to go to jail I got a job and I just got it yesterday man like on January 30th 2024 officer John placed James under arrest on multiple charges including faing to comply with search orders and obstructing an officer while they were performing their official [Music] duties yeah hey how's it going man hey um where did you guys come from uh before the stop okay have either you or her been drinking at all I don't know if she has been you don't know no okay it doesn't matter if I have been I'm I know that yeah you're pass me that's fine I'm just asking in general like if you know that she's been drinking or I don't think she asked has she taken anything prior to I mean she does take medications I don't know what she takes but I mean she told you guys I I just got her I I just I don't know I'm just trying to figure out about her medication he asked her okay but no use prior to driving or anything like that house with her about 10 minutes ago you what just hooked up with her about 10 minutes ago 10 minutes ago so as far as I know no okay all right [Music] you have anything on you that's going to poke stick or hurt me no never never you step out the car for me for what I I need you to step out for what CU we're going to search the vehicle we can't have you in it you have permission yes it's probable cause from Search and S to arrest What's the statute so listen here's the deal the statute sir I'm asking you to step out I'm asking you to tell me the statute you're using to circumvent the right to to privacy and no no searching without okay sir you need to step out stand out right now so I'm going to step out of the vehicle because they told me they have probable cause because of to search the vehicle for why this is up to her this is her matter why she said you everyone to step out of the vehicle we can't have you in the vehicle when we search it it doesn't matter what do you mean it doesn't matter if I if I'm in the vehicle when you search yeah you can't be in the vehicle you said Clause I said why for you said get out of the vehicle you didn't give me a reason there there evidence to believe evidence to believe what now you want to give me probable Clause no I don't have to give you anything because it's onard on that let's go forward okay you just want to see an argue that's fine well you're the one in handcuffs right now for obstructing yeah I won't be what do you mean you won't be how dude probable cause you need to tell the person why I'm not even she knows why I he knows what's going on I don't even have I don't even have control of the vehicle and you're telling me that I'm I'm I'm doing what what do you mean whatever man I'm talking too much you are dude all I said was why and you tried to put me in the back of a cop if if if the question why is an American citizen is going to get somebody putting the ass on top I said there was a lawful request by an officer for you to step out of the vehicle but I said why and we answered you and you still argue with us that that's the point is that arue with you I said you didn't like her answer she being I said why are you seing the vehicle and I said did she give you permission you wouldn't answer any of those questions no she was arrested and part of that you didn't even tell me she was arrested it doesn't matter because it's not up to you yes it does it's her car it's her life her car you said it was your car huh you said it was your car no I didn't the car you said it it's my car no I didn't say it was my car it's her car and I can't give you permission to search it you don't have to give us permission you don't need your permission uh if she's not arrested yeah I do and you didn't give me that info well see all this doesn't need doesn't pertain to you you don't need all this info because it's on her I love this girl okay it's on her it's not like the things that are going on with her tonight it's not you she's an adult on her own it doesn't pertain to you I get it and maybe I should have maybe acted up but I'm saying like I wasn't trying to prevent you from doing your job well there was no obstruction you you were question you said I'm not getting out no I didn't say I wouldn't get out I have it unrecorded I just didn't want to go to jail and I wanted to know what was going on man that's it dude I didn't mean to obstruct you or anything like that dude I don't want to go to jail I got a job and I just got it yesterday man like please don't do this to me like that wasn't my intent bro I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to jail I was like what is the problem what is why am I getting out of the car it's not even my vehicle dude yeah we're aware of that and we've we explained to you and no you explained to me right when you said we're going to search the vehicle get out of the car open the door and put me against the vehicle like I mean please I didn't do anything wrong I I just was asking questions and I don't feel like I should be prosecuted for that just because I'm on bond there's not nothing to do with you being on bond just add on that's the only reason you're taking me to jail no am I being the bail jumping is added on bail jumping correct but it's not just because the bail jumping jump I didn't do anything part law well part of being out on bond you can't commit another crime no I didn't and I asked you questions is that against the law James is asking questions against the law sir see that's that's you reciting what you remember but that's not how it happened I'm reciting what the question needs to be answered can you answer it police officer I'm not answering any of those types of questions that you keep sir because against your memorandum you got memos that says you shouldn't answer those questions no I I can refuse to answer because you keep arguing that's that's my reason arguing I'm asking you a First Amendment this whole time we've been going back and forth about you don't feel like you committ I I should be arrested I asked you a couple questions and you threw me against a car you're right sir you're right I paid my bond I'm out on bail and because I asked you questions you're like oh I'm going to take your bail and throw you in jail for bail jumping I don't even own the car how can I give you permission to search it we weren't asking your permission no no you were can you get out of the car why why huh I've already answered that why did you ask me to get out of the car do we can't search it when you're in the car okay you can't be in the search a car no you just can't be physically in the vehicle when we search it you didn't say that James was taken to the local jail where he was kept for 3 days until he was prosecuted James was charged with one
