Even though she did try to escape from officers in the hospital, Chelsea was charged with resisting or obstructing as an ordinance and disorderly conduct as a county ordinance. She was found guilty on both charges due [music] to a no contest plea. Chelsea was liable to pay the court a total of $434.20.
