may potentially have been stolen but that could not yet be confirmed however the problem started once it was clear Caleb had no way to get home making it the officer's respon ibility I'm so C right after being medically cleared there it would also be confirmed he was out on a felony Bond as well despite most of his charges being dropped Caleb would still be found guilty for discharging bodily
