Daniel bodek was dispatched to the location of a suspect Jacob after he had arrived at his ex- partner's residence the night before demanding to see their son and even smashing her window however as Jacob was about to learn this behavior is never excused Jacob you're under arrest what domestic disorderly conduct criminal damage property what domestic disorderly conduct and criminal amage property okay deputies talked to you the other night so well I spoke to a deputy and said I was going to be turning myself in yeah yeah but you're still have charges so you're under arrest so you to put this stuff behind take this stuff this hold on hold on I put this Stu put this stuff down put this stuff down now I put this stuff down now you're going to be in trouble no you're going to put this down not trying to fight you or get out of anything like can you just yeah the ambulance the ambulance is coming okay good you requested them so I'm I did yep I'm getting them here so T me and I have heart problem but you didn't care about that I didn't know about your heart problem but you didn't care about it you don't usually ask people about their heart problems before you tase them but uh yeah and why did you tase me because you're resisting arrest was not resisting arrest yeah put your you're under arrest you put your under arrest put your right hand put your right hand behind your back do it now do it now and you wouldn't do it like human being and you got a God complex yep like every other you're got a big tool belt with a freaking uh twoot hammer on your on your on your right uh right side right next to your right hand yep that's safe for me to have your arms swinging there while you won't put your hand behind your Hammer my wasn't even on my it was on your right shoulder the whole time and did I show any intent well waiting for medical did I Yeah by resisting and pulling away with your left hand and hand and and you're one that you were worried about and your right hand and your right hand was you were keeping it away from me and not putting it behind your back yes you were you were showing it 100% that's fine yeah 100% you were showing a resistive behavior um Absol realize you're going to lose your job now right I hope you know that yep sorry you feel that way I'm sorry you put yourself in this position oh I didn't you also realize that with my hand handcuffed you're making me right well you're are underr I did call medic Dandy I'm not trying to fight you or do anything against it you need to let me put my hand above my head yeah I got medical coming bud if know priority compl dude like you really need to learn law yeah I know I think so I talked to the deputies last night about last night's incident thank you and you come in here all they said that you were uncooperative last night y really I have and they they they have charges they have charges on you yeah they said that they have charges on you they didn't say that just just because you said you're going to turn yourself in doesn't mean that the charges go away and that we just leave you alone the charges are not going away I said I would turn myself in Thursday and that just means that we just don't go after you just because you said that no you you come in here in my driveway I told you that you're under arrest yes G hole told you you're me I told you you're underr put your hands behind your back you wouldn't do it yeah and you didn't why imagine that that's fine that is fine you been in a lawsuit well they're here so 106 Medicals on seene Jacob we have you step on out of here will oh yeah now you're not going to help me imagine that so uh can you uh lock the truck put my wallet I lock the truck you told me to you told me you wanted your wall and phone in your pocket I said no I did not say that no all right let's check you out quick they're going to check you out hold on I I not a problem I want you to put my keys in my pocket after you locked the truck with my wallet and phone in there okay I can do that after we're done no you can do that now no I can't do I have that right you can do that now well I'm not going to leave you here on I'm not going anywhere dude well I'm not going to do that till after these guys check you out dude you made me myself because you tased me well I did not make you yourself so yeah you did I will put that stuff down after they check you out so oh yes blaming a grown man for soiling yourself clearly the Hallmark of a well-composed and mature individual Jacob was then safely transported to the hospital where he was allowed to change his soiled underwear after which he was booked into the Lacrosse County jail he was found guilty in court of criminal damage to property with a domestic abuse modifier and resisting or
