >> If you guys can't just go inside the the building for the time being. And after the treatment, Rakim was released into police custody, facing a stack of felony charges, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, UUW, aggravated assault on peace officers, and possession of cannabis 100 to 500 g.
