regarding possible drug activity the suspect Thomas was seen exiting a vehicle parked nearby during a consensual encounter with Thomas the deputy observed drug paraphernalia in the passenger seat of the [Applause] vehicle let me ask you a question yeah and please don't lie to me cuz I'm going to get upset if you are you smoking crack in the car no sir okay why is there a crack where is there a going to probably be maybe like a fuller pill of the fentanyl or it's just going to be crushed up fentanyl okay so that's more F like already burned on or it might be completely all right during the search various drug related items surfaced rolled dollar bills burnt foil and small baggies with white powder residue among them was a bag containing a green substance and another with a fine white powder the white powder remained unknown however the green substance tested positive for tetrah hydr canaban weighing in at 0.8 G all evidence was carefully packaged and sent for further analysis then you tried to destroy evidence yeah I'm sorry sir I got scared yeah so that's an extra charge what kind of charge destruction of evidence how what is that uh I don't know to be honest with you you are getting drug bonies though how many um I don't know a couple you've been arrested for drugs before I have for me yeah okay so any drug offense second and subsequent is a felony so your we be a felony your be a felony and I'm assuming your Xanax is probably a felony I just have to look up Xanax and then you're going to catch a possession Ofelia an obstructing and a destruction of evidence and that's probably it I do apologize for and I think bail jumping cuz you're out on bail right y so am I going to prison probably well that's not up to me yeah what are you on bail for burglary is it a felony yeah all right so you got felony bail jumping the deputy transported Thomas to the wallworth county jail here Thomas was charged with bail jumping resisting an officer possession of THC possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs the first four charges were dismissed but read into the record he pleaded guilty to possession of narcotic drugs and was found guilty
