After the booking was complete, Caven was transported to the Milwaukee County Jail during which he continued to be belligerent. Initially, Caven was charged with two counts [music] of felony intended bodily harm and battery to a law enforcement officer as well as misdemeanor disorderly conduct. However, he was not seen [music] mentally fit to stand trial and was discharged from the court.
