police officer that it was that I had a like that I had gotten into a physical altercation okay but I tried I've been trying to contact officer Bigs and I told him like the whole story that I The woman's behavior was unbearable she said one thing at one moment and at another something else the officer found her completely unpredictable at times she provided information but her attitude was completely opposite made a false police report to begin with you know how it usually goes though once that warrants out you got to do that i don't know how it usually goes at all well I was trying to explain so so usually how that goes is was once they put out that warrant even if you say after the fact hey I made that all up you usually got to go through court and tell the court that hey this was a false report false allegation and then they'll usually drop the charges so he's probably not going to be able to do anything i can't necessarily speak for Pennsylvania sometimes it's a little different over there but at least in Ohio you would have to go talk to the prosecutor at that point once the warrant's put out for his arrest so what's going on right now so I'm waiting to hear back from dispatch to see if those warrants are all good i'm waiting to see if you have any warrants and I'm waiting to see whose license is valid okay there's no license there's no valid license except for his i already told you that okay that just just settle down and it's not the end of the world because we usually have two cops on all traffic stops obviously not initially cuz I'm only one person but also he's got a warrant so if the warrant ends up being good then we'll obviously have to take him into custody of course we know mhm okay i don't know sir what else okay i don't know why why you're having such an attitude right now because I already told you what the truth was and that the warrant is invalid and you're still talking about taking my man okay my fiance because if we have a off and step out if I'm not going to be arrested step out you're not under arrest right now if you step out of the car but if you don't step out of the car you will be under arrest do not understand that they are arresting you the female situation was getting worse over time instead of listening to the officer she kept arguing and insisting that the warrant related to her boyfriend was invalid she pretended to know the law better than the officer but the reality was completely different she was only throwing herself into the fire give me a kiss you relax i'm relaxed but you're getting was getting my receipt i'm a big woman what the do you mean appreciate your cooperation she's now in more trouble than she had to be she should have just been quiet cooperated she kicked an officer now she's looking assaulting a police officer felony charge cars getting towed the whole nine yards we had a ride coming for her and she just wouldn't cooperate officer please send this dumb lady to the police station where she will face the consequences and learn how to behave with officers the woman was charged with resisting an officer and assaulting a peace officer while the man face charges
