forwarded him to speak with Sergeant Shawn hello hello is this a Frank yeah hey my name is Sergeant hin Peter with Lake sh a p how are you I'm doing all right I'm all right um my dispatcher told me to give you a call yeah yeah um I'm watching you know I I got a camera in my vehicle right so I started getting alerts whatever I'm watching the vehicle and also I start Towing it could you tell me why okay what what vehicle are you talking about uh that's a blue um BMW X5 okay um and and all literally literally my phone started blowing up got asleep and all of a sudden starts blowing up and I see people Shadows of people and then and then it's gone okay um I I guess I have some questions for you then Frank um I I would need I what's it IAD you can ask me what okay what's your location at the moment my location at the moment yep is s in lakea you're at the Bell Vista SES in Lake Geneva okay um and then also would you be able to like verify the ownership of that BMW oh for sure okay how would you be able to do that um uh title uh uh insurance I mean okay you have all that stuff handy not handy but I can definitely the next few hours okay and then Frank what what do you have for a ambulance St another step Tyler would then be transported and medically cleared from the hospital where he would then be confined at the wallworth county jail he was ultimately found guilty of eluding an officer and sentenced to 5 years probation however later that day officer Kyle would revisit Desiree and place her in custody for harboring and aiding a felon due to the fact that she had lied to Sergeant Shawn about Tyler not being present in her room she was found guilty of obstructing an officer and was ordered to pay a cash Bond of $500 as well as having to Forfeit her rights to possess a
